I'm a regular customer, but this is the second visit where my service felt rushed. The polish is uneven and you can see brush lines underneath. The top coat also isn't fully covered. The overall vibe felt off after I requested a soak-off instead of the quicker removal method (which can be painful). I understand it takes more time, but professionalism and attitude still matter. I hope management addresses this, as I've enjoyed coming here in the past. Right now, I'm considering finding a new salon. read more

Service has gone down hill. Went in two pedicures and they rushed my husband's. Will probably start looking for a new salon.

I went to get my toes done and everything was fine until it came to filing off the old gel from my previous pedicure & the use the lamp for GEL. Whenever he put the lamp on my toes I told them multiple times it was burning. He then said "well your toe nail beds are thin" . If my nail bed is thin then they filed them down too much. I've never had an issue with my toe feeling a burning sensation before but instead of saying I'm sorry or finding a way to fix the issue he disregarding my concern. When filling the old gel off he got my skin for going too fast. They need better professionalism and try not to blame the customer for a mistake they made. Will not be going back read more

Needs work on Cleanliness . I have only gotten a pedicure here the past few years, I even brought my child to get a Pedicure here also with me. I have developed a toe nail fungus due to this establishment not cleaning their tools properly. During a full set they won't disinfect the table or put a clean towel down for my hands or rest my arms on. I haven't seen them ever wipe anything down. I don't recommend & I won't be back read more

Huge nail salon in Howe Bout Arden Plaza - very open space with lots of massage chairs. Walked in after shopping at Nordstrom Rack and was able to sit down almost immediately. Nail techs were friendly and did a great job on both mani and pedi. The guy who did my pedicure gave an amazing foot massage too. I'll def be back b/c they did a quality job. read more

They did a very good pedicure for me no complaints they got me in when I asked 6pm I called ahead of time and asked for that time. My mom took me and she walked in with me and they gave her a pedicure too! Very nice, not overbearing, only complaint is I wish they had complimentary drink or at least waters but it's ok!! I just have had other salons offer that so I'm used to that. Other than that I think I will definitely keep coming here just bring my own drink and maybe snack next time lol. Stopped in for the first time on a Tuesday at 5pm. The shop is much larger than you'd think from outside. I needed a gel manicure and Bill was my tech. I've not typically had great manicures from men but I kept an open mind. This is my new spot and Bill is my guy! I'm very picky on cuticle clean up, the shape, and polishing down your the cuticle line. I didn't have to say anything. He did a meticulous job. These are my natural nails. I visited this salon on March 12, 2025, for the first time and will never be coming back. I walked in and asked if they knew how to do Gel-X. The nail tech immediately jumped up and said she could, so I asked for pricing. She told me a full set was $60, and cuticle cleanup would be an extra $5. That seemed reasonable, so I went ahead with the service. Big mistake. My nails were completely glued shut with the Gel-X bonder, I had gel polish all over my hands, and within two days, my thumbnail had already broken. To make things worse, the nail tech begged for a tip and then suddenly charged me $70 because she added a French tip,when the menu clearly stated it was only an extra $5. I ended up paying $75 for a set that looks like it was done by someone with no real skill or care. This place is a scam. The quality is terrible, the pricing is shady, and the customer service is nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. read more

I'm going to give 3/5 stars bc I've usually have had really good experiences here. I love French tip & each tech I've had has been able to perfect it up until today 12/26. I had just gotten my nails done 12/23, I did French tip with dip. The tech who did my nails that day was amazing but my thumb nail broke off not even a week later so I came back today. The tech, an older later with short curly hair, was extremely rude to me & gave me an attitude when I explained they did French tip with dip. She was very rough when grabbing my fingers & not paying attention to detail when doing the French tip. I visited Stones for the first time, hoping to get a French tip pedicure like I usually do at other salons. From the beginning, I was clear about what I wanted. However, the technician applied a brown gel that I did not like, and I expressed my concerns right away after the first toe. She insisted that it would look better once completed and asked me to trust the process. Despite my discomfort, she proceeded to paint all of my toes with the same color. I reminded her again that I wasn't happy with the color, and she said she would lighten it at the end. My idea of being in a nail salon for a lm hour is long gone! After class today I decided I needed A gel manicure. I walked right in and was greeted by the wonderful staff and I was sat down immediately! Let me just say I was so impressed with the size of the salon it is enormous and I love the fact that everything is so spacious and they are still practicing social distancing. My wonderful manicurist was Jay and he was great! I decided with my all time favorite color "elegant pink". This place used to be great but I've left disappointed too many times now. Just got my last manicure and pedicure here. I see bubbles and imperfections all over my toes, paint on my skin around my nails on my hands. Not to mention my manicurist was rude as can be! Absolutely pleased with my third visit here. So sad that it's so far from where I live! Lol. Henry did my toes while Ricky did my nails. I typically get dip but being that my natural nails weee a tad bit shorter, Ricky recommended that I go back to acrylic. I'm such a simple girl.
