While visiting from San Jose today I decided to treat myself to a pedicure and refill/new design on my hands at the suggestion of my friend. Walking in the first thing I noticed was how fresh it smelled, it didn't smell like chemicals like other places I've been. It's a smaller shop but really pretty, warm and welcoming. Rose did my toes. She did an excellent job, I felt listened to and relaxed. I work on my feet so getting a nice pedicure is always a treat. I made an appointment for later in the day with Sam. She did amazing! I wanted to do something colorful and found my inspiration photo on Pinterest. She knocked it out of the park! I went on a busy day and just walked in. It was clean and there were a-lot of different stations. I was helped fast even though they were busy. I've never had this option at any salon before but they mixed in the water a jelly packet and in the photo I chose aloe so you can see the green jelly. I don't know how to fully describe sensation besides it kind of being like crushed up orbies . It was a fun experience to be honest. It was the most expensive option which I can't remember fully how much it was but I spend about $100 for this with gel polish. I was thinking about French tips but I felt like the gel polish and French tips Up charge was sorta a lot together so I just got gel. The polish lasted awhile and I had one toe chip after about a month but after a whole month is nothing to me. I would recommend. read more

Absolutely pitiful place. Actually very embarrassing for an establishment to treat anybody like this I truly hope what goes around comes around. In this day and age, a business should honestly be embarrassed to operate this way. I called ahead, confirmed builder gel, arrived when I said I would, and they still started removing product from my nails before suddenly deciding they couldn't do the service. Why touch my nails in the first place if you already know you can't complete the appointment? No apology, no professionalism, just people walking around aimlessly with terrible communication. Another customer was already complaining that her nails weren't even filed straight, which told me everything I needed to know. The whole experience felt archaic, outdated, unfriendly, and honestly very sketchy. Hidden location, terrible parking, and not even good work to make up for it. I walked out genuinely thanking God they did not continue touching my nails. I would NEVER step foot in here again. With so many talented and professional nail salons around, this place would be my absolute last resort. And the reviews are not real they are begging people to write good reviews! Visited this place a few minutes ago The girl was very sweet that did my nails but rushed due to her having an appointment at 2:30 so some of the nails are different shaped an wide. I told her I couldve came later because i knew it would be a rushed job but they insisted it was okay. Its also missing polish in some areas of the nails like the sides. I just wanted a long sharp square set. They are also thin. My gel pedicure is horrid. Didn't cut my cuticles, polish is clumped up an all of my toenails are different length i asked him to just file and make even but he started clipping away making them shorter.... My feet look like they were done by 2 different people. I provided a pic of left and right feet for reference. I was going to ask for the guy to fix it but when he was finished he went to do someone else feet.. The nail shop overall is very welcoming and the person at the front desk and i think owner is very nice. The price is decent no complaints there i just wish i was better serviced for the price i paid or had someone more experience with layovers doing my feet. 2 stars is For the kindness not service. Book here accordingly, i went because my regular nail people were unavailable so i went to another shop in the area. Came here to get judge. :/ when the lady said sit here and smiles at me it though it was genuine. It wasn't bc she started on me only to ask someone else to finish the job. She cut my nails and when I asked her to make them shorter she got a bit loud and said she was going to. How do I even know that? What's wrong with speaking up? I was not rude or agressive. When she asked the gentleman to finished me she didn't address me or said bye pr anything. Then she spoke her language and everyone looked at me at the same time! How embarrassing!! I bring my daughter her for her acrylic nails and I don't think I will be doing that any more either. I understand we are just money and not actually clients. I came here today with my husband and our baby, and I am SO glad we did. My husband has been dealing with terrible pain in both feet all week because of really bad ingrown nails. Every place we've tried in the past would just trim his nails and then tell him he needs to see a doctor -- but we weren't ready to have part of his nail cut out. Kimberly was an absolute lifesaver. I had the most unprofessional and disturbing experience at this salon today. I came in for a fix that was previously agreed to be free, but they tried to charge me anyway. When I stood my ground, the staff started harassing me and literally followed me around trying to take photos of my face without my consent. It was incredibly invasive, creepy, and felt like a total violation of my privacy. Even after my partner came in to address their behavior, they still refused to issue a refund or even offer a gift card to make up for the terrible service and harassment. To make it worse, the work was so inconsistent, my nails were all different shapes and sizes. This place is shady, disrespectful, and completely out of line. I don't recommend SAMANTHA! I moved here to Natomas from Texas and wanted to give this place a shot due to a few of the good reviews I had read. The salon isn't that bad but I had decided to leave this place for good due to my nail tech Samantha. She did my nails twice and the first time I came to really love it so I wanted to stick with her. However when I got my 2nd set I was disappointed in her poor practice. I had oval nails from my first set she did and for my next set I wanted square nails. I even showed her a photo of how I wanted my nails done and she agreed to do them like it. Instead of giving me a new set, she was trying to do a fill on my oval nails with the new color I wanted. When I addressed her that I wanted square nails, she seemed irritated and instead of taking off my old set, she placed the new set on my old set which I thought was rude of her as this has never happened to me. Mind you she also had the audacity to charge me $90 for this new set! I have been to everyday nails and spa multiple times and have always enjoyed my experience, but my most recent sticks out the most. I took my grandma and sister to get pedicures for their birthdays and everyone in the salon was so kind. My grandma has diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage in feet/legs) and she couldn't stop raving about how much better her feet and legs felt after. UPDATE: From two stars to five because of the outstanding customer service. They called me to see if I'd be willing to come in to have the mistakes corrected, so I accepted. When I arrived, they treated me kindly and professionally just as they had before. They also apologized and assured me it was their mistake, but were happy I came back. The corrections they made were great and I'll definitely be back to give them a second chance. It breaks my heart to post this review, because I actually really liked the nail techs here and this was the first time treating myself to a set of nails in over a year. They all seemed quite friendly, kind, and even had a good sense of humor. Plus, the nail tech I got had great reviews here on yelp. Sadly, she rushed through my set and definitely made some major mistakes that are huge no-nos when applying acrylic, so I can't leave the glowing five star review that I'd hoped to be leaving. From a glance, I thought they looked good and was happy with the color and sparkles. However, after getting the chance to feel them with clean hands and inspect them under better light, there are so many things that are wrong with this acrylic set that I am quite saddened and feel like I wasted my money. The acrylic goes well over my cuticle, onto my skin, there are various areas that have gaps because the tip was the incorrect size, there is an air bubble in one of them, the sides feel rough, and I had to get her to apply another layer of top coat because it was super sloppy at first and very visibly not covering the entirety of my nail. (She did do this without hesitation, but I shouldn't have had to say anything at all.) In the long run, I'd like to give this place another chance, but only if they're willing to fix the mistakes with this set first and that may require redoing some of the nails entirely. read more

I brought my two granddaughters in 14 and 11 and they charge $50 for the 14-year-old because she is "an adult" they said and regular price for the 11-year-old pedicure same exact service but they considered the 14-year-old an adult and the 11-year-old a child. I have never heard of a nail salon doing this and I do not know how they felt the 14-year-old was an adult. They are both considered children. So how they charge $50 for the "adult"14-year-old child and $35 the 11-year-old child makes no sense. Same exact service!!!!! read more
