I came in with thick eyebrows that I haven't gotten done in a couple of months. She threaded them back to beauty! Thank you so much! ( If you get your eyebrows done 9 times. I am writing to share my recent experience at your business, and unfortunately, I must inform you that I will not be returning. During my visit on May 2nd, I found the atmosphere to be quite unwelcoming. While I was interested in your selection of purses, I was startled by the approach of the individual who appeared to be the owner. I was particularly disappointed to observe a stark difference in treatment and customer service tone between myself and other customers. I was greeted with an accusatory "Can I help you with something?" which felt very different from the warm energy extended to others in the shop. As a person of color, I found the environment to be uncomfortable and felt as though my presence was not welcome. While I was very satisfied with the quality of the threading service--which I found to be quite legitimate--the overall experience at this location was deeply off-putting. So happy to have come across this spot! I came on a Sunday afternoon, around noon. I was able to find street parking pretty easily, but probably because it was a gloomy day. This boutique is located across from the dessert diner, so I could definitely see parking being an issue on a nice downtown afternoon. The threading station is located inside of a boutique store, so it could easily be missed. I didnt have an appointment, but I waited maybe 10 mins, since she was working on a client right before me. Probably wouldn't come here again, I have had mixed results. The first time I came I really loved my eyebrows but the last couple times tons of hairs have been missed. I just came here the day before yesterday and when I got home I saw tons of hairs were missed on one side. One eyebrow is perfect, not a single hair missed but on the right side multiple hairs were left. I haven't had my eyebrows done in a couple months and she was done within literally 4 minutes so I think that's why I ended up with such a poor result. Rushed service even though I had an appointment and there wasn't anybody else waiting to be threaded. I also question how sanitary this place is. The last time I came in there was a client before me; once they left the threader stepped away to have a few bites of food and then got started on my brows without washing her hands before clients or eating. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for about two years now. They always make sure to ask me how I'd like to get my brows done. I've only had one time where I thought they were slightly too thin. Besides that I've always had a positive experience. I've had several people and I think the only issue is they should try finding someone more permanent like they had last year! One of the only downsides I can think of is the wait if you go when it's busy. I enjoyed getting my eyebrows done here because the brow tech was very kind and silent, focused on doing a good job on my brows. I liked her work... the only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable is when I first walked into the building(/boutique), the lady working there asked what I'm looking for and I said "oh, I have an eyebrow appointment" and she just pointed in the direction of the brow area and in a monotone voice said "over there" and looked away, immediately showed disinterest in me, it was like a complete vibe shift. I was greeted when I went here, and the shape was done really well , and she cleaned them up really nicely while preserving most of the natural flow of the eyebrow. Was looking for a new eyebrow shop, came across this great place & found parking, they do charge for the meter so make sure you have coins or credit cards for purchase! The shop is inside of a clothing store and they're located on the left, little small area & Dulpreet was the lovely lady on the right that took care of me during my appt! I been coming here for a couple of months now to get my eyebrows threaded. I've always had a good experience but today was quite the opposite to say the least ****NOTE:!!!!! EVEN IF YOU SCHEDULE an appt they will still serve people before you that don't have one. ( why give us the option to schedule an appointment if your going to serve walk ins before appointments)..*** NOW let's get to the other issues that I have.. I came in and there was a lady that came and sat down to get her eyebrows threaded. One of the workers offered the lady a cup of coffee while she was waiting, being super sweet to her while I'm sitting there getting the cold shoulder (no one said hi when i walked in or offered a cup of coffee while i was standing right there.. not that i NEED to be greeted or offered coffee, it's the principle) I just shrugged it off.. ***Now this review is for the eyebrow place..*** When arriving to my appointment someone was being helped out which is fine because my appointment isn't till 11:30 and it's only 11:26.. So I went over to the sign-in book, signed my name and put down all the information they need : name, phone number , appointment (yes or no) .. While filling out the information I saw that I was the only appointment. After the person was done it's now 11:33, so I'm thinking it'll be my turn since my appointment was at 11:30am and i was the only appointment. Instead the lady that was sitting in the chair waiting then went over to get her eyebrows done and i was told to sit in the seat and wait.. again whatever I'll wait... So now the worker that had offered the lady (that's now getting her eyebrows done) coffee came over and asked her and another lady their names, saying she would love to get to know the people coming in more often.. As I'm right there next to her, she doesn't ask me anything or even talk to me. She was being inviting, warm and friendly towards these ladies while seeing me right there and not saying a word (mind you, she saw me and looked at me) i don't know if this was a race thing or if I was not properly dressed?? ( i was wearing sandals, shorts and a shirt... didn't matter before) If your going to talk and be friendly with all the other customers around me then rude to me a person of color? Really?? I'm happy for the people that have an awesome experience and get treated correctly. However, for me this bad experience was enough to completely turn me off supporting this boutique/store. read more

I've always had a good experience having my brows done here. However, they need to update their hours to reflect accuracy. Today, a Friday, I tried to come in at 6:30. Online and their door sign states they close at 7pm, however upon approaching the store I found it closed. The store that Stylish Brows sits inside closes at 6 so I would assume so does the brow service. read more

When I checked in, there was a line of walk ins and I was informed appointments are not honored and the store owner, who had just gotten her brows threaded, was very blunt and rude about it. While I like the service and proximity to my apartment and I don't usually mind waiting, her behavior was off-putting and I am going to look for other locations that do honor appointments when I am in more of a time crunch and to avoid the store's owner read more

I had such a pleasant experience here. Jass was very kind, receptive, patient, and gentle. She took the time to listen to my concerns and truly listened to what I was looking for during my visit. I came with eyebrows that did not look related at all due to a previous threading experience and she did her magic and made them look like cousins! Maybe even siblings!! Not sure if I am pushing it haha. Nevertheless, I had such a positive experience and it was my favorite threading experience to date. She was also very gentle. And despite me having grown my eyebrows out for a good while, the discomfort was not bad at all. The price as of December 2022 was $12 for eyebrow threading which is very reasonable in my opinion.
