Bring my daughter here all the time to have her brows done. They are so fantastic! We never have to wait long and the service is phenomenal.

I had just lip and chin done today and my girl was SO FAST!! Seriously fastest threading Ive ever had while being very thorough I am super impressed. I didn't have brows done to be fair which is where things can get dicey but I am very pleased with my lip and chin service. read more

Kalpana is wonderful!! She always does an amazing job, I never have to wait more than a few minutes, and it is very affordable. All the technicians are great!! read more

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Jassi for the past 4 years and honestly I wouldn't trust or go to anyone else. She's an amazing person inside and out. Great customer service and very professional. read more

I was here a year ago and the person ripped skin off my eyebrow. I swore I would never come back; I'm happy to say that I changed my mind. Today, I came to Threading Place and received excellent care, conversation, service, and cleanliness! My eyebrows look so wonderful after the quarantine caterpillars. I will definitely be going back. Unfortunately, I did not catch the technicians name-- if I have them again, I'll mention! They were awesome! read more

Good and fast service , came at nearly closing time and there was another woman before me , five minutes later she was done , 5 minutes later my brows were done , they are great and in perfect shape . Although I felt a little bit uncomfortable that she was holding the thread in her mouth , is that normal ? read more

I walked in to see if I could get my eyebrows done quickly. When walking into the store, there was one person working on someone already, and a few people waiting. The person working looked up at me, but did not say anything and continued to work. I thought it was a little weird that she didn't greet me, but decided to wait until she was done to see if I could ask how long the wait would be. She finished that person, and then told someone else to take a seat. She then went over to the cash register to check the person out. Still doesn't say anything to me. I waited a few minutes, and when I realized that she wasn't going to acknowledge me, I left. I would have been perfectly fine if the wait was long, or they couldn't for me in, but I'm not giving business to someone that doesn't say hi, I'll be with you in a moment, or ask if I can be helped within several minutes of me standing in the waiting area. read more

Shoutout to my girl Jessica for keeping my eyebrows fleeky af! She is the first and only girl that I've had thread my eyebrows while making sure to not cut me and she is so gentle that it doesn't hurt like AT ALL. Love her. She is also super precise. I am always satisfied when she does my brows. Give that girl a raise! read more

I've been here several times and they always did a great job until today. I went in for a regular clean up and the lady made one of my eyebrows way too short. Then, when she was confronted about it she tried to lie and say that there was no hair on that side. I definitely won't be coming back. read more

I love my eyebrows looks so perfect, most places leave them too thin or rushed to get to the next customer .i went last Thursday fist time here but i will be back soon . the lady who did my eyebrows i think her name is saima she wrote her name on the stamps card so i can remember her name next time , if you ever want your eyebrows be perfect then ask for her. I had a very pleasant experience! read more

Jessica is amazing! She always makes my eyebrows look great! If you haven't tried threading or looking for a new place check The Threading Place out and ask for Jessica! Great pricing and after your 10th you get a free session! read more

The technicians here are really hit or miss. They either do a really good job or you will get one that is awful. My technician today was awful. Hopefully next time will be better read more

I am regular costumer to threading place. Though I had bad experience, because once my one eyebrow was shorter than the other and the lady argued saying I have holes in my eyebrows, still I continued. They gave me the stamp card saying if I get my eyebrows done for 9 times 10th one will be free. I had 9th one stamped, so I asked if it's free this time. But the lady said somehow one stamp is missing so next one will be free. But next time when I went they tried to avoid the free one. They are not really honest. I am upset with the behavior. read more

First time and last time, she made my brows so thin and i told her just cleanup but she changed the whole shape! I did full face and i endup having several cuts! The girls here have no experience read more

The girl that did my eyebrows some how seemed to be having a bad day & just greeted me with the attitude , I don't think I'm gonna go back

I have been coming here for the past 5 month and my eye brows look better than ever. BINDER is great . Thank you sooooo much, she is the best read more

I have been going to this place for a year and normally love coming here. But today I had a horrible experience. The threading cut my eyebrow and she broke the thread multiple times. When I got in the car I noticed that my eyebrows were completely uneven, she took an enormous amount off the top. They look absolutely awful and I'm so disappointed. read more

Went again to this location bec it's closer to my home. Had a new girl working and she was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. read more

I was super excited to find a closer threading place to me now that I've moved to the Natomas area. The Arden Fair threading location is the one that I usually go to but is now a bit far just for eyebrows so I decided to give this place a try. My first impression that this was a nice, easy to find location. The store was nice, clean and bright and I was quickly greeted by two women. They asked what me what I needed done and I told them eyebrows. She told me to have a seat and immediately got started without even asking me what I wanted to do with them. I just assumed, which I should've have known better not to, that she was a professional and knew what she was doing. The threader who was doing my eyebrows and another threader who stood by were speaking so loud the whole time in my ear it was hard for me to even try to relax and it made my whole experience so uncomfortable. Long story short I left with uneven eyebrows. Yes, I understand that it is difficult to have your eyebrows be exactly identical to each other but these aren't even close at all. My right eyebrow is so thick whereas my left eyebrow is so much more thin and arched. There are also two patches in my right eyebrow that were not there before. I will be growing out my eyebrows and taking the extra trip to my original place from now on. read more

explained to my threader that I was growing my brows out to thicken, so if she needed to leave some hair, please do so. I also explained that I wanted my arch to stay.... In other words, no rainbows on my face. My threader did exactly what I wanted. This is my new facial hair removal place. Decent prices too. They also now offer cooling gel/aloe vera. read more

I have been faithfully coming here for eyebrow threading for 4 years, twice a month. They always do a great job make sure I'm satisfied with my brows before paying. They have a stamp card system so your 10th threading ya free, which is nice cause my brows grow like crazy ! Nice vibe here. The ladies let you set the pace if you wanna chat or just have a quiet session lol. I've never had to wait longer than 5 mins for my turn. Location is great too- I pop in here to get my brows done before going to Raley's for groceries read more

These people are racists, no other way to put it. I visited this place 3 times, and each time the owner looked me up and down, and took other customers ahead of me. Customers who walked in 5,10 even 20 minutes behind me. The final (and last time) I went to this place, the lady asked me to allow another customer ahead of me since they were only doing their eye brows and I was doing a full face. If I'm in line, I should be able to go when its my turn. Never, ever, going here again. read more

Changing my review to 3 stars. Seems like every time I find someone good here, they leave the job within a month or two. Consistency is important when it comes to good eyebrows. This place has too much turnover. read more

I have been coming here since I moved to Sacramento and never had a problem until now.i I always ask for the same thing each time (eyebrow clean up) no shaping or cutting.but for some reason they thought "clean up" meant take as much eyebrow as I had until they looked like straight lines on a paper.i have never been so upset with an eyebrow service.but what really floored me is the woman tried to blame the mistake on me and my curly hair.she said she had to cut more to cut the curls away.never have I heard such an irresponsible excuse.poor customer service.definitely looking elsewhere. I urge you to specify exactly what you want before you end up buying microblading makeup to bring your eyebrows back. read more

This is a new place that opened in natomas about 4 months ago. I went in today for eyebrow threading, and my experience was very good overall. The place is very clean, affordable ($10 for eyebrows), and the lady (alka) was friendly. She did a great job. I told her I need a cleanup since I did not want any extra hair off and that's exactly what she did. No they do not offer to put any aloe or anything on your brows afterwards but that is not a big deal for me. I think I found my new spot for brows in natomas! I recommend you try it out read more

I went in today to get my lip and eyebrow threaded. There lady did an amazing job, but she was rude! It was my first time going there so I didn't know how she wanted to stretch my skin while she was threading. She even got agitated at me! Sure there was a line of people, but I am a paying customer, so there is no excuse as to why she was being so rude to me. I'm giving a three star because although she was rude, she did a very nice job of shaping my eyebrows. read more

I come here all the time but today the lady did pretty good job. She gave good shape to my eyebrows. I would love to recommend others Thankyou for the great work read more

i will never in life go back here. my eyebrows used to be so thick, you can see where she took waaaayy too much off. my one thick eyebrow is now thinner than the other one this place is really hit or miss. you never know if they'll come out nice or they botch you up. if i could sue i would read more

I'm so glad to see a proper threading shop open in Natomas!!! And let me tell you, the lady Binder is amazing! My brows were in super need of grooming and Binder not only gave me my shape back but it was quick & painless. She knows what she's doing! This place should be a lot busier than it is! Highly recommend going here and avoiding the hit or miss service and long wait at the mall!! read more

It was my first time getting my eyebrows thread. Definitely going back. However I didn't give them 5 stars because she did do a good job but I think the lady that helped me could of done better. But I think it was my fault because I didn't explain myself enough. But I will next time. read more

I have been coming here for the few months and it's great! Binder does an awesome job each and every time! I hope they are here to stay .

It's a very clean environment. But they only spend less than 5 minutes on your brows! I was getting some tea next door and thought to get my brows threaded. But my brows came out to be completely opposite from each other. So disappointing! read more

I just moved from the Bay to Sacramento, and I was super skeptical about any threading places nearby but my trip here changed my view entirely. The lady who did my service, I believe her name was Jessica, was so professional and for the first time ever it didn't even hurt a single bit. Maybe her technique was different? Not so sure! However, I loved this place and she definitely saved me a trip back to the Bay. Thumbs up!! read more

I had Rimple thread my eyebrows today and she did a great job! She left some hair where she felt necessary to give me a full look in the places where my hair is thinner. However it did not look messy at all and she explained what she would do in my next visit to give me a very defined eyebrow look. Very professional! read more

Super super friendly! The staff have started to remember me and remember my lil requests they are so friends and I love the stamp cards the give out! One day when I was working at raleys ( two doors down) I called in ahead of time and asked if they could keep the place opened a little longer than normal. They closed at 8 I believe and I got off at 8. I told them I really needed my eyebrows done before vacation and they happily told me they'd take me. I ran over and was so so gracious they could help me. They are always so friendly and so clean, it's so hard to change eyebrow ladies, don't know what I'm gonna do when I move off to college. read more

Great place first time ever to get my eyebrows threaded and the experience was not painful at all I didn't get the name of the lady who did them but she very polite and quick I will definitely go to this place from now on for the first time ever coming here and getting them done I will be coming back here from now on great place. read more

Went there today. It was open on a holiday she did my eyebrowthreading better than I've ever had it love the shape and no pain whatsoever

I had threading done on my eyebrows by Rimpal today. She was wonderful! She took time to evaluate what I needed and explained how she can fix the asymmetry that I've been dealing with. She told me her plan to help fix it, which was appreciated. She worked quickly and did a beautiful job. I appreciated her professionalism and service! Thanks Rimpal! read more

I had Rimpal do my threading. She is amazing ... She was sooo good and did exactly what I asked for . She listens and then address whatever you want in detail . Definitely will be coming back because of Rimpal. read more
