I got there today a little after lunch (6/27/2025). Mandeep had me check in and she got started on my brows right away. She was really nice and talkative. We moved here from the Bay about 3 years ago and I haven't found anyone to do my brows. I went to Davis to some other place. It was cool. Mandeep does an amazing job. WHY I WENT HERE: - nearby the office - wanted to try a new threading place - saw that this place accepted card transactions THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - first of all, Google Maps confused me and had me initially go to the plaza where Metro by T-Mobile was; I exited that to go back on Howe Ave and went to where Del Taco was; finally went onto Arden then turned into the parking lot where the sign indicates "Mr. Chicken, Brows N Style, Seguros Y Taxes, Fiesta Auto Insurance" - located on Arden Way off Howe Ave - located in between Mr. Chicken and Seguros Y Taxes - parking directly in front of Brows N Style is limited (and tight fitting) so park on the side of the building where you're able to enter/exit the parking lot THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - open space - simple and plain - clean - ornate chandelier - seating for waiting area on the left is wide, modern, comfortable looking leather - work stations on the right are clean and modern - cash register/sign-in sheet is by the back left corner - unsure whether the back room is where the microblading takes place or if that is done by the work stations SERVICES AVAILABLE: - threading - lash extensions/removal - microblading CUSTOMER SERVICE: - came in for a walk-in eyebrow threading service - greeted by who I'm presuming is the owner (saw that the woman working there + the client currently there + kid waiting in the waiting area were all masked, which was nice) - signed in at the sign-in sheet at the cash register - instructed to sit at any of the work station chairs, so ended up choosing the station next to the customer that was already there - pleasantly surprised the customer also welcomed me "to the family" of being a new customer - eyebrow threading was quick, efficient, and even - aloe application/massage was great - able to pay via card (for the service + choose custom tip) on the tablet and provided a loyalty card *** NOTE: the eyebrow threading service was $12 but the website indicates $10 (not sure if the website pricing needs to be updated, or if this was one of those places that charges a little extra for card transactions) read more

I came in here with the most raggedy, grown out eyebrows (hadn't done them in like two weeks) and Mandeep, who I assume is the owner, brought them back to life! Swear I forgot I even had an arch till she showed me the results. Lol she cleaned up my brows the exact way I like them. I will definitely be back! There was only one other person in front of me. I have never left a bad review, even if I had a bad experience, but this one I can not let slide. Which I'm kind of conflicted if I still want to leave this bad review, because I'm seeing other reviews saying how Mandeep is the best, etc ... but I just did not experience that right now at all. For starters, her threading technique, SOOO aggressive. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now, by a couple of different people over the years, and trust me, the pain doesn't get easier just tolerable LOL, but when I tell you her technique was so aggressive and painful, it was bad, literally the worse ever. She was also going so quick too, which off the bat made me so concerned, cuz I'm like "she's not even taking a second to compare them before continuing" , she was rapid fire. But then the other half of me I'm like ... ok maybe she's been doing this for a while, and can just do them quick. She finishes and gives me the mirror and the first thing I noticed is HOW THIN SHE MADE THEM , I have enough eyebrow to give the illusion of them being thick when getting them threaded, but mandeep made them SO THIN. But it's not the first time someone has made them thin, so I wasn't too worried cuz an easy fill in will fix it, no biggie. But then I noticed the difference of style. don't get me wrong, if both of them had the same style, I wouldn't be trippen, but THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY DIFFERENT. I immediately pointed it out, and we were going back and forth of her saying they're the same, the arch is the same, and I had to tell her noooo, one is more arched/pointed up, and the other is an oval-kind shape. She was literally trying to gaslight me that they were the same, and that that's just how my eyebrow shape is. I told her "no, I've been getting my eyebrows done here for a couple of times now, and they've never been left like this" and she tried to push me back in the chair and she's like "ok let me fix it" and I'm thinking in my head "fix ?! You won't even admit they dont look the same, how are u gonna fix something u don't think there's anything wrong with, supposedly" I get up and tell her "no it's fine, you already made them too thin too, I'll just pay" we go to the register and she's like "let me see who's done your eyebrows before" (which I know it hasn't been her) and she's like "yeah it was me all 3x" and I'm like "what's your name?" And she tells me it's mandeep and I'm like "yeah no, you haven't been the one doing my eyebrows, it's been Kaden, I know this cuz she always makes the comment that our names sound the same" and she says "well I did them the 27th" which I also honestly don't even believe, cuz I know I've only been getting them done by Kaden, and when I walked in and didn't see her but saw mandeep, my first initial thought was "oh Kaden isn't here, I'm gonna just have to do my eyebrows with her" . She then just proceeds to tell me when Kaden comes into work, so I can just get them done by her. But I was obviously SOOO dissatisfied, she couldn't even offer me a discount or something ?!? read more

I love this place so much! I have been coming here since last year in AUG when I moved here to Sac. I wanted to go to a place that was close to me and this popped up. The owner is an incredible person and does wonderful threading. They know their craft for sure and is full of knowledge - just like today I wanted to see if I can have my eyebrows a little thicker and was able to let me know what we will need to do to have that. I usually get my brows and upper lip done and it's perfect each time - no complaints about them either. After, I usually like using their cooling gel but it isn't necessary. I just find myself less red once I'm done. She does have other services, but I've only done threading there but will for sure go here for anything else :) read more
