My niece wanted to get her nails done for the first time for her graduation promotion. She wanted basic French tip full set with a bow. It took the 2 hours to do it. On top of that the male nail tech did a horrible job. It seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. The other nails techs kept coming to help him. At one point there were two nail techs working on each hand. Each nail tech does different work and it shows. Please look at the photos for reference. The French tip wasn't even fully covering the nail. The job was super messy and the shaping was horrible. Again this was my nieces first time getting her nails done and she was super sad about it and kept telling the male tech over and over again to fix it. She got frustrated and wanted to leave after hours working on her hand and telling him over and over and over. Things to consider is if you're going to talk about someone in Vietnamese, know that there's other people that understand Vietnamese in the store. I took my niece here to get her nails done because we aren't from this area. We're from LA. So I chose what ever was close to her place and the reviews nails were amazing. I was debating on doing my nails as well. There was a short haired lady that was talkative that said $60 but she left. So I decided to get my nails done and this other lady went to help me. I showed her my photo and she took my phone and brought to another random lady to ask the price. She quoted me $70 it's only a $10 difference but I didn't like how she quoted me a different price to begin with. I decided not to follow through with the nails. Then the lady goes to the back to talk about how it's too expensive for me to the other lady, not knowing my man is full blown viet and his mom also owns a nail shop. Lady, I've gotten nails done for $200 before. It's the fact that y'all quote different prices. I really like the short hair lady that left, she was super sweet and talkative. The other ones need some better customer service. It's a shame because they have cute charms and I would've loved to get my nails done from here. After the service,l and product we were left super unsatisfied.

UPDATE: I AM A MEDICATION TECH, i pass and count out meds and the flower is already fallen out IN ONE WEEK exactly... $100 and a flower falls out in a week with minimal use ? I loved Lynn and her personality, but for $100 I wont be back, this is the first time in over 12 years I had gotten my nails done for my only daughter(and last child) birthday party.. she personally was amazing, but the nails the more I look at them the more I see what's wrong with them, I have friends with BEAUTIFUL nails for $65, telling me I was stupid for paying $100 for these, I only had $100 on me as I figured that would cover it, but hearing $90 for the nails I was shocked, but i didnt want to walk out and be rude... i wont return for the price.

She was meticulous in shaping each finger nail and took her time! I wanted an almond shape look, and she made sure to file each one to my liking. She blew my mind away with the design and took care in getting all the details right! I was really impressed! I didn't feel rushed or hurried at all! I literally sat there for 3 hours! But, I didn't care. She took her time to make sure I was satisfied! I am definitely asking for her again when I come back to do my nails. One happy customer!

Me and my cousin got basic pedicures here April of 2025. This was our first time here When we came in we weren't sure if it was a good idea to stay or not. There was a customer chewing out a nail tech about some nail polish he missed on the sides of her nails I'm assuming. It was a bit uncomfortable since she was yelling at him right in front of the door when we walked in. But we minded our business and got checked in by a nice nail tech. The ladies that did our pedicures were very nice. I didn't know I had an ingrown toe nail but the lady fixed it for me and I felt so much better! They have cute charms and cute colors too! Idc what that other lady was complaining about I'll be coming here again for my next pedicure. Prices aren't too bad either. Basic pedicure is $38 with gel is $48.

I love how my nails came out! Super friendly and very funny lady. She also didn't have me sitting in the chair for a long time. 10/10 recommend her for artsy nails. I'd definitely come back again!
I left a negative review on the service of this location and got cussed out and named called by the business owner in the response... please review below. She attacks the customer and personalizes instead of just addressing the issue. This place should be cut out of business. She called me Felisha and thats not even my name. Assuming she called me that because I am Black I feel that was a racist issue. "Bye Felicia" or whatever. Please do not spend your money here. Owner does not like black people. And the man made my nail flat. If you want to charge more per nail for your time then do that. I would gladly pay more for good service and work any day anywhere else. Go hereat your own risk. Everyone I know hates this shop. I tried to give them a shot but They failed miserably.I hope she isn't on something the way she cannot handle negative reviews and has temper tantrums.

I hate to say this, but this might be the worst nail salon in Natomas. They charge $5 to remove gel from your nails, even though I only had it partially on about 4 nails due it being about 6 weeks old. And their basic pedicure is $38 which does not include scrubbing your feet with pumice nor a foot massage for even a minute. It's literally just shaping the nail, dead skin removal, then straight to regular nail polish. I also noticed my polish was uneven on a toe and asked her to fix it but she pretended she couldn't see anything worth fixing, so I just left. So I paid $43 for this? AND they don't take credit card so make sure you either have cash or debit card on hand. Wasn't a problem for me but just another reason to go somewhere else.

It's very difficult to give a good review when service was very much subpar. I explained my anxiety about getting hurt when getting gel nails, thus I originally only wanted regular polish, but caved and got gel only for the handheld UV lamp that the tech used on me and the desk heat lamp to still hurt plenty of times. I had my previous GelX nail set removed and then just painted gel on top but my nails/fingers were left unclean, uneven, loads of extra polish left on my fingers, dry/crusty and just didn't look good or feel right. I know Maggie did her best to make me comfortable. The removal of my GelX nails went pretty smoothly. It's the application of this new gel that threw me off AND she filed after the gel polish and top coat were already cured. Why would they do that?? I know Im new to nails, but that makes zero sense. There was a bunch of debris on my nails after, lots of leftover polish residue (see photos) and I unfortunately don't think I'll come back. Another strange thing is I asked for change (fives) for a twenty so I could tip. I was given a five back. I meant return 4 fives to me. I was still tipping $15 for a removal of my gelx and chopped gel manicure ($51 total), but why did they keep her tip and not give it to her or hand me my change in full? Kind of shady. Nail techs know what they are doing! I recommend calling to confirm they are available. Overall amazing service and I'll absolutely be going back. I believe it was Tom or Tony who did my nails. I've been coming in for a few weeks (recently moved to the area and wanted cute nails for summer since I thought my boyfriend was going to propose). I had gone with a simple acrylic nail the first time and the nail tech, Tom, convinced me to get a clue accent nail. The second time was a bit wonky since their internet was down, not their fault. Beyond disappointed in my nails. An hour after leaving my gel polish is already chipping/lifting. They have signs that the technician will gladly fix any errors just let them know, because if you leave and come back they will charge to fix in which I did and she still didn't/couldn't deliver results A gel manicure is the same price as a full set which is insane. Now I have to go to another shop to fix someone else's mistake unfortunately I will not be back. Hello Miranda, No. You misunderstood. I am not upset about your policy. What I am upset about is that I showed your technician Tina the error and she ATTEMPTED to fix it but sucked so bad that she could not fix it prior to me leaving. I am not NOT returning because of the policy, I am NOT returning because either the products are bad, or the technicians need more experience. Every single yelp review that is not to your standard, you come in on defensive mode trying to justify the customers experience that they had! You are not perfect, your techs are not perfect, your shop IS NOT PERFECT!! It is ok! People make mistakes. Accept it and learn from it. Back in May 2023 I came here after being disappointed with Y2K nails. I was preparing for my wedding and had a full set of bridal nail and a pedicure done. My nails lasted so long!! Maybe a month without breaking, chipping, or rising!! The rhinestones even lasted this long I was so surprised. I went in to get a new full set and the male tech towards the back of the salon damaged my nail with the clippers and made me bleed. He poured a bluish/green solution that burned and tried to continue with the service. I asked him what that was and he couldn't explain it so I left. I'm really disappointed with the service because this salon had a lot of amazing reviews. UPDATE: Hi Miranda, he didn't offer a soak off option, I wasn't in a rush and have no financial constraints preventing me from paying more for a soak off service. I've been getting my nails done for a long time and this is the first time anyone has damaged my natural nail this bad. I've also never heard of colored acrylic being an issue. I feel bad saying this but it is the truth! This lady here ruined my nails and clearly understood early on in the appointment she could not provide what I asked for. (For reference look at the attached photos. I wanted the same pink on pink on the fingernails just replicated onto my toes). It was surprising because they have such good reviews. As a professional person at a business you should be clear about what you are able to provide, this lady was NOT and continued to tell me she could do what I wanted. She never delivered. Literally the worst! My nails weren't the color I requested. The powder was sloppy and the area of my hands around my cuticles were green for days. Update: I am now a scam artist cause I wasn't even offered an apology... back to basic care.. No childbirth relevance in my visit, so I am unclear why the owner insults the customer, continuously uses profanity and shames honest reviews with paragraph after paragraph of rambling and boastful praise and continues to seem...beyond unprofessional perhaps..unstable. So, I decided to try out a new place and I am so happy I did. My experience was lovely I'm actually looking forward to going back ! I got a full set today done by KHAMIKO Great Service, Fun conversation, good prices, relaxing environment I love my nails ! I asked the nail tech to surprise me with something within my budget and I was absolutely in love with the results! Khamiko is an awesome nail technician I definitely recommend her! Her application was impressive and the hand painted art work is so cute and classy and ofc I love the bling !!! Updated review.... Thank you for the clarification on the price. But as for your reply, you are very rude. One would think the OWNER would have some people skills but I guess not. I have no problem spending the money when my nail tech doesn't hurt me and file it crooked. You even implied that I am having money issues, wow, you are extremely rude and trust that I nor anyone I know will set foot into your shop again. And your techs do NOT always quote clients before service. And if you don't believe me about your tech cutting me ask her! I told her she cut me and then proceeded to do it again and when I complained after she did not listen. I did not ask for a refund or discount I just wanted you to fix it. I got a full set done and the design turned out nicely however it took over 3 hours because the wrong powder was used from the start. I'm okay spending time with ombré designs however after spending over $100 before tip, my nails were extremely thick, not cleaned up, and left with spots without color. read more

We currently do not offer gel X. We will look into this product and will consider to offer gel X to our customers in near future.

We don’t have Japanese gel but we do have some really neutral sheer colors and we can deliver some of the Japanese designs and styles if you want us to do nails like that :)

Our nail fill in service is starting $35 and up depending on the nails current condition whether there is nail replacement needed or change of current nail shape and nail length or any designs as well.

What's your price on a gel mani and gel pedi?
Gel mani- 35$ and up Gel pedi luxury set- 35$ and up Gel toes without a pedi- 35$ and up
What are your prices for a regular mani and pedi, no gel? My nails got pretty beat up so I'm trying to let them grow out naturally.
Our regular polish manicure is $20 and gel manicure is $35
Do you offer acrylic toe nails?
Yes. We do. Single toe enhancement is $5 and if the whole set is $60 on top of pedicure price
How much for a french tip acrylic pedicure?
Our basic pedi with regular polish is $35 and French nail tip is $5. If you want gel polish regular pedi is $45 and French tip is $5 so $50. We also have luxury pedis and CBD pedicures starting $55 and up.
Hi how much do u charge for a gel acrylic full set?
Our fullset is starting $45 and up depending on length. We use gel powder and gel polish for fullset. Colored powder set is starting $55 and up. Design is vary normally $5 and up per nail.
Do you do sculpture nail if a nail is partially off of the nail bed?
If the nail has already partially fell off, we can build the nail back on and then put the nail tip in between nail to rebuild the whole nail. We don’t sculpture the whole nail.
