Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience here. I called ahead to make an appointment and specifically mentioned that I wanted both a manicure and pedicure. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed unwelcoming. There were upset/frustrated expressions and an overall feeling that they didn't really want to help us. Another issue was the pricing. Every time I was asked to choose something--whether it was a color, design, or even the shape of my nails--I would make my selection, and then I would be told, "Okay, that's $5 more," "That's $10 more," or "That's $15 more." The extra charges themselves weren't necessarily the problem because I was willing to pay for what I wanted. The problem was that the pricing felt like it kept changing after I had already made my choices, including being charged extra depending on the nail shape. I feel these prices should be clearly explained upfront instead of being added one option at a time. I also had an issue when I asked to get my manicure after my pedicure. I had already mentioned when I called that I wanted both services, but when I asked about the manicure, it seemed like they didn't want to accommodate me. Unfortunately, the quality of the manicure was also disappointing. Only two days later, I noticed that some of my nails were crooked and the polish was already coming off or had not been applied properly. During the service, the skin around two of my fingers was cut/shaved and I was bleeding. I immediately told the nail technician that I was hurt and showed her, but the area continued to hurt afterward and is now scabbing on two fingers. I understand that mistakes can happen, but for the price I paid, I expected better customer service, clearer pricing, more attention to detail, and better care during the service. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and unfortunately I would not return. Since I can't reply directly to the message... I appreciate you wanting to fix it but I don't want to come back.. although I LOVE my pedicure I can't come back and seem like all is well because it wasn't and I'd feel off coming back.. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else who visits your shop.. best of luck with your business read more

I love this place - highly recommend Kim - she always does a great job! I show her nail inspiration photos and she is able to bring my vision to life! I also got service from Yen and she was pretty good too. They are super nice and seem to always try to accomodate even if it means staying a little past their advertised closing time. It is nice that they give a 5% discount if you pay in cash too. They also have a special: M-W 9:30-2:30pm 10% discount with cash You can also add a hand massage for $1 per minute when getting acrylics/fill - and I always do a 3 minute add on. Note that when you do chrome- you always wanna choose contrasting colors! Dark polish with light chrome on top or light polish with pigmented chrome... In all it came out to $50, left a $15 tip. $65 total. The lady who gave me my pedicure took time and actually messaged my feet. It was amazing. As a mom I truly appreciated it. Only downfall was when I went to pay; they didn't have tap to pay. Maybe it wasn't working so I had to find another way to pay since I forgot the card.
