(PLEASE READ) I've gotten my nails and eyebrows done before like 2 years ago here but this time it was a bad experience i got my eyebrows waxed for my birthday and i got my sister to get her nails done the Lady was nice and blind and that was the first red flag i noticed because i had my eyes closed half the time and when she was asking me to look to make sure they were ok they had wax in both my eyebrows and she got wax IN MY HAIR TWICE SHE WAS SO HORRIBLE wit the amount of oil she used u might as well ask them if them do head oil massages and if they said no you would be surprised and she took a chunk of my bottom left eyebrow like it's almost a natural ambre and she waxed the bottom front of my eyebrow Then next day i came back (same lady) to get me and my sisters nails done because of the reasonable price for medium nail s but AGAIN HORRIBLE she said she could do us at the same time she'll be done faster THAT WAS A LIE. WE WENT IN AT 12 AND CAME OUT AT 5 after she was going back and forth with me and my sister doing our nails and i couldn't pick out a couple and 3pm comes around and she has a WHOLE CLIENT waiting and i'm not gonna lie this the part i should've been done i let her client for 3 WHATEVER go because i couldn't pick a color and my sister didn't care but i did very much we waited for a hour and her nails were DONE (it's been a couple weeks before i wore this and my sisters nail popped off and my nails had airbubbles in it and she didn't touch my cuticles AT ALL no push back or get the dead skin so when they grew out they looked ugly from the cuticle)( i also took off the whole set) Long story short don't come in here not Unless you want a blind lady who gets wax in your hair and whatever nail work deigns was shown she didn't do and WAS FAKE (I got clear pink and gold foil) (Sister got a dark purple and a ugly ass leopard or cheetah print that did look like either one of them) read more

Today we decided to try a new nail spa since our old nail spa was sold and changed staff. We Did a walk-in, and was seen promptly. I received an overlay refill with regular Ice Berry color. I was taken well care of. I was asked throughout my service if I was satisfied with the work thus far. My husband received a manicure and #3 pedicure with the wax treatment. My first time here, decided to check it out cause they are still pretty brand new. My usual nail shops like to give me 1 pretty nail and crooked nails, so it was time for a new place. Was greeted by the owner when I walk in, he was at the counter. Place is pretty clean, chairs and station looks new. Only problem I have is I wish they use liners on the tub for pedicures. Owner told tech what was wanted and tech delivered! Selection of color is decent. Massage with pedi was AMAZING! The color could have been applied better. The other problem was no drying station so either you sit in the chair and fan it or you take the risk and leave. I didn't walk out with crooked nails but I did walk out with wet toes. So for this and the other wishes mention above I give it a 3 1/2. read more

I really wanted to give this place a glowing review, the owner was very gracious, was super accommodating to a client in there with her kids. It's a clean & new environment with new chairs. Looks like they took the wishes of one of the other reviewers to heart, they now have a drying station and liners. That being said, I think the person I got may be new to doing nails. My nails are thick, lopsided and bumpy. Also they don't match...as in one hand is longer than the other. She didn't compare them to each other after she put them on and cut them down, just eyeballed it. As she put on the power she loaded her brush multiple times trying to even out the nails. I don't see this much in experienced technicians. Additionally, she would lay the file flat next to my nail and file the edge, which hurt like HELL, I'm cut from the file, around my nails, in several places! Oddly, she also filled off dripped polish from my skin rather than use acetone. That too was unorthodox and painful. All in all, while it's nice, pleasing atmosphere, kind people....I paid $35 for nails that I'm going to spend another hour fixing or go pay another $20 elsewhere to have them shaped and thinned out. For me, not worth risking a second trip. Super sad about it cuz I live just a few blocks away. read more

So, I'm not ever a pain in the but customer. I say fix something every now and then as I should. I am he paying customer. But other then that I don't complain cause a scene or anything like that. Thursday I got a Gel mani. Got home and it was horrible. There were bubbles, every single nail had a different shape and it just look very bad. And I thought being a paying customer they would do them over or actually try to fix them. Mind you it's a Gel mani do I believe I paid $36 and tipped. So I went in and was sweet and explained what I didn't like and how there was skin everywhere. And all I got was her to file them down and ask if I want oil. Um im sorry I'm fine I don't need your oil. They look the same. Bubble and still look 2 weeks old and it hasn't even been a week. I'll never go back. I mean for heaven sake. It was empty. Honestly, she should've given me a whole new mani on the house. But I'll never go back. These are after. I saw the new mgmt sign and decided to stop in for a color change on my toes. Neither myself or the nail tech was satisfied with the work. I had an appt so I had to leave after 30 minutes. I returned today to have it corrected. They said wait a few minutes. It's been 30 minutes. I wish they had just asked me to come back. Slightly irritated. They are making it right! While I was waiting for my daughter next door, I decided to come here to kill time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The salon was empty and I think I know why now. The tech was super nice, but sanitary sucks a$$. The tools/filers she brought out looks used. There were flies flying around and even landed on me. She tried killing it with her hands and still used the same glove..like ewww. I said something so she smiled and dipped her hands in my spa..wth. I orginally wanted gel which was an xtr $10 but changed my mind. I asked her for regular nail polish instead, and she said she's going to charge me extra $5 because I had gel nail polish n she had to remove it for me. Seriously? This is the first time I've ever gotten charge xtr for removing my polish while getting a pedicure. I was hoping after all this, my nails were going to look decent...it wasn't. I ended up going to sassy nails to get the full service. Never again will I be back. read more
