I've been to Royal Massage before and I've always had a great experience. I really appreciate that they check in with you throughout the massage, ask if everything is okay, ask what areas you'd like them to focus on, and offer options like hot stones. That level of attention is really nice and makes the experience feel personalized. The massage itself was great overall, but this time I felt the pressure around my neck and the base of my skull was much too deep and intense. I would recommend keeping the pressure much lighter once getting into the neck and skull area. It's a sensitive area. I've some head discomfort afterward, so I think this is an area where a little more caution and communication would be helpful. I should have spoken up and asked her to lighten the pressure, but I also think checking in before applying very deep pressure in that area would be helpful. Other than that, I really enjoy this place and would definitely come back. I just hope the therapists can be a little more gentle around the neck and base of the skull. read more

Great pricing located on their webpage. When you arrive there is a fee for the oil you chose. Ranging from $10-20. They have cbd oil which is great for those deep tissue type massage. I chose the cbd. I could tell it helped relax and reduce pain. Queenie is very good as a massage practitioner. What I really like is her communication. She tells you what she's doing and checks in if it hurts. I want to share with those who are not familiar with a deep tissue or even a medium pressure massage (it can hurt) it's not comfortable it's not relaxing. It's done to reduce tightened areas or Knotts in muscles or troubled areas. You will be sore afterward. I slept like a baby! And the next day woke up like my old self. No pain and relaxed muscle areas! I highly recommend. read more

O...M...G!! Amazing massage! My husband and I went there last night for a couples massage. We are very active people. We work out every day and just 2 days ago we went hardcore on legs. Our muscles were sore and tight. Until we got our massage from Royal Massage. Best massage we've had in a very long time. The lady who massaged me was attentive and mindful of the pressure I wanted. There were some areas that were tender so she made sure she wasn't too firm. As for my husband, he's a big muscle guy. And it takes the right person to get those knots out of him. And the lady who massaged him was phenomenal! Ok outside looks a little sus, but when you walk in... clean and neat and fresh! The couples massage room was spacious! We are definitely coming back! read more

I had a great experience! The massage was excellent, especially the focus on my neck and shoulders, where I carry the most tension. The therapist really listened to my needs and did a wonderful job working out the knots and tightness. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back! read more

I just stumbled out of my most recent massage, shaking off the trance that I was just put in to. Kimmy was my masseuse today, and I was sent to orbit. Massage was fantastic and everyone was lovely in the building. In my last review I mentioned towels, turns out they have option to have another layer if that is your preference. I enjoy the feeling of being weighted down and warm so it was perfect. I did the specific area massage which allowed me to keep my clothes on (I wore gym clothes type attire). It was nice to tailored the massage to my needs. I also did oil add on and cbd option which I highly recommend. So relaxing!! I probably won't continue to update every time I go but just know that THIS is the spot. read more

April is an amazing masseuse! My friend and I had a great experience and we will be back again!

Had an awesome deep tissue massage as part of a 60 minutes couples massage. For $120 total i was blown away. I requested hard massage and emphasis on shoulders and she really dug in. The hot stones were a surprise and felt so good. I wished I lived local so I could come once a month. The value is unmatched. Thank you Royal Massage ‍ read more

Lily (or Lili--sorry if I'm spelling it wrong) was kind, and she did an excellent job. She really listened and focused on the areas I told her were bothering me. I'd absolutely recommend her to others. read more

I feel like a new woman. Clean affordable and wonderful massage. I will absolutely be a repeat visitor.

Booked a couples massage. It was okay. One would get a phone call or a notification and leave the room. I would have liked it to be more attentive for the time we were there. Leaving during the massage is weird. I was going to use a card but was asked for cash instead. I didn't bring enough cash so they took the cash I had and the rest on the card. If I didn't have the full amount in cash, why not just charge the card the full amount? I intended to charge the service and tip in cash but that didn't happen. I thought that was weird, too. read more

First timer yesterday, 5/20/26, and it was an amazing experience! The place is super clean, cozy and cute vibes. I called ahead of time to schedule an appt after work & they were very friendly. The massage was perfect- she was very intentional & listened to my needs. She really focused on my upper back and shoulders knots. I was sent home with a "thank you" gift as a first timer. I slept so good at night, I legit felt like I had a weighted blanket on me. I'm writing this post from the day after, I feel great, my body feels relaxed and I will absolutely be going back. Thank you! read more

Got the royal combo massage and I would 100% come back. Not only is the price is good, but the staff are so friendly and accommodating. They made sure to check in if the pressure was enough and focused on the areas I specified perfectly :) read more

Royal Massage - Massage Near Me - Sacramento, California

Long one: This is the type of place that you drive or walk by and probably don't even realize it's there. I think this is a hidden gem! I went today wanting a last minute massage before my upcoming marathon and when I walked in, the place looked clean and well maintained. The woman that checked me in also did my massage (I think she is the owner), she was fantastic! I booked for the Swedish full body oil massage and requested the hot stones. The room was simple and again clean. The massage itself was perfect, only twice did I ask for lighter pressure but again I was being hesitant with my race, so staying on the safe side. She consistently asked if the pressure was ok, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She even stretched my legs out which I wasn't prepared for but felt great. After the massage, I went out to sign my receipt (you pay before the massage but don't sign or do the tip until after) and she didn't hassle me at all for a tip or anything. I think with the holiday season and maybe a little my tip, but she gifted me a cute reading lamp and some candy. I thought was a cute touch! Now the ONLY "cons" to this place (which is why I did 4 stars) BUT this is more my preference, the room was a bit cold so when she used the hot rags to wipe of the oil it was chilly. And the room was a bit bright, she had the blackout curtains that I wish she would've closed but again that's MY preference. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience for a great price and the last minute availability was great. Honestly wish I could do 4.5 stars but either way I will be returning again soon! read more

Passed by and noticed this newer massage place. I decided to book appointment. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Royal Massage is clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed. The staff is professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what they do. The massage itself was incredible: perfectly tailored to my needs, with just the right pressure, and incredibly therapeutic. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely recharged. The vibe is peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the experience. read more

Super responsive. My husband and I got a couples massage together for our anniversary. They were really great about making sure the pressure wasn't too much or too little for us. We left feeling super relaxed! The following day I could definitely tell they worked out some of the knots I had building up in my shoulders and neck. My husband said he could tell they knew what they were doing because they focused on his problem areas without direction. Loved it! read more

All I can say is WOW!! My friend and I booked a last minute 90 minute massage on a Sunday afternoon and it was probably the best one I've ever had!! Very clean and cute space. The ladies were so friendly and I felt very very safe and it seems to be a women owned business which I love. Lily focused on all the areas I hold tension and worked really hard at them which I appreciated. I absolutely will be coming back and will tell all my friends!! Thank you again, Lily & Mia! read more

I live nearby and was curious as to the business and the quality of the service, so made an appointment (very easy). The entry area is clean and spacious and the massage rooms seem equally as clean. The service was top notch from start to finish and I especially appreciated Li L and the excellent massage. You won't be disappointed and remember to tip well! read more

So wonderful! Everyone was so sweet, and the massage was INSANELY GOOD!!! My masseuse consistently asked how the pressure was throughout, and I constantly had tingles throughout my body! I am so lucky to have found this place so close to home! read more

Really good massage! Professional, easy to book, made me feel comfortable and have a really great Swedish massage.

My husband recommended this place to me. We are both super critical of massages that we get, and we both like really hard pressure. He got Queenie and he said it was amazing. I got Lily and she did such a great job. I was so tight from carrying around my 2 kids plus a desk job plus 2 nights of camping in a tent. Lily put great pressure in all the right spots. It hurt so good!! I felt so much better after my massage. They even gave a little thank you gift since it was my first time there. We will definitely be back! read more

Amazing massage today! The best I have had! I have had many massages over the past decade. Queenie Li is excellent! I was looking for a last minute massage and she responded right away! I was able to walk right in! I was looking for a clean and safe place for a great deep tissue massage with cupping and this IS the place! It is one of the cleanest and most pleasant places I've been to. She did an outstanding massage on my tight neck, shoulders, hips and feet. Queenie is very strong and she checks on me for feedback to make sure I'm comfortable. I feel sooo much better now! I didn't want it to end! I have had cupping done for many years and to find a place that does it and knows how it do it well is rare. I highly recommend Queenie and I'm going to be back every month! Thank you for treating me at the last minute! I'm very grateful for you! :) read more

I just got my first massage here today, and I was satisfied with the service, massage, and staff. Mia (I hope I got your name right) was the one who massaged me. She made sure I was comfortable and liked the pressure. She was very attentive to my requests and questions. Both she and the lady who checked me in were very friendly! The place is clean and well organized. You are definitely going to get more for what you pay! I hope they get more business and will definitely be back! read more

Pretty good spot for a massage without too much scheduling in advance. Parking is okay even though they share the lot with a kids gymnastics studio and other stores. I got a deep tissue massage and I did not know I had so many knots around my shoulders and neck. I definitely will come back again. read more

I had a great service with Lily. Strong hands, clean space, and welcoming demeanor! I will be rebooking.

Extremely happy with services here. It's our first time and we booked the combo foot and body with oil massage and deep tissue with hot stones massage for 60 min. Both ladies were very strong and gentle at the same time. The entrance is very bright, clean, comfortable and calming. Will definitely come back often. Convenient location for us also. read more

I booked a same day appointment through their website and it was very easy to schedule. The location was simple to find and the staff greeted me with professionalism, kindness, and warmth. I chose the 60 minute Royal Massage which was incredible. The pressure felt perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. This was my first massage and as someone who tends to be shy, I was amazed at how relaxed and safe I felt throughout the session. The entire experience left me feeling renewed and grateful. My first massage could not have gone better. This will be the only place I return to from now on. Highly recommend! read more

This was truly one of the best massages I have had in years. I was in need of one after spring cleaning and I was blown away by the service. I love that you fill out a form to highlight which areas are hurting you the most too. And such a cute vibe inside! Definitely coming back soon! read more

Such a great relaxing experience! Some massage places don't apply enough pressure when doing massages but they did an excellent job! I was so sore and had stubborn knots coming in and I felt so good and relaxed when I left! It's also difficult to find a place I want to consistently come to but I think I found my new spot for massages! And for a great price. read more

Very sweet staff, calm atmosphere, and clean environment. Takes into account what you need. Lili was very nice

I got a massage here yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Instead of feeling relaxed afterward, my back has been hurting more since the massage, which is not what I expected at all. The pressure felt too intense at times, and it didn't seem like my comfort level was being properly checked during the session. A massage should help relieve tension, not make it worse. I'm now dealing with soreness and pain that wasn't there before. I would recommend that the staff pay closer attention to client feedback and adjust pressure accordingly to avoid situations like this. Overall, I'm not satisfied with my experience and hope the business takes this feedback seriously. read more

Clean, very responsive, and excellent massage. I called and was able to make a same-day appointment for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Very reasonably priced ($60/60 minutes, $90/90 minutes) with free hot stones. Other options like cupping and aromatherapy were available, but I just did the regular deep tissue. I really appreciated that there was a form to fill out at the beginning with the parts of your body that you wanted special focus on, if you wanted full body only, or combination with full body and feet. The massage therapist checked in multiple times during the massage about the pressure, and really worked on the areas that I had asked for. The facilities were super clean, I felt very safe and comfortable, and bonus that it's a new spot in our neighborhood. Highly recommend, and I'll be back! read more
