She did a wonderful job.. thorough and polite and quick and most importantly it did not hurt & I did not get any cuts.. thank you so much on a negative note, I would strongly suggest the owners put up signs that say "please do not use your phone while getting service". The customer on the adjacent seat talked on her phone while getting service the entire time: She was loud and moved around and laughed making it so difficult for the threader to do her job.. read more

it was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded, and this place is recommended by my niece. As soon as I walked in, I was pleased with the aesthetics of the salon. Everything was clean and neat. I was greeted by the staff and my appointment started on time. Pinderjit did my threading and I am so happy how my eyebrows turned out! The service was quick and I loved the cooling gel massage at the end of the service. I would Highly recommend this place and will definitely be my go to place. I made an appointment via the app and was scheduled to get my brows threaded by Ramandeep. They're being really thorough with covid precautions and checking in was a breeze. They have raised their prices, just a note. Eyebrows used to be $10 and are now $12. My appointment went by quickly and smoothly, just a clean up. I wish she had trimmed the hairs more but I had another appointment to get to. Overall, I'm satisfied. read more

This is usually my go to location. I got my eyebrows done on April 9th. At the time when I got my eyebrows done, it felt sore. When I got to my car after the service I noticed that it was a little bloody but not bad. I figured that it was just a small cut from the thread. Now it's almost a month later with a huge scab and still consistent pain. I need to get my eyebrows done but now I can't due to this inconvenience. Really upset that the lady who was doing my eyebrows didn't notice or stop to apologize. Will not be back to this location. read more

I like beauty by thread. They do good threading a majority of the time. Sometimes I may get someone that takes too much off my brows and they end up too thin. I like thick brows and shaped nicely. Best brow experience since I started getting my eyebrows threaded. At the beginning of the year my brow lady moved away from California and I didn't know where to go because I had been going to her for years. I ended up giving Beauty By Thread in Delta Shores a chance since it was close to home. The first brow specialist to help me there was Pinderjit & she did such an amazing job there was no need to look anywhere else. Pinderjit was gentle & took her time. She checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was content with my eyebrows & how they were being shaped. I don't usually write reviews however due to Pinderjit's amazing work, I have to! This was my second time coming, and this time I made an appointment in case she was already booked. She did such an amazing job evening out my eyebrows as well as cleaning them up. I had always struggled with my eyebrow shape since I have so much hair in spite of that, she gave them a beautiful shape and had given me the mirror mid-way to check the process which made me extremely comfortable. My boyfriend and I came to get our eyebrows done and the customer service was great. How both our eyebrows came out was beyond perfect, we usually go to the other beauty by thread in Arden but it's too far and it seems like they try less when it's busier however with this location, the woman took her time on our eyebrows and you can really see the difference . It was my second fill for this lash set so even though I came within 2 weeks from my last lash appointment, Annie let me know the lashes looked grown out. Foreign fills are $80 when you book online, but Annie informed me it would also be an extra $20 in person for it being foreign. Just something to note. This time around, my fiancé and I came in and there were 2 other people ahead of us. Perfectly fine we waited. The girl that was working was a bit younger and slower. It was finally our turn. She started off okay, but then got really slow and was doing one area at a time really slowly. It hurt a lot, and she cut both of us. She asked us to hold our hands on our eyelid and forehead area above the eye brow, which was completely normal but she had trouble with pulling the hairs, because she must've gone back at least 3 times back to the same spot, after she had left the area. She pulled so hard that we both had open bleeding cuts when we left. She was really young and inexperienced. I wanted to give this place a shot after my normal place closed down, but 2 times in a row is a miss for me. Usually when getting my eyebrows threaded it's usually a quick in and out service, but this was the worst experience I've ever had.

I've usually selected any lash technician, since I'm not sure who to go to yet. The first time I went, the tech took about 45 minutes. The second time I went, the tech took about 30 minutes. Both were very gentle, such that I did doze off at least a couple of times. I guess something to note is that they don't really ask you how lifted you want your lashes, so you might want to specify if you have specific ideas in mind. I probably preferred my second experience a little more in that the lash technician seemed to be meticulous with her technique, and more controlled with her movements (particularly when cleaning my eyelids and lashes). Although the second time, my right eye lashes were slightly less lifted than my left. It's subtle but noticeable to me, and I wonder if it's because my previous lift is lasting a bit longer than my left, so she probably lifted it a bit less (unitentionally). My lash lift from my first visit was still somewhat there (I had gotten it two months prior to my second one), so I'd expect not to need another one for two months from this. Your results might vary depending on your lash growth. It's pretty easy to book appointments online. There's plenty of parking, although they do share it with a gym. In terms of where you'll be seated, there's a common room where everyone can get their services done, and there seems to be two private rooms. For the first time, I ended up in the common room, and the second time I ended up in the private room. I will definitely be back!
