Healing Through Touch Massage - Suki on left, I'm on the right - Massage Near Me - Sacramento, California

Suki is such a life saver! She goes beyond just a massage. Her communication is excellent! Upon arrival she gets an understanding of what is going on and exactly she needs to focus on. She offers many different options for healing. She has the most welcoming environment. She made sure to let me know that it's going to take some time to work on my healing process (I have terrible sciatica) I also had limited range motion when it came to moving my neck. She focused on my areas that hurt me real bad. I do want to say it was uncomfortable as far as the pain relief goes but she did keep communicating with me to let me know this is part of the process and within a few days I should be feeling a bit better and some relief. After my appointment over the weekend, the following morning my neck and shoulders felt SO much better. My pain from my sciatica is still present but I know it will take several sessions before I am feeling better. My healing process is a work in progress and I am so thankful for my experience with Suki. She also offers spiritual healing as well and I believe we had such a great spiritual connection as well. She is a healer- so I will end with this, Please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some sessions with Suki. She is the REAL DEAL! Thank you Suki for your help :) read more

Service Requested: one hour massage for $130. Since it was my first visit, she asked what my past experience was with massage therapy and what my needs were. She explained that she was going to provide deep tissue massage to address knots in my neck and shoulders. She also agreed to focus only on neck, shoulders, upper back as I requested. Quality: Delivered massage as requested. Also found knots in my lower back/pelvis area. She worked on that area after I gave approval. Also provided cupping to upper back, after I approved. I've never had deep tissue in pelvic area and was somewhat painful but felt better a couple of days later, as she predicted. Cupping was added plus and was included in price of massage. No extra fee! Vibe: Location in simple office on Alhambra Blvd. Clean facility and plenty of parking. read more

This is a long overdue review but I actually went to Suki a few months ago for a deep tissue massage and I still dream about it til this day and recommend Suki to all my friends and family! She's not only amazing with her hands but she's also super sweet! She made me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I met her. I also came in with extreme neck and back pain due to my job sitting all day, she listened to all of my concerns which she was able to help relieve. She even helped me adjust my stiff neck and I never felt more amazing. I've tried so many massages and never got the relief I needed until I met Suki! Can't wait to come back! read more

Absolutely a great healing massage. I feel so relaxed and my back pain and tennis elbow pain are so much better than what I was dealing with day in and day out. I'm on my feet all day and have a history of 2 back surgeries, also work in a stressful environment Suki helped me so much and I can't wait to make self care with her healing massage a part of my monthly routine great vibes and a personal healing experience filled my soul. read more

Been twice now and would definitely recommend. Suki is very nice and easy to communicate with. But make no mistake. She goes in... hard. I was astonished at her strength. It became evident very quickly that she is a very experienced masseuse. You get the oils and the relaxing atmosphere but her massage really digs in to areas that really need to be worked. Having had other massages that had a lighter touch I wasn't sure how to take this so I kept quiet the first time and was uncomfortable a few times with the amount of pressure applied. I am sure she would have adjusted the pressure so that was on me. Second time around I communicated better and was an all around more pleasant experience. I like that the atmosphere is very relaxed. We chatted and made small talk throughout the massage which took things from an ethereal plane down to a more grounded experience. Overall I found Suki is very easy to talk to and really provides a great massage. read more

I came in feeling tight, sore, and honestly a little worn down--but Suki completely turned that around. She has such a thoughtful, intuitive approach, and it felt like she knew exactly what my body needed without me having to say much. The tension in my neck and shoulders started to ease almost immediately, and by the end, the knot that had been bothering me for days was gone. The space had a calm, comforting vibe, and Suki created such a safe and healing atmosphere. It's been a few days and I still feel lighter, more open, and just... better. I'm so grateful and can't wait for my next session. read more

Healing Through Touch Massage - It's hard to see but the knot I had in my neck is gone! - Massage Near Me - Sacramento, California

I wholeheartedly recommend Suki Kaur, owner of Healing Through Touch. She is not just a gifted massage therapist--she is a true healer. As someone who trains in CrossFit, lifts weights, gardens, and travels frequently, my body goes through a lot. Add to that a torn left meniscus and compensation on my right side, and I was completely out of alignment. I met Suki through E2 Biz Connect and immediately sensed she was someone I needed to see. From our first session, it was clear Suki has a deep understanding of the body. She intuitively found the areas that needed attention and worked through the knots with precision and strength. Her hands are incredibly strong, making her deep tissue massages both powerful and restorative. If you're in need of true bodywork and healing, do yourself a favor--book a session with Suki. One appointment and you'll understand exactly why I speak so highly of her. read more

Suki was so inviting and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. I've gotten a lot of massages in my life and I can say she's one of the best. She knew exactly where my pain was and worked on each area until she released it. You know your massage is good when you feel extremely lighter after. I nearly floated to my car.. lol.. highly recommend especially if you have chronic pain like I do.. I'll definitely see Suki again! read more

If you are wondering whether you should come to this place, DO IT! As soon as you walk in her suite, Suki immediately makes you feel welcomed. She asked me what's been going on and she really did tailor the massage to my needs and wants. I know everyone has their preferences and sometimes want even times spent on each part of the body, but Suki is so in tune with the body and she really focus on what you would benefit from being prioritized. She also uses quality products (for example, she used essential oils from a good name brand) and she stated that's because it's not only going in you, but also in her. She takes of herself so she can take care of you, and if that doesn't say that she believes in her work and what she does-- I don't know what does! I would highly highly highly recommend her! read more

Suki is extremely gifted and dedicated to providing excellent care. I needed significant deep tissue work to loosen very knotted tight neck and upper back muscles that have given me issues for years. Most placed have not been able to provide deep enough pressure, but Suki is not scared to go DEEP. She spent the entire time focusing on my areas of need and going deep into the painful knots to allow my muscles and neck to begin healing. I am very thankful to have found her, and absolutely recommend for anyone needing very deep work done on layers of knots. read more

Hello, my name is Denise and it has taken me a while to write this Review my apologies, Suki. I have had aches and pains for quite some time and after my massage with Suki, they aren't completely gone but very minimal. But like Suki says you have to be consistent with the process to heal. Suki is very gifted in her craft as well as spiritual. She knew exactly what I needed without me having to communicate with her. She is warm, positive, light, and loving. I left feeling refreshed and energized. This is not your average massage session I encourage you to book your appointment so you won't be disappointed. Denise read more

Suki is AMAZING... The knowing of pressure points combined with the smooth delivery of pressure to relieve knots are exceptional. Suki mixes pressure with knuckles and through breathing allows deep tissue to be effective and I'm still reaping the benefits 2 days later. Suki is a "healer" and this aspect is difficult to find. Spiritual and Physical healing is needed so that we may walk this journey with Grace.. It is truly amazing I reached out and found Suki... Suki's massage was exactly what I needed! I was extremely tight in my shoulder/ neck area which was causing headaches and she went to town on these problem areas (and the rest of my body!) Suki's massage isn't designed to be relaxing and feel-good. This is the type of massage that will continue to heal your body long after you leave the table. Suki gave me an amazing, restorative deep tissue massage that made my pain feel so much better after. She is very strong and provided me with the deepest massage I've ever received. She really got into my muscles and worked out all the knots. Aside from the exceptional deep tissue massage, she has a beautiful soul & personality. She was very empathetic to my pain and even stayed after hours to squeeze me in on the same day. And even after all of that, since I am a student, she told me that I could pay whatever I was comfortable with because she knew that being a student was expensive. Not only is Suki a great human inside and out, she's an exceptional masseuse. 10/10 read more

I was having issues with migraines and tightness in my back. Suki was able to work me in her schedule the same day I called. She spoke with me before the massage to understand the issue. Not usually one to leave reviews but Suki definitely deserves it. My lower back has been locked up for over a week and I needed an emergency massage. I could not find anywhere near me in Sacramento that wasn't booked out for weeks. Finally I got a hold of Suki who was kind enough to stay late after she was planning to go home to give me a massage. She was very attentive to my needs and asked many questions to understand what I needed out of the massage. She quickly zeroed in on my problem areas and gave them much needed attention. She gave good deep pressure and really helped loosen up my chronically stiff back. She was very kind with a great vibe and really empathized with my physical stressors. I could not recommend Suki enough and will be back again for sure! read more
