She double checked her calendar and said she could get me in. The office was in a good location and she was sure to make the experience relaxing and comfortable. So one may ask, why four stars... Sarah did a great job listening and also had great technique on the trigger points. The one thing I have issues with is the knots in my shoulder blades. I'm not sure if we didn't have enough time for her to work them all out or if she did not find them with the other stress and strain in my back. At the end of the day, the knots are my biggest reason to get massages regularly. I will schedule another appointment at her office and encourage others to do the same. My feelings about the situation haven't changed, simply because finding out by text while trying to schedule my next appointment was unexpected after being a consistent patient for so long. But I do want to acknowledge his message and the sincerity behind it. I've always had positive experiences with him and his team, and I will truly miss this office and the care I received. The bigger issue here is the system itself. Our health insurance landscape has become so chaotic and unpredictable that both patients and providers end up caught in the crossfire. It puts everyone in impossible positions, and this was one of those moments where the system failed all of us.
