A friend told me about this place, wanted to try. A massage was long overdue. I called to make an appointment and they had openings the same day. It was a week day. The place is quiet, but small. The room I was in was separated by curtains. I booked an hour couples massage. I had a little older lady, but you can feel how strong she was. If you wanted a strong more deep massage she can deliver. The massage overall was ok, not bad. They do charge 3% for using a credit card. read more

My wife booked us a couples massage here the other day. So thoughtful of her. We didn't have any plans for that day. She booked the massage on the same day to which was nice. One of our friends had gone to this place and said it was good and they gave her a nice massage so that is why the wife picked it. We arrived and it's in a busy strip mall so parking is tight but we were able to find a spot even in some shade. The place is small. Right as you enter is the reception desk and a waiting area. We checked in and the lady told us to have a seat. She asked us if we wanted to be in the same room and my wife told her we did. A few seconds they lead us to our massage tables. There isn't really rooms. It was a long room or hall I would say separated by drapes. Our section had two massage tables and was made into a room with the drapes. I only figured it out when I heard another patron a little distance away make some noise while he was finishing his massage. It was a bit different but they do have good prices. So I guess that is one of the reasons why so affordable. Being set up like this is distracting at times. I think they only had two ladies doing the massages at the time and we had them both. My lady had to answer the phone a couple of times and walked away from my massage to do it. Plus you could hear the next door business talking at times and you know while you get a massage you don't want to hear anything but the music. My wife did finish her massage before me since i had all the interruptions. I thought she would of gone a bit longer because of it and she did but not much. The massage was not bad but I wish they did more on my feet. It felt a little neglected heheh. They have a entire separate massage for the feet so that may be the reason. I enjoyed my massage and will come back since it is affordable. Hopefully I will get no distractions next time. I appreciate Oasis for being easy to park at. This place is good if you want deep, sweat-inducing-massages. Also, the temp of the location is warmer because their A/C is turned down lower I would think for body circulatory purposes. That being said, if you have HOT FLASHES this is NOT for you. If you want less pressure SAY IT BEFORE the massage starts so you will not be shocked at how strong the staffs hands are. You may experience soreness the following week of your massage, and the masseuse said this was expected when the massage ended. And indeed I WAS sore after my massage for a full week about. Customer service is very good. EXPECT TO PAY A TIP, and they will ask for this if you're not ready with it right at the end of your service. So be ready! read more

I'm disappointed, because I actually like the massage quality. However, my experience with the masseuse tainted the experience. When she asked how much I would like to tip on my card, I said $15. She said "wow not even $20 for how much I did?" in a judgmental tone. Feeling extremely uncomfortable and caught off-guard, I told her I can do $20. As she's typing in the tip amount, she confirms that I said $15 first. I told her again that I can pay $20 since she made a comment. She replied "No. I'll do $15 since you're *so* uncomfortable". It appears some other reviews share similar stories regarding the tips. I get massages for a relaxing self-care experience, not to be openly judged about how much I decide to tip, which is completely optional. May I suggest increasing your massage prices if you're going to bully customers into tipping more? I won't be returning. read more

Underwhelming. I seen great reviews for this place and i don't see the hype. It's clean and the staff is nice but the experience was mediocre. The only time the masseuse was firm was when her elbow was digging into my shoulder blade and i had to stop her because it was dragging. Other than that i fell asleep because it was boring and i was exhausted. She also left the room a couple times. I wouldn't say it was bad but i wouldn't come back here. We called ahead and booked a Couples Massage for Valentine's Day. We saw it was over 4 stars on Yelp and Google, thought we would try it out. When we got there we paid and they asked if we wanted a couples room or a singles room. We said we would like the couples room. We are 2 girls, but we are married. Very often we get mistaken as sisters or friends. We got fully undressed and were laying under the sheet when one of the workers came to us with the manager on the phone, they asked us if we would move to a singles room because they had a customer that really wanted a couples massage for Valentine's Day. I said that so did we, and we already paid for a couples massage. Again, they were probably thinking we were sisters or friends, not a married couple. They tried to upgrade us to getting essential oils and I said no, we wanted and paid for the couples massage already. Through the curtain we could hear the workers talking to the other couple, saying that we wouldn't move. The girl said she had called days before to book it. We would've moved or opted for the singles from the beginning, if we weren't already fully undressed and already laying on the table. Sorry to the other couple, but this place messed up the scheduling on their end and double booked. And that's not my fault they only have 1 couples "room". Aside from that situation, the massage was under an hour because we had to deal with the scheduling mishap and it was only decent. My wife's massage therapist asked her about pressure and the heat of the hot stones and made sure she was comfortable, while mine didn't say ask for say a word to me the whole time. The rooms aren't real rooms, they're tables that are curtained off so you're able to hear everything from the lobby area to the other people getting massages. I arrived for a foot massage and requested a bit of privacy because I was placed out in the open. They wouldn't accommodate a room for privacy or use the curtain area that wasn't being used. It was also a one hour massage and she stopped at 45 minutes and I feel ripped off. I wouldn't come back again. They were nice people though. read more

Lulu is amazing getting my knots and tension. I do call and make an appointment before heading out there (to make sure she is available). The place is clean and the sheets smells clean/fresh. So far they have been consistent with changing the sheets per customer. They do have a service fee charge if you are paying with a credit card so I usually just bring cash. read more

I normally come to this place once a month for a total body massage. I've been out of the country for the past month and went back there yesterday. In the past there was a middle-age woman that gave a really good massage, using her elbows and arm strength to dig into my rhomboids and help relieve the pain. She does the same on the front and back of my legs and my arms. Yesterday I went in and there was a younger lady who just gave me a lackluster massage. She was deep into my back and then the massage ended and then on the rest of me it felt like she was just rubbing oil on me. Very disappointing. I will not return. read more

Good foot massage and when it was time for my back they even asks what type of pressure medium or hard. I like that. Some places just do mediocre or hard assuming everyone is the same. My husband and I went previously. His massage was great, mine was ok. When we paid and tipped, the receptionist said he needed to tip $5.00 more due to my husband was bigger than me. He paid it before I could say anything. We went again. He liked his massage. My girl gave me a lackluster back massage. She had me turn over. Never used oil or lotion for my front massage. Did not even uncover any part to. Left the sheet on and squeezed my arms and legs and rubbed over the sheet. Said she has been massaging for 15 yrs which is not believable. I decided I was done with this place. I told my husband not to tip for mine but he misunderstood. The receptionist asked for more tip money again. I asked for my girl's name, she hesitated then said Stephanie like she made it up. I said I will never return. My husband went a third time by himself. AGAIN, after he paid and was tipping, the receptionist asked for more than $15.00 because his girl "got tired" while doing his and when people go out to eat and tip, the waiters don't do anything but put food on the table whereas the masseuse puts their hands on the customer and relieves stress.
