I went to this salon with a clear inspiration photo and communicated politely throughout the process. While I understood the nails would not be an exact copy, the final result looked significantly different from the reference in terms of detail and overall execution. When I reached out respectfully to explain my concerns and asked if the detailing could be adjusted, the response from management was dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Instead of acknowledging the specific issues I pointed out, I was repeatedly told that artists are different and that I needed to be "more open minded." At no point was there an effort to understand my concerns or offer a meaningful resolution. I was not expecting perfection or an identical recreation. I simply expected professionalism, constructive communication, and willingness to address reasonable concerns from a paying customer. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling unheard and uncomfortable returning. read more

The service here is amazing! I get builder gel fills and designs with Tony and anyone for my express pedicures. Everyone is very friendly and personable. They never seem like they're rushing you out their chair and take their time (well I've only been in Tony's chair), but looking around, everyone takes their time with their clients. I highly recommend this place and think I found my new spot for nails since moving out this way from the bay! Come check em out!! read more

The parlor is clean and the equipment looks brand new. My chair gave me a lovely massage while Henry worked on my feet. Henry did a great job with my pedicure - took his time - didn't rush at all. I felt pretty pampered, plus he worked on a couple of pressure points on my soles, so maybe he's also a reflexologist? Whatever, I felt like I had new feet when he was done. That's kind of a big deal for me. I'm getting older and I have some health challenges that make it very difficult to take proper care of my feet. I resisted paying to have them done for me, but now I wish I'd come here sooner. I don't need anything fancy - just a good grooming, really. But it's fun to get color, too. This summer, when I wear sandals, I'll feel cute. read more

10/10! I would absolutely recommend Polish Parlor and any of the talented nail techs who work there. The vibe is clean, sophisticated and modern with huge comfy pedicure chairs and a selection of drinks are available. I was also impressed with their large selection of colors for gel, cat's eye, jelly, dip etc. I've been getting my nails done by Tony for over 3 years and he always exceeds my expectations. I've shown him so many difficult designs and he's able to execute them flawlessly, often times better than the inspo pic! Tony's skill level drives me to be more creative with my nails and the designs I choose. His application process is also top notch. I'm VERY hard on my nails, and I like them on the longer side and I never worry about them breaking or chipping. I visited two weeks ago as my favorite Tech, Tony (who use to be at Eco Nail Salon) had moved locations. I was happy to see that Polish Parlor was a large, clean space and very beautifully designed. The ambience is relaxing and music on point! The chairs are amazing and you can bring your laptop to work while on the chair as they have a table attachment for it. The seats are a good size, can be heated, has multiple massage settings and super comfortable. Especially, when you want R&R. There are two bathrooms and private suites for waxing and other services that privacy makes sense for. I didn't use them but I believe there is intent to expand services for facials and other purposes. I was also so surprised to learn that they carried Jelly polish and an array of cat eye polish too! (Cat eye is a polish that contains super fine magnetic particles, that when you hover a magnet over it, the particles respond to create shapes. When done properly, you get the effects of what looks like a cat's eye! It's beautiful!) Tony has done my nails since 2021! This means Tony has consistently made my nails look so good each and every time I wanted a full set. I trust his judgement to shape and create my nails - I have learned to shush myself when he works. Lol! I met the owner, Dee, and she's so well versed in the nail world that she will absolutely aim to please and explain nail services to you. I love being able to learn about how they take care of your nail health and share with you how to discuss what you would like done. Communication is key so you are happy with your nails and experience. Dee also makes sure that if there is a special polish you'd like - she'll make sure to have it. It's so great when a salon has all the polishes and tools to make your nail dreams, real! (Most salons carry only the bare minimum- which saddens me bc I want to try new nail styles but can't because the item is not available to create it). I'm happy that I followed Tony along to Polish Parlor. Looking forward to more visits here with Tony! read more

I've been here twice already. First visit was for a gelX set, the lady who did my nails did a fantastic job! My set lasted a little over a month without any chipping or breakage. Second visit was for a regular gel manicure and I once again had a very pleasant experience. It's a very clean salon and everyone there is super friendly. I've been going to Dee for over 5 years now, and there's a reason I've followed her wherever she's gone, she's the best at what she does. I went in recently for the deluxe pedicure, and it was hands down the best pedicure I've ever had. My legs and feet were unbelievably soft afterward, the products she has at her shop are of great quality with my favorite scent being green tea but she has several scent options. Dee genuinely cares about her clients and takes cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care seriously.
