This might be the best massage with the best price I had - I should have purchased more vouchers. They don't just massage but I felt like they knew pressure points and lymphatic flow. Strongly recommend. The location was near medical offices too so I felt less worried in the area. read more

Worst massage ever. All elbows through a blanket. Tried to convince and shame me into tipping more (they're lucky I even tipped) HATED every second of it. Ladies were so rude and lady was burping the whole time. SO NASTY read more

They have artisan skill here--I feel like they found every muscle and soothed it with her artistry. Can't help but give this place five stars. From the start or your appointment, they begin working on you (unlike some other spots) and until the end of your visit, with great expertise, you walk out feeling completely relaxed. My masseuse was Amy and I received the signature massage with hot stone treatment. Highly recommended. read more

Tried this place for the first time. Did a one hour couples Swedish massage through Groupon! Didn't expect much, but surprisingly really good. Called the day of and they had availability to take us on. The masseuse had really good techniques and they made sure that we were comfortable the whole time. I was definitely due for a massage and they released a lot of tension in my shoulder. Overall, great experience! read more

I booked a 60-minute massage on Wednesday for a Saturday 7:00 PM appointment, and when I arrived, they had no record of it. Instead of apologizing, the two women working seemed annoyed that I was there and asked me to prove that I had called. After I showed them my call history, they contacted the owner, who offered free essential oils, then told me to come back in an hour (which made no sense) or rebook for another day. My appointment was at 7:00 PM, the business closes at 9:00 PM, and I had planned my evening around this. The poor organization, unprofessional handling of their mistake, and outright rudeness were unacceptable. The only upside is that I booked through Groupon, so I was able to cancel and receive a refund. I won't be back. read more

I received a Groupon for a couples massage and tried it out with my husband. I really liked the pressure the ladies applied during the massage but it probably wasn't the most cleansing compared to other massage locations. It's affordable and okay. read more

I had a decent massage, but I wasn't fond of the overall atmosphere of the place. The room wasn't very clean, and I saw dust on different surfaces. The massage was fine--nothing special. But the therapist was attentive and friendly. It was an acceptable experience, but I'm not sure about returning. read more

I purchased a Groupon for an hour long massage at this location. I called to make sure they had an appointment available, arrived early, and I believe I was greeted and helped by a woman named Emma. I may be wrong unfortunately my memory is not the best. My masseuse was able to apply the perfect amount of pressure and took all the knots out of my whole entire body. She was very kind and talkative, I walked out of my massage feeling like a brand new woman, I will most definitely be coming back. I also hope to bring my husband along next time totally recommend bringing cash for a tip, but they do take card, you just have to pay a one dollar for the processing fees. Overall, my experience was amazing. I believe it was clean as it should be and it looked beautiful. Everything about it was phenomenal. read more

By far the worst massage I've ever gotten. Here's why: 1. They have really bad customer service. None of them speak English and they're very unorganized with appointments. 2. I had to pay before I got my massage which I've never had to do before at any other massage place, but I noticed a white male didn't have to pay before services. And as I was getting my massage I overheard a lady paying after her massage was done. As a black woman I was deeply offended. 3. I told her specifically where I wanted a massage and because she didn't know English she was massaging every part other than what I requested. The massage itself wasn't relaxing she was going through the massage so quickly and I know it was because she already got her money. The massage was horrible; I felt worse after then before. Please don't come here. I feel robbed and I feel deeply offended. The worst 30 minute massage I've ever gotten. read more

Amazing massage! Amazing staff will return every month for a refresh!! Did a couples massage and it was an incredible experience for us both. read more

I wanted to share an honest experience because I've actually had a good visit here before. On a previous appointment, I had a massage with Eva and it was great, which is why I decided to come back and treat myself again. When I called to book, I specifically asked for a deep tissue massage and was told it would be more expensive, which I was totally fine with. However, when I arrived, the owner ended up being my masseuse instead of the person I was expecting. Unfortunately, this massage was a huge letdown. It wasn't a deep tissue massage despite paying for one, and her smartwatch repeatedly buzzed and made noise throughout the session, which was very distracting. On top of that, she left the room multiple times to go to the front desk whenever someone came in and had full conversations. I'd estimate this took up close to 20 minutes of the session, and no extra time was added to make up for it. Overall, the experience was far from relaxing, and I was really disappointed given the cost and my prior positive visit. I don't feel I got what I paid for, and I won't be returning. read more

My friend told me about this deal so I jumped right on it! I read the Yelp reviews and all were pretty mixed. But figured i will give it a try! I called and was able to go in same day. The place is located in a mini plaza with a small parking lot, and I didn't have any issues with finding parking. Mia checked me in right away when I arrived, and she gave me my massage. She asked what pressure I like, and she asked if everything is ok often. She also hit all the spots! I felt so relaxed after. After I was done, I asked if I could do a foot massage but she had an appointment after me so couldn't do it. Bummer. But definitely gonna go back! read more

Hands down best massage I have EVER received! Came here for a couples stone massage we purchased from Groupon and I am so happy that I went with my gut and jumped on the deal. Like myself my partner LOVED his massage. I had Candy and he had Lisa and we honestly had no complaints from start to finish. The shop is new and I'm going to say it... don't judge a book by its cover. I was a bit taken aback that there were no doors on the rooms and curtains but honestly that was out of my mind once the actual massage began. I asked for medium to firm and WHEW was I not disappointed. Candy massaged out every knot and I didn't even have to tell her where they were. I will say the one thing that was odd to me was they didn't massage my feet. If you look at the price picture it says feet massage as a seperate charge. Honestly for the price I don't see a problem. Another mentionable is they were running a bit behind and I was SHOCKED that they gave me a full 60 minutes. Having had a membership for a certain Massage company that reminds with a"ssage ninvy" I feel like I have been wasting my money and have finally found my people. I will say Candy, GIRL you rubbed me down so good I felt it for three full days later. I don't know if thats a good thing or bad but I will be back to see you monthly. :) RUN don't walk to this place as you will get a great bang for your buck. read more

I first went to this massage parlor after getting a Groupon for them. I had such a relaxing experience that I go here for all my massages now. The masseuses are very nice, but there's a bit of a language barrier, so communicating can be difficult sometimes read more

I used a groupon for an introductory hot stone massage. Eva was my massage therapist. Not only did I get a full body massage but Eva worked on my shoulder and helped loosened it. I went at 11am on a weekday so it was very quiet. I felt very refreshed and relaxed afterwards so I would say it was very therapeutic and I will be back. Thank you Yashu Massage. Tip: bring cash if you don't want to be charged an extra $1 for card service. read more

I booked a couples massage and when we showed up, there was no one up front. We can hear dishes banging and microwave being used from the back. Sounds like they were on lunch. I saw their schedule book but didn't see my name or number which I thought was odd. A lady finally walks by and was confused to see us then asked if we have an appt. I told her yes. She checked the book then called the owner. The owner apologized and said she forgot to put me on the books. How unprofessional. I rescheduled it as coming back later was such an inconvenience. A few weeks later, I messaged them the night before going in to make sure we are on the schedule. They confirmed. We go in and they take us to our room. But only one lady comes in. She tells me she's going to start my bf's service and for me to wait because the other person isn't here yet. 10 mins goes by and I'm getting irritated so I asked her when the other person is coming. She rushes out the door to speak to the front desk person and comes back in saying she don't know. A few mins later, a guy comes rushing in and came into our room. No apologies or anything. Just threw the towel on my back and started rubbing aggressively. He gave me the worst massage ever. It was not relaxing nor did it feel good. He was rubbing my back so fast like he was trying to wash and scrub my back instead of massaging. He barely massaged my legs and arms. Did not do my hands, feet, or face at all. Only gave me 55 mins of my paid 60 and when he was done, he literally just left. What in the actual fu*ck.... I contacted the owner to complain and her solution is "she fired him" LOLLLLL sure thing.... Don't recommend. Unprofessional staff. The owner did try to rectify by giving me a free massage but they messed up not once but TWICE!!! Like I'm supposed to just trust them? No thanks. read more

Bought a Groupon for a couples massage. They use their elbows a lot rather than their hands. Also, I tipped $13 cash and was told that I need to leave more tip since it's not enough. They literally forced me to use my credit card to give more tip and charged me a dollar to use my card. This is awful, awkward and unwelcoming. I will never come back and have never had this happen to me before at other massage places. Avoid this place. read more

Wasn't the full hour and demanded a higher tip at the end. Very rude and borderline disrespectful

This was my first ever massage, and I had a great experience! They did all sorts of techniques: hot stones, oil, hot towels, pretty much everything. They did the whole nine yards! My grandma, who has been to many (very expensive) massages in her life, also went, and she was very adamant in saying that the massage she got here was the best she's ever had. If you get a massage here, get the full body massage, it was REALLY good! read more

Beware. Bought a Groupon massage and when I went in for the appointment with my verification code. They told me I had to pay more for the massage. I told them I only want the massage I paid for. She would not stopping asking for more money. I finally had to walk out. Felt like a scam. Beware. read more

such a great experience the staff were friendly and it was very relaxing, definitely will be back

I'm currently sitting in my car writing this review because I'm so relaxed it's probably not safe for me to drive-HA! A few things to keep in mind. This isn't a medical massage therapist space. If it's medical, like any other medical need, do your research and make appointments with the appropriate caregiver. This isn't some bougie spa with crystal walls, lavender diffusers and cucumber waters. It is a relaxed, clean, quiet space with multiple private rooms. They don't have doors, but are closed off with curtains for privacy. They DO have soft lighting and very comfortable massage tables. It is exactly what it should be if you're looking for a massage. My masseuse was Holly. This woman had strong hands with a calculated touch and I felt the tension and knots melt away as she worked on my mess of a body. She asked if I wanted medium or hard pressure, she made sure my hair was out of the way so as not to get caught during her work. I fell asleep and drooled and she was gentle in waking me up to flip over. My husband gifted me a 90 minute massage and she started on time and worked to the very end, none of this 50 mins silliness that some places pull because they need the 10 minutes to flip the room for another guest. They were really good about letting me take my time and were so friendly and thanked me for coming. They are relatively new, and I highly recommend them if you're looking for strong, well experienced hands to work on your body and help it relax. I heard many a massage guest come in and leave grateful and happy during my 90 mins and I plan on returning! Their prices are MORE than reasonable, and they do a great job. They have a parking lot so it's easy to park, and there is also a bus stop close by if that's your preferred transportation. read more

I write this review with the most utmost honesty. This is the WORST massage parlor, save your hard earned money and pay a little more for something else. The massage people, I don't even want to call them masseuses because they did not know what the hell they were doing. They had no routine, no consistency (left vs. right side of your body), and every time they leave for towels or stones, it was nearly 5 minutes at a time that cuts in your session. Personally, I got the couple's massage and let me tell you my boyfriend and I's experience: it was TERRIBLE, INSUFFERABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL. We are both the types of people to suck it up and be polite but my goodness. I've never came out of something that was supposed to be relaxing, with injuries. I had rashes and itchiness all over my body from the rough towel they scrub me down with the oil. The lady damn near burned me with the hot stones. My boyfriend told me his massage girl was so sporadic with her massages, from soft to hard in different places and jumping around. The last 10 minutes was literally the both of them trying to kill time and doing some weird stuff like pulling my legs and slapping the bottom of my feet like 3 times. Please reconsider going here if you are. All the good reviews this place have convinced me but clearly they know something I don't... I ended up tipping $10 for two people and even I felt that was too much. Told them it was bad and walked away. I'm glad they didn't haggle for more money because I would've had to get funny on them read more

Came here on a Saturday last minute with my husband for a couples massage and we have not had a massage in over a year since we had really bad experiences from previous massage places hurting us. Let me tell you that this place completely changed our minds about massages! Everything about our experience here was amazing! They have a warm up blanket that you lay on the massage bed that makes you feel comfortable right away, the whole place was entirely clean and you were able to smell it in the air, the massages were just perfect and I felt like a complete different person when I came out! We will definitely be returning for more massages here often! read more

After shopping around for a massage artist, I finally found them at YaShu Massage: LISA! I treat myself to a massage 1-2x a month and visit many massage places to find the person who provides massages that fit my needs. I purchased a Groupon last night for a little over $47. Great intro deal for what I received. 5 Stars for Lisa and the 60min Combination Hot Stone massage I received from her. My goodness! I left my session feeling like a soft noodle! 5 Stars to the heating pad she had on her table too!!! That pad really relaxed me and made my massage way more enjoyable. Also, PLEASE tip your massage artist. They do very hard work and deserve to be compensated for their efforts. A guy left his massage and only left $5. Not cool dude. I always leave at least $30 for 60-90 min massages and usually try and leave at least $35 for 90min. I was only able to leave $20 this time because they were busy and I couldn't add the extra $10 on my card. I WILL BE BACK! Thank you Lisa! You and your hands are truly gifted!! read more

As someone who has worked in the service industry for many years, it pains me to write a negative review. However, due to the unprofessionalism of this establishment, I'm making an exception. The pros: They got us in on time, no problems w/ our Groupon, and my friend had a somewhat decent experience w/ the actual massage. The cons: They started our massages and mid way through the woman doing my friend's massage burps about 2-3 times. We hear guests coming in and out of the place and conversations amongst staff when we're supposed to be in a relaxed setting. Then someone walks in for their appt and the woman doing my friend's massage walks out to tell them to please wait. Afterward, her and the man rush through the rest of our massages so, what was supposed to be an hour was about 50mins. To make matters worse, as we're asking them to charge my card for tip, she asked how much. When I tell her the amount, she then proceeds to ask us to pay more as, "people who come in, usually pay more." We paid 15%, which, for someone who was completely dissatisfied w/ their massage, is pretty generous. This is also in front of other customers waiting for their massage. Not ok. read more

I found them in Groupon but might be easier to just pay directly to them. I was able to schedule a same day massage. The establishment was clean and quiet. The ladies there are welcoming and get you going as soon as you come in. The massage was great! She made sure to check in throughout the massage to see if pressure was too much or not enough. I took a nap and woke up feeling great! read more

So, I just completed a couple's massage package that I purchased from Groupon from My Sacred Partner & I, as a way to show appreciation for ALL the WAYS she has shown up for me in these recent months. I must say, without hesitation that Mia & her staff were incredible. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of my masseuse, but what I appreciated most about Yashu was the intimate nature of the establishment. When you walk in, there's a calmness about the place that invites you to explore what rest through trusting that another person will honor and safely administer their healing arts onto your body. They treated my lady and I very well, and I had the opportunity to engage in an authentic cultural exchange where both I, My Sacred Partner, and the Women of Yashu were able to find common ground that truly felt like family. I look forward to making this a frequent act of sacred self-care for myself and my family. Thanks Yashu! In Community & With Gratitude Wayne read more

Disappointing. Went in for a 30 min foot massage to relieve pain and at most got 15 mins of massage. The first 5 minutes were spent listening to the staff argue. Then I was given a bucket to soak my feet in for another 5. The massage started out ok but turned into a very odd focus rubbing each toe and a finger in between my toes for several minutes. It was not pleasant, particularly with the rubber gloves that the masseuse wore. Then she spent maybe 5 mins on my calves which last I checked are not part of my feet. This was followed by a hot towel to clean off the oil/lotion and voila! Done with 5 mins left to spare. I would have complained but there was quite a language barrier so probably wouldn't have made a difference. I won't be back. read more

One star because my massage therapist was nice and her hands were really soft . My massage therapist had to stop mid way and go use the restroom so I was unable to get a foot massage but my wife was. At the end of the massage when we were leaving we were pressured to make a higher tip then we were giving. The lady was trying to pressure us into an extra 30 in tips . Both the lady up front and the massage therapist looked us into our soul and they stood surrounding us to get a higher tip with a 1.00 charge I normally don't get uncomfortable but both me and my wife were uncomfortable. I will not be going back to this place . This seems like a common thing they do. New happy day spa can keep me read more

It's easy to find this place as I have a nice sign right out in front telling you where to pull into. It looks like an old medical building. The rooms are neatly kept, and they actually have warm massage tables which was an A+. The doors to the room or just a sheer curtain so you can hear things are going on the outside. The price of course is great and I use the coupon so I got one hour for 50 bucks. The massage yourself it's just Meh. I'll probably just go back to Freeport massage as I found it to be better for me read more
