've been coming to this nail salon since day one , but lately the service has really gone downhill. Every time I call, no one answers the phone--and now I understand why. I came in recently and saw the staff doing each other's nails while the phone just kept ringing. No one even tried to pick it up for a while, until someone finally came out later to answer it. And this didn't just happen once--I've seen it happen multiple times. They just let the phone ring and ring, which honestly makes it feel like they're not interested in getting business or helping customers. On top of that, the atmosphere has changed. The people there don't make you feel welcome anymore--it almost feels like they think they're too good to do your nails. That being said, I do want to thank one of the older gentlemen--he did a great job on my pedicure--and the older lady who did my nails, she did an amazing job as well. It's disappointing because I used to enjoy coming here, but the lack of professionalism, attention to customers, and basic friendliness is hard to ignore. I hope they can improve, because right now it doesn't feel welcoming at all. read more

Update: next time I went in, I actually didn't say anything about the discount and they applied it anyway; I was surprised and impressed. Also, I was very pleasantly surprised that with this most recent appt for today, that they asked for my number for the appt (see previous review for why that is so great!). This salon is full of quality products that have been the best for my nail retention that I have ever had & I LOVE a long square nail. I have been here a total of 4-5 times so far & they have never messed up or rejected a specific style that I request. The reason for this is because every nail tech in this salon specializes in different styles. For instance, Dustin worked on my PERFECT nail shape & (I believe her name was Vee/Vi?) did an AMAZING job on the nail art & adding her own style which truly made these nails a piece of art. Finally, as someone that never comes in with a reference photo & someone who constantly changes their mind as the nails are being done, they have been EXTREMELY accommodating & kind. I've been a loyal client here for over 3 years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. They overcharged my sister $100 for a poorly done set, with acrylic caked under her nails, and when she went back for help, the staff were rude, defensive, and refused to take accountability. Weeks later, I went in myself, waited over an hour, and was still told to "come back tomorrow". The lack of professionalism, respect for clients' time, and customer service is unacceptable, I've spent a lot of hard earned money and have never left without showing my gratitude in tips. I came here for a few months now and I love getting my nails here. It's so clean and fast. Tom always does my nails and he never disappoints. I normally just tell him a color and he can decide on a design. This time we did this cute cat eye style and is very beautiful under the sun. The videos doesn't do it justice. I have never felt like my business was unwanted I walk in I asked for a fill and pedicure they said they have no time to come in tomorrow after 5:30 I explained to them I probably wouldn't get here til 6 pm then they said to call because they magically became full. Called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get me in within a few hours which I'm really surprised about after my appointment because this is a very busy salon. Annie was my nail artist. There were many there and all looked equally talented. I don't think I've ever seen such a large selection of colors and styles I had never seen before. I came here Dec. 9th. My hands were done by Lucy (have a feeling that might not be her actual name since everyone she worked with looked really confused when she said that was her name and one of them even questioned her) and pedicure by Na (hope I spelt that right). This was my second time coming to this location, convenient since I was getting the oil changed on my husband's car. I walked in and right away they took me. Na was great, really thorough and friendly. I got the Deluxe Pedicure and it's definitely worth it. Lucy was nice as well, it was a bit annoying when every time they say something they look at each other and start talking in their own language which really makes you wonder and feel odd. Other than that the service was great, I showed Lucy a picture and she chose the perfect shades, the reason I took off a star is because instead of Doing a hand design she used these odd stickers that kept breaking and still used it so they turned out a bit crooked. I would have preferred an actual hand done design since the pictures on here show a lot more artistry than using stickers. read more
