This new nail salon just opened about a month ago. It is literally located across from one of the newer shopping areas located in South Sacramento area. Delta Shores is already a great mix of restaurants, shopping choices, such as Ross, Walmart, Bath and body Works and even an RC Willie store, just to name a few places. There are a couple of nail salons located within the Delta Shores Plaza, however, this one stuck out to me because of where it's placed. It's located across from the main shopping center, but next to Taco Bell and next to Chevron gas station. It is centered in a great area with more than one way to access entry. Now, with all that being said, I was so happy after having a not so pleasant experience with a nail salon that I've been going to for over a year consistently, to taking a chance to try out this new place. I was instantly amazed by the presence of professionalism with the salon technicians and the owner as well. I was serviced by Kelli and she was super sweet very attentive. We collaborated on colors since the one that I really wanted was out and she had multiple color choices for me. I chose the pedicure that's considered the sparkling package. I apologize because I didn't take a picture of the menu. However, I'll tell you this if you haven't have a pedicure in a long time and you want the ultimate spa treatment do a package like the sparkling or another one that's comparable because just getting a basic pedicure you're basically cheating yourself. A basic pedicure is you've been getting your pedicures and you just need something quick and easy when you know that your feet need attention you need to spend a little more money and treat yourself to one of these packages.

I went in here as a walk-in and had no issues with getting a pedicure right away. They have a variety of pedicure packages to choose from and I chose the tropical package because it had a longer massage and ooh was it relaxing! Shout out to Holly for giving me an amazing experience with her expertise, thoroughness, and amazing customer service during my pedicure!! I will definitely be back.

The spa was extremely clean, comfortable, and kept at the perfect temperature. Meya and Angie were absolutely wonderful! They paid special attention to our problem areas and maintained consistent pressure throughout the entire massage. I don't think I've ever had so many knots worked out in one session! I also loved all the little touches, especially the heated eye pads and warm towels at the beginning. I highly recommend adding the Tiger Balm as well. It made the entire experience even more relaxing! What made our visit extra special was the adorable little birthday setup they prepared for my husband. Such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated! To top it all off, they had hot tea and delicious snacks waiting for us after our massages. It's the little details that really make a difference! Overall, an incredible experience with amazing service and attention to detail. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend Melada and Angie! We can't wait to come back!

I was quickly greeted at the door and offered sort of like an intake form, which I LOVED. I was able to discreetly circle the parts of my body I wanted more or less work on/pressure! Then I was offered an ice sweet herbal tea made by owner herself, I heard. It was delicious!! Here comes the exciting part-- the massage itself!! Ugh, it was a dream! I had the hot stones & wax, wow 10/10 recommend!!

I visited Asha Urban Baths in Sacramento, CA [2417 27th St] on Tuesday, 09/08/26, around 1:45 PM…read more I came here 15 minutes early, so that I was able to check in, fill out the necessary paperwork (waiver), and get an introductory feel for this establishment. The front office receptionist was sweet and provided a warm disposition. Next, I got settled in by providing my driver's license to exchange for a lock box with a key. Finally, I was directed to the space that had lockers, bathrooms, rooms for changing clothes, etc. I simply put my belongings up first, since I was informed I would start with my massage first. I opted for this package in advance: 50-Min Massage & 2-hour Bathhouse utilization. This offering was priced at $140.00. My appointment was set for 2:00 PM sharp. I went to the Green Room, where all massage reservations were held. The massage therapist that I selected online for the booking was Michael. Michael was incredibly wonderful. His techniques put my entire body in a state of rejuvenation. I almost wanted to fall asleep because the entire massage was so comforting and met expectations. Next, I proceeded to the entire bathhouse. The entire ambiance was filled with a lot of peace and tranquility. I was going between the warm pools and doing the cold plunges, as well as stepping into the steam room. There were moments when I also relaxed on the lounge chairs. The key was also to stay hydrated. Water was readily available with plastic cups, and guests were able to bring their own water bottles inside, too. The two hours went by so fast, because of how much I truly enjoyed this self-care day to myself. I'm so grateful that I discovered this business. I can say that I am completely in love with the services and offerings provided at Asha Urban Baths. The overall value was well worth it. Undoubtedly, I will be returning whenever I need another day of pure relaxation. I will be spreading the word!

I had a great experience at Asha. I went for the first time over Mother's Day weekend and I booked…read morethe "retreat yourself" package. It included 45 minutes in the salt room, a 50 minute massage, and time in the bath house. The salt room was great! The attendant provided thorough instructions and made a serious effort to make sure I was properly set up. They have great loungers, eye masks, ear plugs, and weighted blankets. The salt room is not a solo experience. There were 3 other customers in the salt room with me and unfortunately they were distracting. They got up multiple times to get water and walk around, which you're allowed to do but it brought me out of my relaxed state. It was slightly annoying but it's still an experience I would try again. Also want to acknowledge it isn't the fault of the workers but it made me realize your experience at Asha does depend on how other customers treat it. The massage was absolutely fabulous! My massage was with Michael, I did communicate that it was my first massage EVER and he was kind enough to thoroughly explain what to should expect. Absolutely no complaints at all! The bathhouse was cool. It felt a bit crowded, which I expect since it was Mother's Day weekend. I did not try out the different pools because it was very busy! A lot of people hanging around the edges of the pools and I didn't want to have to constantly ask people to get out of my way. The locker room was also very busy which I did expect because as I mentioned it was Mother's Day weekend. I do plan to go back to Asha, hopefully during the week or a weekend that doesn't land on a holiday.

When I first arrived the receptionist didn't speak English so he had to Google Translate/call a coworker on the phone. It had been a LONG time since I was there last and they've changed it up quite a bit! It looks really nice and clean inside. Soft peaceful music with a water feature made it really relaxing. I was a walk in and got immediately helped. There was a different receptionist when I left and she was very polite and friendly. I will booking with Mason next time I go!

I was basically nude face down with my thighs covered with the sheet. Usually it's normal to pull it down slightly, maybe a few inches so that the top of your butt is out, but I was full cheeks to the wind. I don't recommend this to anyone who was a professionally appropriate service. ***EDIT - I am updating this to state that was the owner is claiming is false. I'd happy go as far as performing a polygraph to prove the fact that the draping was pulled all the way down to my thighs. I don't care what the employee claims to reject. I'd also like to highlight to any potential customers that it should be a huge red flag that instead of addressing a serious and industry-wide boundary violation, they are dismissing my experience. I feel violated. ***EDIT AGAIN - I filing a complaint to the appropriate governing bodies.

Booked us both an 80 min massage and then I was going to get a facial. I booked online, they called me back hours later around 4:55 to get a credit card on file, by the time I called back they were closed no biggie I call them back the next day. The phone does this weird ring thing and no one answers and the call drops. I try calling from my husbands phone, same thing. They call back sometime later apologizing and saying their WiFi was down so their phones were down. Not a big deal. Also their saltwater jacuzzi is out of service. Not ideal but not the end of the world bc we can use the hotel pool. Fast forward to a week later, I'm checking in early and getting the tour and find out that not only is the jacuzzi out of service but their sauna is too. Le sigh. I get my massage which was not relaxing (the masseuse was nice but moved really fast the whole time, except on my forearms) Hard to enjoy someone vigorously rubbing your back for 80 mins. No biggie, bc facials are always slow and relaxing and this next part will help calm me down. My esthetician wasn't ready when I got out of the massage (was still setting up) so I grab a snack, go to the restroom and tell my husband to enjoy the hotel pool. He pays and then goes to the pool. Facial time! I get in the chair and a scratchy hair protector was put on me and she proceeds to wash my face and put on a quick enzyme mask. That's the first time she steps out the room. I'm not thinking anything of it. She eventually comes back, wipes off the enzyme, and then proceeds to tell me that her heart rate is raising high and she needs to drop it, and I was like ok no worries. I was another min or two and then ask, hey should I get someone? And she says yes I'm having a medical emergency please grab my manager. So I step off the table naked (hoping no one is looking lol), grab my robe, see her lying on her back on the floor with legs elevated on her stool, then I run into the hall and say hey esthetician name is having a medical emergency and the manager and receptionist rush in. At this point I'm calling it and decide to cut my losses and go to the pool. Get the bikini on and am about to walk to the pool when the manager comes back in to ask if I want to continue the facial! I'm concerned this girl is going to pass out on me while I'm on the table, no thank you. She prob needs to go home! Why are you trying to have her work some more when she literally had a medical emergency, so I decline and ask again "is she actually ok?" Am told yes and then offered spf. At that point I go to the pool which was another horror story for another day. We return maybe 1 hr 45 mins later and are then told we will only get a partial refund bc the service was almost over, which I am not sure if this is accurate bc I was naked on a table with my eyes closed, not staring at my watch. At this point my flabbers are gasted. My bday was lame. I would expect a spa anywhere to offer a refund for a service that was not completed due to not fault of my own and if they really wanted to be nice, provide a credit to come back and actually experience a proper facial and jacuzzi. Or even offer to pay for a drink! Long story short, don't recommend coming here.
