This last time I had allowed them to grow out for about 3 months to get them to fill out. Angela went over her process & made sure to let me know the wax she was using had a honey base so it was going to be less damaging to my skin. She talked during the proceedure to let me know what she was doing so I wouldn't be startled. It was quick & relatively pain free considering my previous experiences. The places I visited prior were usually wham/bam & I always had break outs around the brow area. I am happy to say after my visit with Angela I had not break outs at all! Woohoo! I would defintely recommend her!

Massage ends with hot stones and a hot towel rub down so its perfect. Hot stones bring the experience to the next level and the towel wipes off the oil. Great if you have places to go to post massage. A few notes: - You can ask that the pressure be adjusted. I like it harder, some like it softer. They can adjust to your liking. - Shoulder and neck massage uses some sort of liniment, similar to bengay. Great that it has that warm effect but it smells a little. Something to note if you have plans after. - They give water and treats at the end of each massage. I was given candies and a cupcake. I really liked this part. Will definitely be back.

This was my first time receiving any of these services so I was quite nervous. From the get go the communication was awesome. She messaged me before my appointment and took the time to answer any questions I had about prep. When I had trouble finding the office she walked out to greet me. The new client sheets and other forms she has are beautiful, very visually appealing. As a plus size woman, I was EXTRA nervous for my wax. Thankfully you could tell she is a pro and I didn't have any issues or feelings of awkwardness during my service. She walked me through everything as it was happening so there was no surprises, which I appreciate!! She made sure to clean up my lashes and my brows before getting started. My lashes came out beautiful and lifted! I can really tell the difference in tint when comparing them to my lower lashes too. At first I was nervous about my eyebrows, but after giving them a little pat down and washing off some of the extra tint they came out beautiful. I gave them a little trim and shaped them how I normally would and now I'm in love! I would happily return to her in the future. Not only that, but she has punch cards too! It's always nice to have an incentive for return. Thank you for all your hard work!!

Me and my husband arrived for our couples massage we were greeted by two women who were kind but once again language barrier couldn't necessarily understand what we were saying but that's ok, we were escorted to our rooms for a couples massage which was separated by a wall and a pocket door, the pocket door was open to give it the 'same room' feel (i guess). First thing I noticed, the beds were not heated. As we laid there cold it took about 5 minutes for the masseuses to come back (they started our 60min massage late). The massage itself for me was ok i think my masseuse was new.... She basically massaged everywhere EXCEPT my back, when i asked her to massage my back she responded 'hot stones' and left the room. When she finally came back a few mins later she put a towel on my back and placed hot stones on top... which i couldn't even feel because the towel. She continued to massage my arms then legs and finally went to my back but massaged it less than 5 mins and told me to turn over. I was very disappointed. She quick massaged the front side and stretched me then that was it there was no hydrating eye mask included as stated (i bought the Groupon) Needless to say we started late and finished early! So i didn't even get a full 60 mins either. While the two employees i encountered were nice, I WILL NOT BE BACK.
