When we arrived, we were placed in the same room, so that was already my first disappointment -- and unfortunately, the experience just continued downhill from there. Throughout the massage, the therapists were frequently whispering and laughing with each other. Whatever they were discussing, it made it very difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. Both massage therapists also repeatedly left the room during our massages, leaving us alone on the tables. This was very disruptive and made the experience feel anything but relaxing. The massage itself felt like someone was simply running their hands over my body rather than actually working on my muscles. I didn't feel any of the usual benefits of a massage -- no real pressure, muscle work, tension relief, or feeling of being worked out afterward. It honestly felt like someone was just running their hands over me. We also did not receive the hot stones that were supposed to be included in the service we booked. I paid for a combo massage that included a foot massage as well, but the foot massage lasted only about five minutes at the very end, which felt more like an afterthought than a meaningful part of the service. By the time I left, I was extremely disappointed. I paid for an experience I was genuinely looking forward to, and unfortunately I didn't feel like I received what I paid for.
