She's still got it!! Maybe with all the years experience, she knows a few things cause she's seen a few things. What I like most about Lily is that she will spend as much time as you need on your so badly needed areas and not just a typical routine. I have arhritis in my Lumbar (L4-L5-S1) and I have prosthetic hips. Lily works the hips (360), the glutes, the IT band and the Psoas. And add in a little hamstring and thigh work. It's all great for reduce inflamation and relieving tension. And I enjoy a good 20 minute foot massage to wrap it up. This place is always fresh and clean, just sayin ~ read more

I had a great massage with Michael! He was very professional and attentive. He focused on my shoulders, neck, and back, and the pressure was just right. After the massage, I felt so much more relaxed and comfortable, especially in my neck and shoulders. Michael did an excellent job, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend! read more

I want to recommend you booking with Julie. I have lower back pain. and sciatica problems. Julie definitely knew what she was doing and applied the right amount of pressure to relieve my pain. Do yourself a favor and book with her. Overall, great experience, good price, and professional care . They also made it easy for me to tip at the front office. read more

Ankang Massage & Reflex - 100% professional staff - Reflexology Near Me - Sacramento, California

I pass by this place often and finally decided to checkout their services. Their prices is so good! I got the full body and foot massage. The place was clean amd pretty quiet. Note, they're near a vet, so I heard dogs barking but it wasn't loud. Massage was good, they used unscented oils. If you're in this neighborhood, do checkout this place. read more

Really great massage, pressure was perfect! The male masseuse was very attentive and knew exactly which spots I was having tightness in! I will be coming back. read more

Thanks! Li Li (masseuse) I am a person that played sports and I have specific pass injuries. Her attention to my shoulder, lower back, and knee has helped with my flexibility and movement easier each day. Thanks Li Li for your dedication to your craft of helping me with my daily movement. read more

We came here for a nice foot spa massage. It was very worth the drive and price. They are reasonable and also clean and bright! One of the things I appreciated about this place was that our masseuse listened to what we had asked for. The masseuse I had was attentive and not rough and focused on the feet and legs that really needed some attention from a long week of work. The place itself was clean and natural light came through. It was a bonus that we had the place to ourselves, there weren't any customers that came in until close to when we were done. We will back for sure! read more

Ankang Massage & Reflex - Reflexology Near Me - Sacramento, California

Great experience every time I visit. Very clean, friendly staff, and I've had a great massage each time.

Great reflexology massage. Easy booking, same day. Felt refreshed after. Will definitely book another.

I've had many massages but by far this was the worst massage experience I've had. I can't say the therapist was rude, but she was utterly clueless. She did not speak English well enough to understand basic coaching or feedback. She kept working the same spot for nearly 10 minutes even after I tried to redirect her. Instead of using her hands she mostly used elbows and forearms, and it was obvious she did not understand muscle anatomy or how to adjust pressure appropriately. I even asked for someone else, but was told no one was available because everyone else was in a room. To make matters worse, the bed smelled strongly and unpleasantly like heavy cologne, and there were no other rooms available. I was there for only about 20 minutes but was charged for "30 minutes" at $35, even though the posted rate was $55 per hour. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I would not return and cannot recommend this place. read more

Was driving back home from a long camping trip and we had a little too much fun hiking and my bad back and feet gave out. Saw Ankang when I stopped for coffee and I'm so glad we went in. You got to give this place a try. read more

Very disappointed that I bought my cousin a gift card for here in and one of the male masseuse stole my cousins' gold ring off of her finger while doing the massage. She called back and they acted as if they didn't know anything about it when a man answered the phone. Not sure if I will ever go back here because my trust has been lost. read more

Hands down the best massage I've ever had! Michael is incredible - professional, attentive, and truly talented. He has a way of finding all the tension sports and working them out like magic. I walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely renewed. If you want an unforgettable massage experience, go see Michael! read more

It was my first time visiting this massage place. I was greeted right away. However, it was only because the person was coming to get water. So I dont think they have a bell that will indicate when someone comes I to the store. I had made an appointment, so I was taken back right away. There were many beds in the front, but there were 3 rooms towards the back. I had requested a 90 min, full body massage. When the massage started, it was fine. The pressure was good. However, it quickly went downhill after that. The lady kept going over the same areas. The movements were extremely repetitive, and it didn't appear that she knew many variations to target the muscles in my back or around my shoulders. I eventually told her to just move on because I was literally getting sore from her working on me. She moved on to my legs, and that was fine, but when she got to my shins, she kept going over my shin bone, and it felt like she wasn't noticing that I was uncomfortable. The calve massage was bad. She didn't even use pressure because I told her my shin was hurting, so she was really soft on my calves. My foot massage was the same....she was going soft and then would massage the top of my foot. That was hurting, so I just told her to stop. Overall, the place looked clean, and the masseuse was nice. But she clearly doesn't know how to manage her time for a longer massage. She doesn't know different techniques or the anatomy of the body well enough to target the muscles. I was charged $80 for the massage, and I gave an $8 tip for the time spent. The guy at the front put the cash in his desk, so I don't even know if the lady got the tip. If you're looking for a more targeted massage, don't waste your money here. Go to a better place. Otherwise, you will end up even more sore than when you came in. read more

This is our neighborhood massage place. My wife and I usually come here in the evenings to get a couples massage. We always all ahead to schedule a time and to tell them it'll be a couples massage as we are both in the same room together. They usually pair us up with a guy and a girl as the masseuse. They are pretty consistent in the pattern of a full body/back massage. We always get the hour long massages. I'd say it is more of a "Swedish" type of massage. Meaning nothing too hard. Though we often wish they give a little bit more pressure when applying their squeezes. The place is kept clean, nice ambiance and relaxing music. I do noticed there are often people getting a foot massage. I've never had one there. Again, we go there often because of convenience and consistentcy. read more

I've been going here for years! Lily is amazing. She is always on time and very friendly. Her massage is awesome. I cant wait to go back!

Stop from a traveling, I really need a massage. The space very clean, and peaceful. I had foot massage, the lady did a really good job! After all I feel really relaxed. Highly recommended. read more

I decided to give this place a try between my monthly massage appointments with my wonderful therapist. I called 30 min before my appointment and walked over. Had 30 min foot massage and 30 min full body. The foot massage was just ok and the full body was quite good. I was on my face down the entire time. It took me a while to get an answer for if I'll be face down the entire time for 60 min massage. Finally he understood and answered 40 min face down and 20 min face up. I feel that being face down for 30 min is my limit, so I may stick with 30 min. It's quite concerning that the place was empty the entire time I was there on Sunday morning. read more

Not bad but not as good as I was expecting given all the high reviews! The masseuse could have put a little more pressure. The music and ambiance were on point. But the one thing I didn't like was there were people talking in the back of the room and it was a little distracting. read more

My girlfriend and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. I would recommend calling ahead to make an appointment so that you're guaranteed a spot when you walk in. My girl is pregnant so she chose the "pregnant massage" which is essentially their full body massage ($45 for 60 minutes). That massage option is offered in a private room with clothes off. I chose the "foot and body reflexology" option ($30 for 60 minutes) which is offered in the main room with clothes on. We both agreed our massages had great pressure, and hit all the tired or stressed out areas throughout our bodies. And, we both fell asleep during our massages which is another indicator that we were fully relaxed and enjoyed every minute of the session. This is not a fancy spa by any means, so don't expect waterfalls and picture perfect statues. It's just a simple, clean, and straightforward massage parlor with more than reasonable prices. If you check in via Yelp, there is also a $5 discount off full body massages. Since the pricing is already heavily discounted, be sure to tip generously as they staff makes the majority of their income from gratuity. Anyway, it's a clean and simple type of massage spot. Find some time to unwind and treat yourself to some R&R. Enjoy. read more

Went in for my usual full body massage. The therapist was very professional and on time. I was very tense because of all the stress a mom gets from taking care of their kids all day. I really needed a deep tissue and relaxing massage. The therapist didn't disappoint. At first it hurt because I didn't know how much I needed it, but after a while it felt soooo good! Great pressure and hit the shoulders very well. Just wish she massaged my feet a little more. I can't wait to schedule a 90 min session. read more

Perfect spot to get a hot stone massage. They're usually able to get you in on the same day. The booking process is quick and easy. The place is clean and welcoming. Throughout the massage, she always makes sure the pressure is ok. I have chronic back pain and this has helped alleviate that. Prices are reasonable, $55 for an hour hot stone. I've been here a couple of times. After trying a few other massage spots, this is my go to. read more

Ankang Massage & Reflex - Price July 2022 - Reflexology Near Me - Sacramento, California

I had a male masseuse and I had the worst experience ever. I had gotten the 90 min body massage and for the entire time the guy was just rubbing my back. There was NO massaging to the muscles but just rubbing from back to legs. How irritating was that? I feel the guy was just being lazy. read more

Michael is my favorite but all the therapists are extraordinary! I usually receive a 2-hour reflexology massage and the price is very reasonable. Enjoy! read more

It's okay for these price. The man who sits at the front desk does well than the women here.

I've been wanting to check out this neighborhood massage establishment since they opened. I'm so happy I did. I just had a 90 minute full body session w/ Sam. He used good deep pressure and checked in with me throughout the massage. He didn't know a lot of English, so know that going in. It's not a problem really, not much needs to be communicated when getting bodywork. The massage went like this: you begin face down, covered w/ a large towel. Sam does some acupressure first and then uses a generous amount of oil to massage the back of your body. No worries he leaves the room and comes back with hot towels to wipe the oil off. I was confused because he didn't say anything and turned over. When you are face up he massages your feet, legs, arms, face and scalp. He wipes you again down with hot towels. Check this small biz out - it's well worth it. They prices are well under standard pricing so please tip well! read more

Had a wonderful massage experience here with my daughter who goes there on a regular basis.

To be honest , it really depends on who you get for a good massage. Like, the dude has his technique down. Excellent job! However, the lady no so much. She might as well use those massage guns on me. It's clean and chill and good vibes. I am not a big fan of the same ambient sound they play over and over. read more

Best decision I made today,to give this place a try. I made a last minute appointment for a 3 hour sessions. "90 min reflexology and 90 min full body" this morning my body was screaming for help. And thanks to SAM who is my therapist this morning. He also did all 3 hour sessions for me. After the massage I feel so much better and drunk massage lol ! I love his pressure and his different kinda technique of deep tissue. He incorporated deep tissue and myofascial together. He doesn't speak English much. But he knows what he's doing. The place is clean and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back. read more
