WHY I WENT HERE: - in need of eyebrow threading service…read more- finished up my wax appointment at European Wax Center (same plaza) and just waited a few minutes for this establishment to open THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - located in the plaza off of Natomas Blvd and sandwiched between Del Paso Rd and Park Pl Dr (the same plaza as Wells Fargo and Raley's) - located in between Raley's and T4 Natomas THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - bright; white flooring with green walls - jewelry and handbags for sale displayed on the walls EXPERIENCE/CUSTOMER SERVICE: - since I came in first thing in the morning (within 30 minutes to an hour that they first opened for the day), doing a walk-in was easy - there were 2 workers who were both occupied threading other clients' eyebrows and I was seen within 5 minutes - I liked that the 2 workers were working in stations that were still distanced (there was an empty work station in between them) - what I did NOT like was that after one of the workers finished with a client and took me in, she used a feather duster at the head of the chair vs. a complete disinfection of the chair - my eyebrows were threaded at the natural brow line and kept thicker, which was nice (the other place I've been to lately in Natomas has been threading my eyebrows very thin) - the service is cheaper too; $10 here vs. $12 at the other threading place in Natomas - card payment is accepted here via a tablet (can tip from there too), which is always a plus

After hours of laying on her table (5 total) it was getting late and I was getting restless as I had a vacation right after my "lash appointment". Finally she was done after being on the phone, consistently dropping the tweezers on the carpet and not sanitizing, I was thankful that service was over with. After a few day she messaged me and asked how they were. I told her the fallout and they were stiff like a lot of glue. My right bottom lid was glued for a min but was able to apply a hot compress. Long story short this "business lady" did not like my feedback that I gave her and began to insult and harass me to the point where I had to block her and she called off of another number blocked one. I assume she got her friend or something calling me telling me they're woodland police department. I did not want a refund or any part of my money. But now , you insulted me. Contacted my friends, and others I knew because I did not like her lashes she did. This girl has a lawsuit coming, voicemails photos and her bashing me on her pages. I reached out to a salon via Yelp, and for some reason it sent out a mass search, and I had tons of businesses reaching out to me. Just an FYI for anyone using that search function. I accidentally booked with a person out in Folsom as I thought I was responding to a local salon, had to cancel with her, and quickly searched for a local business. Cue, Quyen. I called before business hours expecting to leave a message, but she was there, and so ready to help. She had a slot available that day, and I happily took it. Her location is in The Cannery parking lot which has an ample amount of parking (not during lunch time on weeks days), but it can be confusing. She told me she sometimes has to walk out to customers to make sure they find their way. Before the appointment I will share that she asked me to opt for a patch test just in case I had any aversions to the chemicals she's using, I opted out. So if you are skeptical about that, and not as impulsive as I, call her a week before your appointment to set that up. Her suite was so cute, clean, and relaxing. It was my first time with her so I had to sign some paper work. Apparently she archives all her customers experiences to make sure they know what they want the next time in comparison to what they had the last time. I thought that was a nice touch. The lash lift itself took a little over 45 minutes. Therefore if you're going on your lunch break like me, be wary! I opted for the natural lift as she explained to me that with the more dramatic option it could grow back looking funny more so then the natural lift because some lashes will be lifted while your boring natural lashes will grow in, in their stupid natural ways, lol. I for sure loved the look, I'm simple, and honestly just don't want to curl my lashes everyday. Though, my mom said she didn't notice anything...she's extra by the way. I noticed, and I'm sure with some mascara the look will pop even more! I will for sure go for the drama next time. All in all if you're looking for a beautiful spirit to make this happen for you, for sure reach out to this lovely lady. She even did a follow up text with me just to make sure all was well.
