First time & Last time. Came in for a clean up, but got reshaped eyebrows instead. Beautician decided to reshape my eyebrows making them thinner when I specifically told her not to. I asked for a clean up only. Do not make them thinner, I told her. She nodded and said, yes, they are already thin. I even stopped her midway to make sure she was not taking any liberties. She reassured me that she was just cleaning up. I like the natural shape of my eyebrows. After all was said and done I asked her why she reshaped my eyebrows. She said, I thought you wanted "no shape" so I took away shape. She apologized, but a lot of good that will do me. Obviously she did not understand what I wanted. Perhaps it was a language barrier? I don't know what else I could have said or done to clarify myself. I paid full price and left. Good thing is they will grow back. I gave 2 stars because they aren't that bad, just not what I wanted. l used to come here a lot and always thought they did a good job - after my most recent visit, I will NOT be going back. They won't able to give the best customer service and were rude with the customers.. However, it was finally being my turn, the job was rushed and I am VERY unhappy with my eyebrows. They were not shaped well, hair was removed where it shouldn't have been, and I didn't even have time to look at them and say anything before being rushed out of the chair for the next person. Great place to go for threading. They take walk ins and are very fast. They will do face, eye brows, lip etc. Its 10.00 fee. Kalpana did a great job and it didnt hurt that much. If you get a card punched you can get the 10th free. read more

The woman with the most fair skin messed up my eyebrows sooo bad. She ruined my big DAY! They are this odd shape that I have never ever had. And I have been doing my eyebrows for 7 years. NEVER EVER use that lady. I am so mad this woman used the weirdest shape that makes me look like a clown. They are too round for my face. This woman has been there for at least 1 year and this is the second time she screwed me over. However, the other woman whom I don't know the name of thats also been there a year at least is good. I'm only giving a one star because I have to in order to post this review. I asked for a clean up and not to make my eyebrows thin. she cleaned them up but obviously someone got scissor happy when the specialty is supposed to be threading. they looked fine then after she used the Susie's my eyebrows were destroyed. I have a bald spot on the top of my eyebrow from this lady (the cashier said the name was jassi), and she said she didn't thread any hairs from there, no shit, you used scissors to make them look the way they look now. I've had previous good experiences here but she goes on to say well you should have taken a picture and so you can see, so me being me, I have 20000 pictures of myself and I just so happen to take a picture of myself without any make up on this morning and yel there's a huge difference in my eyebrow. i know what the f*** my face looks like. I should have known I was in trouble when I walked in and it was completely empty :/ The woman who threaded my eyebrows did a good job, she listened when I said I was trying to grow my eyebrows out. HOWEVER, the reason for the 2 stars is that she was ROUGH. Like, damn, it felt like she was mad at me or something. I also have highly sensitive skin, so maybe its just me, but it did feel like she was trying to thread those hairs a little too hard. EDITED 10/02/20: So the owner got back to me and apologized for my experience, which I always appreciate. He also let me know that the employees had to change their technique of threading to a new technique that is done with the thread wrapped around the neck (due to COVID) and thats probably why it felt more painful that usual. I did not know this, and I understand folks have had to change a lot of practices due to COVID, so I totally understand that my experience is probably just growing pains. The owner also said that employees will be better about asking people if they feel uncomfy, which is also very thoughtful. read more

I had my eyebrows done by Rimpal. She was very thorough and even asked how I would like my eyebrows. I asked her not to make them too short and to just clean it up. She was very sweet and made the experience pain/stress free! FINALLY, I'm so glad Natomas has a quality local threading shop!!! I use to have thicker brows and now they looks horrible! She even left a bald spot on my right eyebrow!! I'm so sad!! I get my full face threading done here and I am very satisfied with their service. They have such friendly staff and they make sure to give you a look in the mirror every time they thread a side to make sure you are pleased with how it looks. I went a couple days ago and Kalpana was working there that day and she did such a good job with making sure to get all of the hairs off. I love how much she paid close attention to everything. I was thrilled to see a threading place open in Natomas! The timing was perfect as I have been meaning to make an appointment and they were listed on Groupon as well. The store is located in the Raley's shopping center next to Raley's itself. The place is well lit, clean, modern and spacious. The walls are adorned with shelves of beautiful jewelry. There was one person working during my visit. She was very friendly, quick and attentive. My eyebrows looked even, clean and sharp. She offered cooling gel which helped calm my skin. The only issue I had was that she made a comment about my skin that, even though I'm sure it was made with good intentions, still offended me. A small part of my skin did tear but I didn't notice it until after a few hours later. The eyebrow prices are comparable to other threading places, which is $10. This does beat the wait times at the mall. I would come back for another visit. read more

I'm so happy that after a year of waxing my own eyebrows I was able to get threaded. The clean looking threading gives is the best. I was in the area and threading place takes walk ins. I felt safe as the threaded and myself kept our mask on and the threaders are no longer holding the thread in their mouth. A brow clean up was $10 and I was in and out in around 5 minutes. As a guy, I was really skeptical of getting my eyebrows threaded because prior to coming here, I have never gotten them done. I went in and asked for a clean up and they did a wonderful job. They did not thin them up, which was perfect because I already have really thin eyebrows. For a first time experience getting them done, I was really impressed with their job. Of course, getting it threaded hurt, but the short amount of pain pays off for the excellent job they do. They also offer cooling gel for afterwards which I really recommend because it really makes the pain go away. read more

Okay I have compared and visited this place enough to now share with you... I won't be returning back only because I like threaded by Beauty in the Arden Mall a whole lot better. When I go to threaded by Beauty in Arden Mall you can actually tell that I had my eyebrows worked on. When I come to this location they do not look naturally Precision at all. They kinda just look like eyebrows. And not the good kind of eyebrows. And I like a natural eyebrow don't like that over arched over or medicated eyebrow. Not that this place does an over medicated eyebrow... they don't do a great eyebrow at all. Their eyebrows Services just okay. And not that real good okay... that barely there okay. With that being said I won't be returning it's a waste of money. But I will pop in if I need some fashion accessories. Not the purses but the actual jewelry.. so if you value my opinion bypass this place for eyebrow threading. I may test them on the next 6 months until they have improved and I'll be back with that report. But as for now it's a no. As much as I would prefer to come to this location because there are right in my neighborhood. And for that reason I really wanted this place to work out.
