So-this business gets three stars solely based on her work. I came with lashes from another place. She ended up taking them all off and applying a new set (with talking to me first and getting my permission). The lashes were nice and looked natural. I prefer a bit more glam but I did not tell her that up front-not her fault. But if you like the natural look...she did a great job. So.....there are some reviews about the owner flaking on appointments. Welp...it's true! Had a Saturday 10:00 AM appointment. Got there a few minutes early. So I've been getting my lashes done for a long time!! I love my regular lady but with two kids driving 35 minutes away and having to find a sitter for that time frame was jus getting a little hard to do!! So Lash Envy happened to follow me on Instagram and I saw that she was in Rancho and I was super excited because come on, why wouldn't you want to be able to get to your lash lady in less than 10 minutes right?? Or be able to go and do it on your lunch or something?? It just makes more time sense for me to find someone super close. Good news is: she fills other people's work and that is huge for me because as I said, I have had them done and I don't want them removed. I know some artists just don't want to but I think having the ability to and making them still look amazing on someone's else's original work is a huge skill!! So I go there, it's super cute- it's right by the cosmo store off on sunrise and lots of luck! The inside is quaint and has a couple of rooms and there's a little nail Area so they're going to start doing nails. The room is small too, but comfortable and the table is super comfy. She uses long mi lashes which I had never heard of and they're actually a pretty reputable brand after doing my research. She's super friendly, talkative and young- which is nice for some good conversation. Now to the good stuff, her fill was AMAZING and super quick. Her prices are reasonable and you couldn't even tell she filled it over someone else's work!! She made my lashes look exactly as requested and next time, crossing my fingers, were going to get a little purple thrown in for some pop! I've never gotten eyelash extensions before but I know a lot of people who've gotten them done. That being said, Rawha is absolutely amazing! First, making an appointment was really fast! I messaged her and within an hour I got a response. I had some trouble finding the place but that was just me getting lost.. I went into the building and got situated very quickly. The whole procedure took 1.5 hours. Rawha is super kind and answered all my questions I had since this was my first time. She did a phenomenon job and I will be going back to her to not only fill my extensions when the time comes but also try another service, like lash lifts in the future. Look no further! Rahwa is the best! I have been getting my eyelashes done for years by the places that essentially ruined my natural lashes, but I finally decided to get the individual extensions done. Lash envy is tucked away in a shopping center off Sunrise. Its a cute and simple space, which Rahwa said she is looking to fill up with other technicians. After getting mine done the first time (this is my second full set with Rahwa) the lashes last for a few weeks before noticing that I needed a fill, and I did not lose my real lashes in the process. We got started once I laid flat on the table and told her what type of lashes I wanted (Classic full set with a cat eye flare). She taped my eyes closed , had good music playing and we held good conversation for the hour and a half that it took to complete the set. Rahwa is professional yet SO personable. Felt like I knew her for years and the conversation was a good distraction for me since I started to get ansty and a little anxiety from laying flat for so long (I'm weird lol). She remained patient with me, asked if I needed a break or some water, gave me the little fan for a little air to calm my nerves and was so nice about my almost panic attack. Totally has nothing to do with her skills or process, and I refused to stop because I wanted my lashes completed haha. The end result was so worth it. I like my lashes to be on the natural side. Everyone has been complimenting her work and I DEFINITELY recommend anyone who gets their lashes done to check her out. It is worth the price, and she does not take super long like other places. Love love love love my eye lash extensions. My 14 year old said, awe you look so pretty. The owner is super nice and so easy to talk to. It took a long time to get them done, not any longer than normal, but it didn't seem long at all. I was surprised to see the time. It just kinda flew by. She gave me some advice about my lashes and gave me some options. Super nice, since no one has ever offered my advice before. They just do their thing. So I feel like I've learned a few things. Being in my mid 40s, lashes work so much better than mascara. My makeup start turning my eyes black and makes my under eye bags darker. So permanent makeup and lashes make my face look fresher. I feel uneasy leaving a negative review but it needs to be said. While she was so nice and understanding, she does not know enough about the Elleebana product to be doing lash lifts. The product was not rinsed off and kept processing for hours. My lashes were crimped and not a round natural lash curl. I asked for them to be fixed and she told me she can't reprocess without ruining the lashes. While every other person I spoke to said you can easily reprocess. Even a Elleebana trainer I spoke with. She told me they would relax in a week. After two weeks I requested a reprocess. She did but had all kinds of excuses. Then I asked if I need to wait 24 hours to get wet and she said no. This product doesn't require that. I spoke to Elleebana trainer who said absolutely do not get wet. It will cause frizzing and the lashes to change shape. After the reprocess my lashes are still way too curled. Most of the crimping is smoothed out but not all of it. But now I have lashes going in different directions. I'm so incredibly disappointed. read more

They say you get what you pay for but Not me. I got way more than my money's worth!! Had an appointment with Susan yesterday and she was amazing!! She was very personable and made you feel comfortable. My first time getting lashes done ever and wasn't sure what to expect, but it wasn't so bad. I ended up falling asleep and waking up to beautiful, natural looking lashes. The lashes are comfortable and I don't even notice them. I would highly recommend her. She's affordable and she even gives you care instructions and a little brush for your lashes!! Went to work the today and all my coworkers kept asking why I was " all dressed up" but the only difference was that I had lashes! My other coworker also asked how I would get the mascara off the extensions and she was impressed when I told her I didn't have any on!
