Excellent service!! The woman did a fantastic job and was very precise in her work. I would definitely recommend this place for clean and painless threading. read more

Ruined my eyebrows. Left my eyebrows with different shapes and one was thinned out way too much. When confronted about it, they lied to me and said my eyebrows were fine. I refused to pay full price and asked for a discount and they barely took anything off. I was a returning customer, but not anymore. Very disappointed with their service and how they handled the issue. Terrible customer service. read more

I absolutely love this place! The people that work here are always professional, pleasant and they do exceptional work. The suite is always neat and clean. They offer a variety of services like eyebrow threading, chin, and upper lip as well. read more

I went to Joti and she made my eyebrows look perfect! Not sisters, cousins, but TWINS!!! She was good!!!

The pain was sharper than usual, and instead of smooth results, I ended up needing to apply aloe and antibiotic cream to help the cuts heal. While threading can deliver great results when done carefully, this experience reminded me how important it is to choose a skilled professional who takes their time and maintains proper technique and hygiene. read more

I have been going to this place since they open the girls prior were professional this last time the young girl was so rude told her you missed a spot she became angry instead of fixing it, This is the very first time I ever said anything but they always did a great job, I had my last 12th on my card which was free I asked her for another she said we are not doing them no more called later and the nice older one said yes we do and sorry next time I am going in not allowing this girl to do my eyebrows and get a new card, I even told her it's good business and has been given all this time don't use the young girl she is rude and does a horrible job read more

Me and my fiancé came in before 7:30pm and they close at 8pm and the lady did our eyebrows so fast. She didn't take her time at all which was really frustrating. I was very disappointed and I never have a bad experience here. Pls update your website read more

My eyebrows were so cute and she didn't miss any spots . It was my first time coming, they actually close at 7pm.

Popped into get Threading as a first time visitor and they did an excellent job. Beautiful eyebrow shape, painless and Care was taken. I did not have an appointment, but the weight was relatively short for a weekday lunchtime. Definitely go again. read more

I come here every 2 weeks for my eyebrows and have never been disappointed. The quality and customer service are top notch and the prices are more affordable than other places I have tried in the area. Thank you! read more

New to the community and my regular brow bar is too far, so I was delighted (thanks to Yelp!) that I had a nearby option. I called and was happy to hear they accept walk-ins. I arrived and waited maybe five minutes before my service began. I was only in need of a brow clean up which in hindsight I'm glad about. There were several obvious hairs that were not removed, yet the brow tech handed me the mirror to see the "finished" look. After a third revision I decided to give up, and finish them at home. Good pricing, friendly people, but the lack of precision prevents me from desiring to return. read more

I think we found our new favorite threading place. It's in a shopping center so there's lots of parking. We did walk ins both times we came. The employees were very nice and they did an amazing job. I like the fact that they put the string around their neck and not in their mouth like some places do. They have great pricing and even have a punch card system. read more

Love working with Surjeet! She pays a lot of attention to detail and is very professional and knowledgeable! I usually get my Eyebrows and one in while a full face+neck. They also keep the store very nice and clean. Can't wait for the next appointment read more

It's been a long time since I've been this happy with my brows! Decided to give threading a try, and more than pleased with the results. Not to mention, it didn't hurt anywhere near as bad as I thought it would! Comparable to waxing on the pain Richter scale. The salon is super cute, super clean, and the staff was really nice. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back again. read more

Came the first time and was charged $40 for a full face. Came the 2nd time and was charged $32. Price doesn't make sense as it seems they just make it up as they go. The 2nd time I came, she stated she couldn't clean my chin or neck as it was "too hard" yet charged me for it. That was my last time at this place as it seems they do not know what they are doing let alone is not consistent with price so make sure you ask what they are charging you for in case they overcharge. read more

i went here to get my eyebrows threaded, she did okay, but the lady literally had a idgaf attitude. like are you okay..

I just came here to get my eye brows threaded. I have never had a problem at this shop before. Told the person to leave my hair long, so I can fill in the thinner spots and she said "yes". It's the same thing I have always told them. She immediately started on my eyebrows and it was actually painful. When she gave me the mirror to look, she took off so much hair and now my eyes brows are uneven and the shape looks terrible. I was able to get my money back and when she handed me the money, I was told that the person helping me was new. I explained that's why I told her what I wanted. Being new is not an excuse. read more

I'm not very happy with the service as she was too fast on my eyebrows and upperlips . It was painful, I asked her to please give me a little pause but she replied it had to be fast. Also I got a cut on my lip joining edge skin I don't the person at job it was around 6 pm today. She was asking everyone ,how are you?surprisingly she didn't care to ask me maybe because I talked to her in Punjabi language, which is our another common language. It was welcoming at first but didn't go well . read more

I have really thick eyebrows that grows really fast, I have went to many different places in Sacramento area, but after coming here I only ever come here now. They all do a very well job at cleaning and maintaining the shape of my eyebrows! And for $10 is a plus! read more

This is my go to place to get my eyebrows threaded. They do a very thorough job and take their time. They actually stop to examine every so often to make sure my eyebrows are shaped correctly and all the hair should be gone where it should be. There's usually only one person working but it's never crowded when I go so there really isn't a wait. They have a punch card and the 10th one is free. read more

In a matter of moments, you can go from unibrow, to perfectly coiffed and beautiful brows. I actually discovered threading place because it's located in between two other places that I frequent on a pretty regular basis. I have my regular go to place for my brows, but every once in a while, I'm just not able to get there for a multitude of reasons. I had that happened to me, and remembered the threading place. I called them up, prices seem reasonable, and better yet, they understood the need for me to get my brows done because I was on my way to an event. They had me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes, and I was satisfied with my brows. That in and of itself is a huge accomplishment. I'm pretty picky about the shape etc., and they did a great job. While I use them as a back up plan because they're closer to places that I frequent, they would absolutely make a great regular go to place. Some people have preferences for different techniques when it comes to self-care, and while I prefer waxing, I left here completely satisfied, and every time I'm here I have the same identical experience. Reasonable prices, clean and relaxing atmosphere, and quick and friendly service. What more could you possibly want?! read more

WHY I WENT HERE: - in need of eyebrow threading service - finished up my wax appointment at European Wax Center (same plaza) and just waited a few minutes for this establishment to open THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - located in the plaza off of Natomas Blvd and sandwiched between Del Paso Rd and Park Pl Dr (the same plaza as Wells Fargo and Raley's) - located in between Raley's and T4 Natomas THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - bright; white flooring with green walls - jewelry and handbags for sale displayed on the walls EXPERIENCE/CUSTOMER SERVICE: - since I came in first thing in the morning (within 30 minutes to an hour that they first opened for the day), doing a walk-in was easy - there were 2 workers who were both occupied threading other clients' eyebrows and I was seen within 5 minutes - I liked that the 2 workers were working in stations that were still distanced (there was an empty work station in between them) - what I did NOT like was that after one of the workers finished with a client and took me in, she used a feather duster at the head of the chair vs. a complete disinfection of the chair - my eyebrows were threaded at the natural brow line and kept thicker, which was nice (the other place I've been to lately in Natomas has been threading my eyebrows very thin) - the service is cheaper too; $10 here vs. $12 at the other threading place in Natomas - card payment is accepted here via a tablet (can tip from there too), which is always a plus read more

Yes I love this place I been going for years and both ladies are great to me. They always do a great job and are both good at what they do.

Jessi does my eyebrows really good but another lady did mine and completely messed my eyebrows up.

Great place! My first time going went very well. They are very respectful and clean. I will be here again.

Grateful to have a good quality eyebrow threading place nearby. Once she took a pretty huge chunk out of my eyebrow skin, but in general the quality is good. The woman who works there isn't super friendly, but I'm not looking for conversations, I'm looking for quick and good threading anyways. read more

My other threading place closed nearby so I tried this place out. I've gone a few times now for my eyebrows but the only bad experience I had was back when it was in the pit of COVID when they had to do their threading outside. My eyebrows came out kinda messed up but I think it was the lighting and it just was a difficult situation in general. But I've been more times since and they're always spot on. Everytime I come home from the Bay, I get my brows done here and they're always spot on. read more

I am committed to hauling my brows to Natomas just because Threading Place is so good to me. The staff are super friendly and always do a fantastic job clarifying exactly what you need done. By that I mean when I say "clean up, no shaping", they do just that! In the past, I've gone places and said the exact same thing, and I came out with one brow in the shape of a crescent moon and another in the shape of a pencil stick : ( Sometimes they have a wait, but majority of the time, two ladies are working so it goes by quickly! Good prices, good staff and my brows look dang good! read more
