The worst part is that as soon as she finished the very last nail, she admitted that we could have done the chrome at the beginning, but it was "too late now" because the white was already on. ​This is the second time she has done this to me. She waited until the job was finished to tell me she actually could have given me the design I asked for. I told her straight up that I wasn't happy. If you want someone book with Angel instead. I've gone to her before and she is great, but definitely avoid Nancy.
