DO NOT GO HERE‼ I tried giving this salon multiple chances, but every time was a bad experience. The staff are rude and unprofessional. On one visit, they spoke in Vietnamese and laughed amongst each other about another client right in front the client herself - She wasn't aware but it felt very disrespectful. The salon is also unsanitary. I literally saw them rinse tools in the same pedicure water I had my feet in, instead of properly sanitizing them. My last visit was the worst. I called the day before to confirm prices. I was told $30 for a basic pedicure, $40 for a gel manicure, and that acrylic removal on both big toes would be free with the manicure (but would cost if I only wanted removal). I repeated this back over the phone to confirm, and the woman agreed. The next day when I came in, they suddenly tried to charge me extra and denied ever saying that even though the same woman I spoke to was working. After we went back and forth, they finally agreed to the original price But the service itself was terrible. My pedicure was rushed, my nails looked bad, and they skipped steps that were supposed to be included (no scrub & no hot towel). I was the only client there and as a nonconfrontational person, I felt anxious speaking up. I just paid and left, but I knew it would be my last time there. If you're looking for a clean, professional, and relaxing nail salon, this is NOT the place. read more

We did a walk in on Wednesday around 1PM for pedicures. Very small shop but has a lot of parking available. We got the lowest second tier of pedicures which came with a scrub, massage, and hot towel. Employees were very nice and the lady that helped me did a great job. They accept card but if you want to tip it has to be in cash only! Overall service took about an hour, would like to come here again in the future to try their other pedicure services. read more

Should I have known better to give this salon a second chance. And why I chose to go to this place.. was more so convenient wise. I will NEVER EVER go here again. She did my nails god awful. They look like cones on my nails - I asked for round and she told me oval is better. This is not oval at all --- So embarrassing. The white French tip is so thick. And then she would do it to thin. Horrible horrible She cut me so many times on my cuticles with that grinding machine and left blood on 2 fingers. She left nail polish on the pads of my fingers. Which made me realize how unsanitary they are. incredible unsanitary- with their brushes and everything. Going to my pedicure... I paid for the deluxe only to get my legs VIGOROUSLY rubbed with a Scrub - my stone massage consisted of exactly 30 seconds. She literally rushed through the whole thing. If I am paying 50+ $ for a pedicure. I expect a good massage. I'm not asking for free services. 111$ for a shit job. Gah... so so sad. read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was so unprofessional that I feel other people should know. From the beginning, the nail tech was impatient and dismissive. She failed to mention there would be an extra charge for nail length, until after she had already applied the acrylics. At that point, I had no choice but to accept it, and when I questioned it, she just said it's for the length." However when I first called, she did not mention it. That's dishonest and misleading. After that, her attitude completely shifted. She became short, bothered, and started rushing through my nails even though there was still a full hour before closing. When I asked to change the color because I didn't like it, instead of handling it with professionalism, she got visibly frustrated and began working forcefully on my nails. The whole experience felt tense, uncomfortable, and unnecessary. I even tried to make small talk to ease the mood, but she was cold, sarcastic, and clearly didn't want to be there. On top of that, she had her young daughter helping with the manicure, which is completely unprofessional. If someone is paying for a service, I expect trained staff -- not a child assisting. It felt like she just wanted to cut corners and rush me out the door. Overall, her vibe was impatient, and careless. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing experience, not something that leaves you feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Between the hidden charges, the attitude, and the unprofessional behavior, this place is simply not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers. I had an appointment and got serviced 15 mins after the appt time, however, it is a small place and only had 3 workers. The younger lady with the glasses who did my pedicure was too busy talking to her coworker and was not careful. The lack of awareness lead to her cutting my toe about 2-3 layers of skin - she was scrubbing it harshly, which led to a deep cut and my foot was bleeding. She then sprayed alcohol on my toes, not recalling there was a cut and it which hurt my foot even more. I was not thrilled with my service. read more

This shop really needs to be checked out! They have bad hygiene practices, and someone needs to call the Department of Cosmetology to inspect Diane and her staff. They're cutting people's skin and going way too deep on cuticles--it's dangerous! Diane also seems to have some serious anger issues.
