I stayed loyal to one place in the East Bay for 18 years, and nothing has come close--until now. I've tried random spots here and there, but it was always the same story: uneven results, not listening to what I wanted, and me swearing I'd never go back. Then I'd grow them out for months... and repeat. But today changed that. Sangita really listened. I told her I wanted to keep my brows full--just a clean-up--and she delivered exactly that.
