I called in this morning for a pedicure and the owner returned my phone call immediately. As a former technician I have very high expectations and they exceeded all of my standards. Wonderful, calm inviting salon read more

I give honest reviews because I appreciate authentic reviews when I am searching for a service.: 1st visit was pretty nice, (new customer/new salon awkwardness). Tiny shop just enough room for 2 customers (very cute). I like small, as hopefully I can relax during the Gel pedicure treatment without other customers talking on their cell phone, disturbing peace. (1 Full size massage chair in this spot) My fill and design were fantastic. Tony is an artist at his profession. My deluxe pedicure was ok. I prefer a firmer touch. Pedi means feet/toes...ankle area, too much of the time spent on the calf. ( Just my opinion and preference). She was kind and gracious, but not the best I have had for the cost. All and all, they far surpass what's out in the local nail salon world. They have loyal customers and that is a testament to them as individuals and business professionals. read more

Hans never misses every time I get my nails done I walk out a happy girl. He specializes in nail art as well, but I'm just a more natural girlie. He showed me his airbrush designs and nail art, they were so good. If I were ever to try designs I would trust him. read more

A great, cozy spot! When I called they were booked up but called me right back as they ended up having an opening. I received a gel pedicure and the attention to detail was top notch! They were running a promotion that included a hot towel service and an eye mask to take home at no added cost. My toes look and feel great! I will be back again! Thank you read more

Tony is the absolute best on the trade. All of his work is handpainted and he is a perfectionist so they will always come out. Perfect he's also an artist and draws everything by hand and it's just amazing and blows my mind every time they're wonderful they are friendly. They are nice and I love going to see them. Tuan is an absolute artist! Best sculptured nails in town! Loved the quiet cozy setting too!

10000000/10 best salon I've been to for a pedicure. The service for a regular deluxe pedicure is $30 and it comes with so much. They take their time to massage and the owners are so nice! I would definitely come back. Remember to bring cash when paying. read more

I've been seeing Tony since 2017 back in San Jose. I'm so glad that he is out here although I have to drive from Auburn to see him he is definitely worth it every single time read more

This place is absolutely incredible. First off, it's in a building full of individual rooms/suites so it's a very intimate vibe. Today was the first day that I got an airbrush ombré which is nice because that means I don't have to take all of my nails off to have a different color. The pedicure was the best I ever had. The massage was absolutely amazing. And the prices here are more reasonable than other nail salons. I highly recommend this place. read more

Finding Tony and Yen was a blessing in disguise for me. I've been faithful to my nail artist for 5 years now, and I was so sad to have to look for someone new when she broke the news to me that she had to take an extended break from work because of carpal tunnel. I have tried other nail artists at her salon and have never quite been fully happy with the results, so I decided to see if there was anyone else nearby who could even remotely match her skills. I found Tony and Yen on Instagram of all places: https://instagram.com/tonynguyen2459?igshid=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA== Their pictures looked flawless, and their videos were fun to watch, so I gave their studio a shot. Let me say that I'm a hairdresser with 24 years experience, so not only do I know what state board standards are, I also know the difference between a good service and a stellar service is. Tony and Yen are EXCELLENT at creating a clean, welcoming environment, and they both do amazing work. I got a full set with a pedicure. Notice those pictures, Tony's art is freehand. No stickers or stamps, and I've gotten nothing but complements! My feet feel amazing, even almost a week after my pedicure, Yen really took the time to listen to what I wanted, she even managed to get me almost falling asleep in the chair. The studio is in a Sola Salon studio, it's small so there's no room to have a big crowded line of people, which means they're able to fully focus on just taking care of you. Thank you both, I have a new place to go read more

I cannot believe it's taken me this long to leave a review. I have been going to Yen since they relocated to the Sola Salon location. It's been almost two years. I have been searching for a nail place that felt like home and provided excellent services. I am so glad I came across one of Yen's husband Tony's posts in my local neighborhood Facebook page. I was skeptical, the prices he was posting were VERY reasonable AND the pictures of the work he and Yen do were flawless! I started as one of Yen's clients and I never want to leave her! I watch Tony do his clients nails and pedicures too while I am there, he does amazing work too. Yen is a true Artist. Anytime I bring her an inspiration photo, she nails it! She is so detailed, and I always leave the salon feeling like I got exactly what I wanted! She and Tony are so nice and welcoming. Keeping their business as "cash only", helps them maintain their competitive and fair pricing for services. I also love the wall and cabinets FULL of nail color options. I have been handed rings of nail art, rings of different color options, books of nail color and nail art options... I honestly don't know Yen and Tony have so many! The Sola Salon room is smaller, but allows for a more intimate and relaxing experience. I am not a fan of the bigger salons where anyone and everyone is just sitting there staring at you getting a mani pedi. I will be coming here until Yen retires hahaha!!! read more

Update: Yen takes care of me if in need of a Mani/Pedi, Tony has always handled my acrylic's. I am extremely comfortable visiting you two. It's easy to schedule an appointment, very prompt response times, and always professional. They both work with great attention to detail. I'm always happy with your services. I am pretty picky about my nails and have been coming here for over a year. In my opinion, nobody does nails better in town. It's just amazing what Tony and Yen can do and their prices are beyond fair for the quality. Both of them are patient and pleasant. They will work as long as your nails take so don't come here if you're expecting a quick in-and-out low quality experience. This is a personal, warm and friendly environment. EVERYTHING WENT WELL. Their service? AMAZING! The talent? AMAZING! It's just the 2 of them who are married to each other with kids so they get life, you can't get any better than that. Conversation is everything and they hold it very well, especially after you go into a nail salon and they start speaking their language and you feel as if they might be talking about you after looking at your nails that made you feel awkward well you won't feel that here. It's a small little cubicle type unit inside a building that's numbered you would never know that it's even there it's super unique I think. They are busy so I advise you to call first to see availability. Anything you want nail wise they can do, even AIR BRUSH . I get my nails long so they tend to lift pretty quick, NOPE NOT HERE because they care and take their time like they should because your paying for good service hoping for good quality products which they have. Hands down the best nail salon I've been to here in Sacramento plus they are from the Bay Area so they know wusup so just know once you finish with your first appointment you'll be at your new nail salon for life. read more

Great gel Nail for an great price! Was in the area and need a new nail salon place. Thanks to my yelper's stubble upon this place. Located inside Teresa Salon, all the way back right when you walk in. Parking: didn't seem to busy for a Friday around 2pm. I called Tony to see if I could walk in and he was super nice and had time to fill me in. 5 minutes later I was getting my gel manicure. Service: Tony gives you great advice on nail, if you should do gel or acrylic. Note this place only does gel or acrylic. He does magic on your nails! Takes the time to make sure they are the right shape and size and exactly what you came in and asked for. I loved the way my nails come out, but I wished he cleaned up my nails better at the end cause they were still dusty. I get it, I can wash my hands when I come home but still. Price is super affordable! $20 for gel manicure! This will now be my go to place! Now I need place that does pedicure! read more

DAY: - appointment for Wednesday 6PM. LOCATION/INTERIOR: - located in the Paloma Plaza Shopping Center inside of Teresa's salon. I got here a little before my appointment but he was still helping the customer that was before me. He told me to sit down and pick a color. I thought her was finishing up and that it will be pretty quick...but it ended up being about 45 mins after my appointment. He apologized many times while he was doing the other ladies nails. Once he was ready for me he told me that one of his clients came late which pushed back his timeline. I was not happy but I understood that stuff happens and it's not always in his control. So for this reason I would have taken 1 star away but since he didn't rush through my nails and still took the time to be detailed, I decided to keep it at 5 stars. The only thing I would say is, I would have appreciated if I was told ahead of time so I could have ran some errands instead of just stilling there. I got the gel manicure ($20), definitely worth the price! He also didn't charge for a color change, which was really nice! Make sure to call him for an appointment if you want your mani done since he is the only one. Unfortunately he doesn't have the facility to do pedicure but definitely does a good job with a manicure! read more

Han's Nails - 2 week old nails. - Nail Salons Near Me - Sacramento, California

My ultimate favorite place to get a simple gel manicure of a set of acrylics. From time to time, I even get powder out on my natural long nails if I'm feeling fancy. Tony & his wife do a great job at perfecting the filing and polishing of nails. I've visited so many places in San Jose that cost more but chip, peel, crack and even fade in a week. When I'm super busy, my gel manicure can last up to a month chip or peel free. The only reason why I go back is because my nails have grown out, not because the polish is ruined. Make sure to call or text to set an appointment since there are no walk-in's. They get booked pretty quickly so set up appointments ahead of time. Also make sure to bring CASH! For best results, if you have a design or specific polish color you want, send Tony a picture to make sure it's something he's familiar with. read more

Tony is amazing at what he does!! My mom and I been going to him for acrylics for about 2 years now and he never disappoints. I was so disappointed by the service I received as I was expecting top notch quality based on the reviews. The first time Tuấn did my fill. I thought it was good overall (except for the acrylic that was all over some fingers) but when I got to my car I noticed that when he applied oil it damaged (smeared) the paint on one nail so I had to go back to have it fixed. The second time his wife did my fill and asked if I wanted the same shape (coffin) but she gave me square and also was sloppy with the acrylic on one nail so that it left a tiny ball of it pressing into my finger and I ended up breaking another nail to get it to come off. I also didn't like how tiny and cramped the space is and the fact that there's a limited color selection--rather than being handed books or rings of colors to choose from I had to describe what I wanted and both times they didn't have exactly what I wanted. And it's cash only. read more

I highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable place that will give you that tender, love, and care! Be sure to make an appointment as they don't do walk-ins! They're usually pretty booked, but are still so accommodating and will do their best to work with your schedule. Yen did my gel nails ($20) and I love her!! She's so careful and takes the time to make sure your nails are perfect. I accidentally hit the side of my nail while putting it under the blue light and she redid it for me to ensure there were no marks. I honestly didn't even notice it! This is hands down the best acrylic manicure and pedicure I have gotten in San Jose! Han and his wife have a cozy salon in their home, and their friendly attitudes, attention to service, and quality of detail is absolutely incredible. Not to mention the extremely affordable price. I had to get my nails done ASAP and was running out of time. I called Han's Nails and they were able to accommodate me for a pedicure and gel acrylic manicure within 15 minutes. The pedicure was fast, efficient, and beautiful. My nails shined and looked better than they had in years. My fingernails, which Han did, were absolutely flawless. Definitely found my new go-to nail salon since most of the salons around my area have recently increase in pricing. I live in south SJ, so it's about a 15-20 minutes drive, but worth it. I called this morning and was able to schedule a gel-manicure ($20) & pedicure ($15) for the afternoon. (They would prefer if their clients booked 1-2 days ahead if they plan on getting a mani-pedi set) Their salon is in one of the houses where they turn the garage into a storefront. It's not hard to miss, and plenty of parking since there aren't any walk-ins. Appointments only! Tony & Yen were very friendly and greeted me upon arrival. They gave me time to pick my nail colors (much appreciated since it always takes me awhile to decide) and started when they were finished with their current client. Each client takes about an hour or so, depending on the service. So they book accordingly, and really take their time Can't wait to come back, thank you for the beautiful mani/pedi! :) read more
