I've had many massages in my life. Never have I ever had a massage therapist pull the sheet down below my buttocks and felt so exposed on the massage table. I was basically nude face down with my thighs covered with the sheet. Usually it's normal to pull it down slightly, maybe a few inches so that the top of your butt is out, but I was full cheeks to the wind. I don't recommend this to anyone who was a professionally appropriate service. ***EDIT - [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am updating this to state that was the owner is claiming is false.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'd happy go as far as performing a polygraph to prove the fact that the draping was pulled all the way down to my thighs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't care what the employee claims to reject. I was celebrating my birthday on 12/29. I booked a 90-min massage and a facial. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon arrival, I was greeted with "Happy birthday!"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was asked if it was ok for a man to perform the service and I agreed to it. Jerry was to perform the massage. The facility is located in a strip mall, which was old and run down. It is not located in the best part of town. I was shocked when I entered the room. It was run down and looked like it hadn't been updated for years. There was nothing or inviting about the space, the furniture was grungy, and I didn't really want to put my clothes on the couch. The bed was flimsy, but the sheets looked and smelled fresh. The massage itself was ok, but the masseuse put the stones on my back, but they were too hot! I asked him to let the stones cool. Due to a severe language barrier I don't know if Jerry heard me, because he kept going. I told Jerry that I still wanted the hot stones. Nothing... He then worked on my face. He did nothing but rub different oils on my face. When he finished, I asked him why he did not apply the hot stones, which I had asked for twice, as it was included in the package. Jerry just kept saying that I was finished. Quite disappointing! I got dressed and as I did, I noticed broken tiles in the ceiling, as well as pulled out electrical equipment. The icing on the cake was the sign on the wall indicating: "Absolutely no services of sex." The sign is in English, Spanish and other languages I didn't understand. Based on the condition of the place, I suspected that at some point that's exactly what was provided. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon leaving, I conveyed to the receptionist what happened with the hot stones not being provided. She apologized but nothing else.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I did inquire about the amount of time this business has existed. She confirmed that the location has been there 10 years, as management has changed hands 3 times!! I paid $115 for the service and I tipped Jerry $20. I was only given a small cup of water, not even a whole bottle! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I feel like I was ripped off! There is no customer service and Jerry spoke absolutely no English, so you cannot converse with him.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm attaching pictures of what I saw in the room where I received the massage. I always get the one hour foot massage. They kept their rates reasonable with the price hikes in California and I appreciate that the Foot Massage is amazing. I recommended to everybody get that first before you try anything else and it will generally relieve the pain within 24 to 48 hours not to mention you feel rejuvenated the moment they're done, but I'm specifically complementing them because I left my wedding ring there and I came back a couple days later and it was still there and they returned it to me. Definitely got a message worth my money. I got the 90 min full body and feet. I took off one star because if you get a foot massage and the full body you have to walk (or should I say "rush") over to the massage room barefoot. So bring flip flops if you don't like walking a ways to the room barefoot without slipping. I would normally wear flip flops to a massage, but it's still winter time. If you pay cash there's a slight discount. My girlfriend's therapist spoke some English which helped me understand what my therapist was asking from me. My massage therapist did the "elbow/forehand" method. So if you don't like that kind of massage it might not be for you. okay, so i went here once and the experience was mid. it was a nice ambiance. good lighting and art. [[HIGHLIGHT]]the lady who did my massage was so nice too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but the bucket for the foot soak was legit a bucket. it was so uncomfortable on the back of my calf's and toes lol. I'm a 8 in woman's for reference. my feet were all scrunched up. she also walked in and out a few times during the session i decided to give it a 2nd try and do a short foot massage and majority full body. it was the same issue with the bucket again, and the masseuse walking in and out, and i immediately regretted going. then, after the foot massage you have to WALK to another room for the full body massage. with all your belongings. i just paid for what i had scheduled and left... i felt a little bad so i paid for the whole service but it just was not what i had wanted/expected. i can see how some people wouldn't mind though. but yea probably wont be back... mostly because of that foot bucket thing read more

I was promptly greeted by a very friendly staff and asked for the 1 Hour Foot Massage. The price was $40 + gratuity. They have you pay prior, but let you know that you can tip after. The hot stones were a HUGE treat! After the massage my daughter (athlete who trains 5-6 days/week) said "I almost feel like jello!" Haha The place itself was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. We walked to the back to use the restroom and it was immaculate, as were each of the rooms we passed. I have some challenging, targeted areas, and she suggested cupping, which I was open to trying to ease the chronic pain. The cupping session was great for a beginner, but what I appreciated even more was that she took the time to explain what the colors meant and how to improve my internal health. I had called a few days prior to make sure they would have time - as it was right before the holiday weekend. They were friendly on the phone and gave me a price quote immediately. When I arrived, the person at the front seemed surprised to see me, and it appeared as if they were not even open. Apparently, no one had any idea that I had an appointment, but I was still taken to a small room to change. The room was cold, but they quickly turned on a heater. It was clean and everything was in order. My masseuse, "Bill" was great, he was attentive and made sure I was comfortable, asking if the pressure was too hard or soft. Note, if you need a deeper tissue massage, ask for him, he has very strong hands! The experience was good, and worth the price. This is a typical massage location, they have foot, body, and Thai massage, and you will probably get a different person each time (unless requested). A few notes: This place is not fancy, but clean and in good shape, parking is limited, they will ask you to pay upfront, and yes, they do expect a tip (I always do in cash) but after the session is over.
