I came here for a hydro facial with Iness. When I walked into the spa I was greeted by the staff. The spa was very clean and welcoming. There was also a wall of Eminence products for sale. Iness greeted me and walked me back into the room. I noticed her room was very clean, neat and organized. She was very nice and patient. She examined my skin and began to ask me a lot of questions about my skin type and my concerns. I really appreciated how much time she took and her recommendations to achieve my skin goals. During my facial she was happy to answer all of my questions and she was very knowledgeable about her craft. She gave me directions on what to use when I got home. I was amazed by my results and my skin felt smooth, radiant and glowing by the end of my appointment. A week later my skin still looks very smooth and I am ecstatic with my results. This is my 2nd review for Le Blanc Day Spa. My first review was after my first massage. I left a 5 star review then. I've been going to Iness for almost 4 years now. I will never get another massage again from anywhere else. I joined the "massage a month" membership that way I continue to support her and support my mental health and well-being. Iness is truly a gift. Not only is she a great masseuse, but just a beautiful human being. She truly cares about her clients and how they are feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally. I carry a lot of stress in my upper back and neck. I have a very emotional stressful job, have had two brain/neck surgeries, and have two children- two and under. When I go in to my monthly massage, I am truly needing one in order to release the tension and stress from my body. I always do a deep tissue massage for an hour. Sometimes, I do splurge and upgrade to 90mins. The atmosphere of Le Blanc is so calming and peaceful. Literally, stress just leaves my body from walking into that place. I have been to this spa three times, twice for a Dermaplaning facial and once for a Brazilian wax. I went to Jazz for each service and she is great! I have sensitive skin that can react harshly to facials and she did such a good job and my skin felt amazing after. Dermaplaning does help my makeup go on smoother and my skin looks more refreshed. While we were chatting during one of my facials, Jazz mentioned she enjoyed waxing and had a more gentle touch. So, I decided to try to go back to waxing since I took quite a break and things got out of hand ;) I can absolutely say she was telling the truth! Obviously, when any type of waxing happens below the belt there will be pain, but it was quite minor (especially compared to others I have had that seemed to take great pleasure in just ripping and running). She also did well as I am quite a chubby girl and we were able to work together to maneuver my fat around to make sure she got every nook and cranny. My aesthetician was Jasmine and she took her time and didn't rush my facial. The overall facial is exactly what I needed. My face felt so soft and smooth afterwards. I think I've found my go to spot for facials and it's so close to my home. One small minor issue I had was the noise coming from the store or restaurant that was next door. I just had my second facial here and I'm very happy with the results!! I came here a month ago after breaking out more than usual and Jazz recognized that I was using products that were causing an allergic reaction. Instead of doing the facial I thought I needed, she gave me a mini facial to let my skin start to heal. I was back today and happy to share with her that my skin is much better! I was able to get a microdermabrasion today and it was a great experience. The way I would describe this spa is that they are no-nonsense and seem to really care about helping with the right service even if it's not the most expensive.
