I went to get pedicures with my daughter, and at first, everything was great. We were seated in the pedicure chairs right away. We did wait about 10 minutes for service, but it was a busy Friday afternoon and we didn't have an appointment, so that was understandable. The issue started when it was time to pay. The owner told me their Wi-Fi was down, so I would need to use the ATM for cash. However, while I was waiting, I had seen other customers paying with their cards. I also offered to pay through Venmo or Zelle, but she said she only accepted those for tips. This was confusing because I've been coming here for a while and have paid her through Venmo before. I explained that I didn't have cash on me and didn't want to use the ATM. She seemed frustrated, and suddenly the Wi-Fi was "back on," and I was able to pay with my card. The next morning, I noticed my gel pedicure had already chipped on the corner of my big toenail. My daughter had a gel pedicure and gel manicure as well, and by the third day, her gel manicure was already starting to peel off. When I called about my chipped nail, the owner asked me who had helped me. Honestly, I didn't know because the technician never introduced herself or told me her name. There wasn't much communication during the appointment, even though I tried to make small talk. I understand there can sometimes be a language barrier, so I didn't push for conversation and was completely okay with that. I asked if I could come in sometime during the week to have my nail fixed. She told me to come that same day (Saturday)when I called about my toenail. I explained that I was going to be busy and out of town, and asked if Monday would work instead. Her response was, "Well, what do you want?" in a rude tone. I told her I would see if I could come in soon, and she hung up on me. I didn't bother to call back about my daughter's manicure pealing. I was disappointed because I've been a returning customer, and I expected better customer service, professionalism, and better quality work.
Came here and got the Organic Collagen (~60 minutes) : $75 Phytocollagen and argan oil foot wrap Locks in nutritious moisture for quick penetration Brings immediate softness and youthful skin; you deserve it! Honestly it was incredible It was super relaxing. I think she really took the time to make it good. My feet feel so nice and soft and I love the color
It was pure fate that I couldn't make my standard Monday morning appointment so I walked in on a random Thursday without an appointment and was introduced to JENNIFER. I had been struggling to find someone in Sacramento who could do a builder gel set close to what I was getting in Napa BUT as fate would have it... JENNIFER is the answer to my prayers. Not only has she got the builder gel technique down but she is fast and really good. The cherry on top are her freehand designs
Nancy was completely rude and she did not want to do the work I asked for I came in for a new set and design but got a fill instead. My pinky nail broke 3 hrs later! I went in the next day to get it fixed and got even worse service and my nail is snagging on everything because it is still broken. I'm extremely upset with her service.
Always get my nails done every 4 weeks. Scheduling is easy and my nail technician Kathy is always on time and tries to keep to her schedule which is hard to do in a nail shop. Everyone is polite, the shop is always clean and I love how my nails turn our every time.
They were notable at free hand design so I had to request something else, she cut up my hands and got glue everywhere, she applied nail tips that where too small then filed down my real nail to fit it leaving it red and painful. They look ok after I requested her to paint over it and do stickers but not worth the overly expensive price. I have also seen roaches, the woman who did my nails was eating apples and Hands where wet from the juice and didn't wash them before doing my nails, there is also bubbles in the top coating I will be finding a home base nail salon from now on.

I went back yesterday for her to fix them and I noticed she didn't fully take the polish off and she then painted over the polish that was already there and now today my polish chipped off same spot.
Quality service. Rose did an excellent job. It's my go to nude/pink nails. Simple and gets the job done. Vibes are professional and clean.
i've never left a nail salon smiling this much. wow! the guy who did my nails was so sweet and even educated me about my nails and it was nice chatting and getting to know him. u can tell the staff who work here have repeat customers based on the interactions with the customers and i was just overall feeling the vibe of this clean place. i moved here from san diego worried about trying to find a new nail artist but it's definitely not a concern of mine anymore . will be back soon! :)
So I went in to get a manicure full set for my sister-in-law's wedding. I had a reference pic and everything and I showed them that beforehand and I asked them if they had the correct colors which was an emerald green and a sparkly gold and they said that they had it and they proceeded to do my nails the lady that was doing my nails. I could obviously tell that she was talking about me and what I was asking for which I thought was a very simple design. It's literally emerald green with gold lines through it not complicated. However, once I got to the color part, she put on a completely different color and I stopped her and I was like no like this is the color that I want in the picture and she was like huffing and puffing, and she went and found a different green and it still wasn't the right one so I had her look for another one and by the third one it was like close but not really close but I went along with it. I'm like OK whatever I'm already here. She's already like have the shape and everything and then we get to the gold part and she's not understanding that I want shiny glittery gold look not just a chrome gold line long short the nails were not what I wanted, but I'm too nice to ask for a refund, but I am so genuinely upset and this is the second time. They didn't have the colors I wanted I paid $75 for nails that don't match the wedding colors at all. I also had to ask her three separate times to redo the gold lines or add more of the cold powder stuff on it because you could see the black line underneath the gold powder and it just looked really trashy and you can't really tell in the picture cause the picture I took wasn't very good quality but it just looks very poorly done and I wish that I had the balls to go back in and ask for my money back or at least 50% back because I'm generally so upset. I made an appointment for another nail salon to get my nails fixed by someone that would actually be willing to listen to me because every time I asked her to fix my nails or just correct something she was having and puffing and very, obviously talking poorly about me to the person that sitting next to her, and just like being kind upset and rude to me so I left, I literally went to my car and cried. The worker didn't even have me wash my hands like they usually do. She didn't clean up my hands. I had leftover glue that I had to clean up when I got home and just overall a pretty shitty experience
I drive from Elk Grove to Natomas just to see Kathy. When I say she is worth the drive and the money I ain't lying! My nails last over a month with no fill and she has me in and out in damn near 30 minutes! Tina and my pedis amazing she's the best! I fall asleep damn near every time! It gets busy quick so walk ins are a gamble but the staff is friendly and the ambiance is nice.
You guys need to book with angel ! She makes my inspo pics come to life every time They last so long she's very welcoming to.

DO NOT BOOM WITH NANCY. highly recommend not booking with Nancy. I went in this past Saturday and showed her exactly what I wanted before she even started: chrome French tips with a little glitter on top. She immediately told me it couldn't be done because she would have to add a base. Even after I told her to just add the base, she kept making excuses about the cost and saying it wasn't possible. I ended up settling for a standard white tip, hoping the glitter she chose would at least look decent. It wasn't what I wanted at all. The worst part is that as soon as she finished the very last nail, she admitted that we could have done the chrome at the beginning, but it was "too late now" because the white was already on. This is the second time she has done this to me. She waited until the job was finished to tell me she actually could have given me the design I asked for. I told her straight up that I wasn't happy. If you want someone book with Angel instead. I've gone to her before and she is great, but definitely avoid Nancy. read more

My first two experiences here were rough. I had appointments and still needed up waiting almost an hour. However, since then things have improved quite a bit! Lisa and jimmy are my favorite. They are both so kind and do a great job! The owner did my nails chrome around Christmas time and I got so many compliments. I do acrylic nails with gel. In the past I would never be caught dead wearing gel because it breaks. But not here! The nail salon stays busy.. but it's worth it! read more
It's been ages since I last visited this nail salon. I've been trying out different salons, but none of them have really stood out. So, I decided to give this one a shot again on a Friday. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. The service was pretty quick, and Linh did my pedicure. She was super gentle, even though I had my cuticles cut pretty deep by myself. I was a bit worried about the pain and possible discomfort, but it was totally painless. I opted for the $43 pedicure and an extra $15 for gel. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep! After my pedicure, I was handed off to Lisa. I showed her the photo I wanted, and she was amazing! She matched it to a tea! I was so impressed with my nails. She even remembered my name, which is a great personal touch when it comes to great customer service. All together with both Pedi & Mani came out to $128. read more

I went to get my nails done here, full set, design wasn't hard, didn't involve anything difficult. The lady who worked on my nails today worked at desk 14. i didn't catch her name. She was sweet and really nice but i genuinely don't think this is her specialty. The design and nails came out chunky and felt rushed and wasn't even done properly. There's bubbles in my nails which she blamed the gel for, which keep in mind has never happened to me whenever i got my nails done and i always get gel. She didn't even have the gems to the nails. I always come here to get my nails done and i've never had them done this badly. The nails by the way aren't even filed straight, it's crooked and horrible. read more

FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!! Called and requested for Angel since she was recommended by my eyebrow lady at the same place. I asked Angel to clean my cuticles while also getting a full set. Highly disappointed when she filed my nails all crooked and when I pointed them out Angel proceeded to tell me "yo eye just crooked the nail fine." Mind you she made my nails all while wearing HUGE SUPER DARK SUNGLASSES INSIDE THE BUILDING!!! Not only would she stop midway but she decided it was more important to check her Facebook, text others, AND check pictures of other people on her phone during my nail appointment. If you want to have crooked nails, be charged to the tee, be told your eyes are messed up when you point out the flaw then please go to her otherwise find someone else or go to a different nail salon all together. John was very sweet and I really appreciated the extra time he put in to doing my nails (adding a matte layer to make them stronger, fixing his mistakes with the design, etc.). They turned out super cute in the end! The vibe is definitely more of a working environment and less of a spa, even a little rushed, but this was okay since I had work soon after and just needed to get them done read more

I was a early last minute appointment and they took me right away. I needed an acrylic fill plus a rainbow ombré design with sparkles.. she did it exactly like the picture I had.. I wish I got her name. I recommend. It was clean, they were welcoming, and I didn't feel rushed. It was really busy but the vibe was great. read more

Went here to try out nail style for a wedding look. First time customer. The place was very busy but they did get my friend and I to a table to get our nails done right away. Didn't seat us by each other despite some tables having two seats open, they didn't even ask us. The girl that did my nails didn't speak to me at all except to pick the color of my nails. The nail tech next to us was so good about talking with his customers and it was apparent he had a return client come in. I did like the color my nail tech helped me pick. She also kind of cut my cuticle when she was electrically filing, I had the smallest sight of blood. But the thing that I am most upset about and why I have so little stars is after she was finished and I left the store, my nails had ripples and bubbles. By day 2 my DIPPED nails were peeling and chipping and they just kept getting worse. I paid $55 dollars to have 1 hour of good nails. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

THIS WAS GREAT!, the vibe was quiet and nice. I asked for a photo that would be around 100 dollars somewhere else but it was 70 dollars here! Took around 1 hour to do, I was waiting for around 10 minutes but overall 10/10 salon! read more

Stopped by for gel pedi and got quick service despite full house here! Place is cool and casual, and staff were friendly. No one felt "rushed" around here. Standard pedi $33 + $15 gel polish was fair especially since it included hot stone massage and hot towel service towards the end. My lady did like petty and 30 minutes, which is fairly quick! She did a great job. read more
