Wow, I needed that! First of all the studio is inside of a soak spa and when you walk in the atmosphere is so bougie. The Massage room is also lovely, well appointed and not cluttered. Plus, I love the dim lighting. Vanessa really loosened up my neck. She identified my areas that were really tight and went after them and I so appreciate it. Plus, she was fun to talk to! I am new to the area and she gave me some ideas about activities to look at doing. I would definitely return to this business. read more

I've been going to Vanessa for over 3 years and have followed her to each of her locations because she's absolutely worth it. Vanessa is skilled at her craft and since I started going to her, I haven't had the same aches and back pain I used to have. Vanessa's vibe is amazing and she always plays the best music which isn't your traditional spa music. I highly recommend you go see Vanessa for your massage needs. read more

Found this massage place on-line and really wanted to relax before heading back to Chicago. Location was hard to find so definitely look at maps and photo guidance before heading there. It is located next to the Koala Tea place so that is a good reminder. Massage room is quaint, clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed my massage and felt great during and after. Good value with out all the up charges or sales pitches. Owner and operator, Vanessa is super sweet. I felt very comfortable opening up to her about my problem areas in my back and just general life stuff. The massage really loosened up some knots that I had been carrying around. If I lived in Sacramento or Elk Groove, I would come back. read more

Just a 9-5 working momprenuer looking for instant and permanent pain relief... and because such thing does not exist this place is the next best thing. I've saw Vanessa for a massage and felt like I laid on a cloud in heaven. She instantly made me comfortable and relieved some pressure from my spinal stenosis. I type a lot for work, and have for over 13 years now, Vanessa helped my hands feel like they are getting normal circulation again. My physical health is more of a priority these days and I'm excited to find someone who really goes into detail with her hands to relieve pain and provide comfort. In my life I've never experienced such a heavenly and attentive massage! The space was clean and the music was soft vibey - not the typical elevator or boring meditation music I'm use to experiencing while receiving a massage. The massage table is luxe and the sheets felt so soft and warm keeping me from being cold- I loved that! The little pillow Vanessa placed under my head made me feel like I was floating on a cloud. The quality added touches gave a full luxury vibe. Already scheduled my next appointment! If you are looking for a professional luxury massage in Sacramento or any surrounding area, this is the place to go! read more

I have been going to Vanessa for awhile now. I found her through a friend and since then, cannot help but mention her when anyone even mentions getting a massage. It is so nice to find someone who is an artist at their craft. Vanessa really takes the time to work on your problem areas and takes pride in being able to offer some relief and relaxation by the end of your session. If you haven't tried her yet, what are you waiting for??? ‍ read more

This is now my latest addiction! Vanessa is AMAZING and every bit as charming as her place of business is. When I arrived...I was concerned that my soreness (I workout 6 days a week) would prevent from enjoying this massage. Vanessa inquired about what areas would I like for her to work on and quickly got started. Her work area is very clean and orderly. The sheets I laid on and beneath were super soft. The massage table was comfortable and very sturdy. We chatted effortlessly about a few topics and I enjoyed her music selection as well. I was so stiff with a limited range of motion and I could feel her tend to each trouble spot bringing my muscles back to life!!! Vanessa my body thanks you tremendously and so do I! See you soon! read more

My second visit with Vanessa, she is kind, professional and has magical hands!! Highly recommend and will be back again! Thanks :)

Vanessa gave me the best massage I have ever had! I booked the 90 minute Relax session online at her website, where it is very easy to book. She is very professional and creates a very relaxing environment with great music. I have horrible tension in my neck and upper back, including knots that are a couple of years old. She was able to relieve so much of it and found some knots in my lower back. I will be back soon! read more

Vanessa is truly a blessing! Her massages are some of the best I've ever had! I recently went in for a 90min massage and was amazed at how I felt after! I had terrible tension in my lower back and shoulders and I left feeling so light and relieved of pain. Vanessa is extremely professional and her location is inviting, relaxing and clean!! I also love the music she plays as she tailors it what you feel in the mood for! I will definitely be back!!! read more

Hands down my new favorite massage therapist! Vanessa is so awesome! I first tried the 90 minute sports recovery massage which had band work involved and it did wonders. I never had that type of massage and I loved how my body felt afterwards. My body is always sore after an intense leg/glute day and after one session with Vanessa, my soreness decreased tremendously the following day. I told her what parts of my body get sore the most and she was able to feel where my knots were, and massaged them out. I also tried the regular 90-minute massage which was also great and relaxing. My body always feels 10x better after getting a massage from her. I love the ambience of her room. Chill, relaxing vibe with has an amazing music playlist! I had to cop her music playlist once i heard it lol The conversations with her are always wonderful too and she is the most genuine, down to earth person I've met. I defintely will be a regular and I will be referring my friends and family. read more

I had an amazing 1hr massage with Vanessa this morning. I went in with neck, shoulder and upper back soreness from working out and she made sure to pay special attention to that area specifically. I always thought I needed deep tissue massage to work out these types of kinks but Vanessa convinced me that relaxation was key. And it didn't hurt!!! Walking out of her building made me feel like a whole new person. She has definitely earned a repeat customer in me! read more

Excellent service. Grade A massage. I would suggest you get an appointment as soon as possible. Thanks Vanessa

I felt aches all over my body and especially on my right neck/shoulder area and let me tell you, she attended to my body with the perfect amount of pressure and with so much gentleness at the same time! Ahh I need to book an hour and a half next time. My body is SO GRATEFUL!!! THANK YOU!!!! Def will be back and we have great connecting conversations also which I enjoy read more

Vanessa is amazing ! She honestly cares about all her clients. When I make time to go I do not regret it. She has the most down to earth vibes and I'm instantly relaxed by her presence. On top of that her massages are incredible. Every time I leave I feel 100% better. read more

Best massage therapist, hands down! (Pun intended) The room was comfy and inviting. The massage table was warmed to just the right temperature. I had some pain in the shoulder. Vanessa rotated my shoulder until she pinpointed it and then worked firmly in that spot. I left as a better version of myself! read more

I had a great massage today by Vanessa! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, even though I didn't really know what I wanted. I don't get massages very often so I just asked for something relaxing. She delivered! I felt so refreshed and calm when I left. Thank you!! read more

OMG....So I am first timer. My first massage and Vanessa was amazing. I knew I was tense and sore but.... I didn't know. It felt really good even though I did have some tight areas. She asked me what I needed her to concentrate on and she worked it all out. The place is very nice and clean. She is professional and very much about wellness. If you need a good massage, look no further Vanessa is great! read more

I am not sure where the positive reviews are coming from. I had one massage and found it to be terrible. She always has availability. When I finally scheduled a massage she raised the price- SHADY! The masseuse doesn't care about your comfort or what areas you need work on. There was terrible music playing and bright lights in your face. When I mentioned it, she just shrugged it off. Then missed the right side of my body and said we didn't have enough time. I have been getting massages for over 20 years. All over California and internationally. I never met someone so unprofessional and not customer oriented. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more

My new favorite massage place here in Elk Grove! Called Vanessa at 5:30 & she got me in at 7pm! Her spot is so perfect & relaxing. She doesn't play the boring massage music lol but her work is amazing. She focused on the exact areas I wanted. Definitely going to be a regular :) read more

Vanessa is an excellent massage therapist I'm so glad I found her. She is professional and her studio is clean and cozy. She asks what your needs are so can she focus on where you need the most work. She'll play whatever kind of background music you like but I personally like her smooth R&B playlist. Worth it! read more

This is the best 90 minute massage I've had in 2019 hands down! Everything was on point from the the table with sheets more comfortable than the ones on my bed to the smooth R&B playing in the background. Vanessa's attention to detail was impeccable. Her combination of deep tissue, sports, and Swedish is unrivaled. I've booked 2 more appointments for this month and I highly suggest you get in and book yours because she's going to book and you'll wish you would have locked in your spot! read more

I've hesitated to get a massage from Vanessa for over a decade because I know her personally and I always thought that I'd feel awkward.. but I finally caved and I and was surprised at how comfortable I was. She honestly makes the environment so nice and welcoming that I can't help but relax. I've gotten 3 massages from her so far and all were GREAT. If you have limited mobility I'd definitely recommend the band massage. You will feel a difference!!! The deep tissue massage is also amazing. It's not too gentle and definitely not painful like some other places I've been to. Don't get me wrong.. she still puts on enough pressure to get those knots out!!! This girl's work is magical hahaha and no, I'm not being biased. If I didn't like it I just wouldn't have posted a review haha read more

The massages here are amazing. Vanessa really cares about her clients and takes care of them. I get a massage on a weekly basis from her because I feel a lot of energy after she helps me out. She asks what you're looking to have her focus on at the beginning so any knots will be taken out. I would recommend getting a massage from her every week if possible. read more

Vanessa is the best! The moment she greets you with her warm smile and sweet personality, you'll already feel more relaxed! I never really liked massages before, but decided to try it out again because I started getting back pain. I got the 60 minute massage and it was so good that I was sad when it was over! Vanessa is amazing at what she does! The next time I booked, I got the 90 minute and I will probably only get 90 minute massages with her from here on out. She even takes requests on music . I went with island reggae music and felt like I was relaxing on the beach. Thank you Vanessa! You're the best! read more
