The lady who did my eyebrows was a bit heavy handed and I kept wincing every time she pulled hairs. She then asked about my upper lip and I said no, thank you. Her response: you need it and laughed. Um...okay? My mom asked if she could use the restroom and was told that they don't have a public restroom, which we found hard to believe, especially for paying customers. Honestly, I only visited as a favor to my mom. My normal eyebrow lady is at Threading Era at the Arden Mall and I'm so sorry I cheated on her The only perk of this place is the price ($12 for eyebrows) and the convenient location (5 mins away from home). 5/100

However customer service is unbelievable and I believe she is racist. She told me she doesn't want to service me anymore. If this is what being a loyal customer gets me. I'm happy to take my money elsewhere where I'm appreciate. She knew I was iffy about trusting someone else with my brows, so she kindly let me see my brows as she was going. Further, she gently rearranged my hands since I had no idea what I was doing lol This is located at the Arden Fair Mall so parking is obviously plenty. Walk in, SAME LADY! I'm big on benefit of the doubt and was thinking, "Okay, maybe she misheard me last time" so I gave her a second chance. I told her, "JUST A CLEAN UP PLEASE! I have a photoshoot." She did what I asked and will say she redeemed herself. However, I will say that she did go to rough that I have some little scabs -- I'm not sensitive so it's no biggy for me but I mean, just something to not. I'll be honest, I'll go back IF I AM ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE. Otherwise, I'm going to have to find another place because the new staff member they have, makes me a bit weary.
