I used to love this place and hardly would ever have any complaints, but after this trip I don't think I'll be back. I walked in about 15 minutes after opening for a gel pedicure and manicure. I believe the 2 ladies who serviced me are newer because I've never had nor seen them before. My pedicure is the reason for why this is 2 stars and not 1. She did a good job at clipping and painting my nails. However every other part of the pedi like the massage and scrubbing was done with no pressure/strength at all. For my mani, she didn't take off all of the old gel product from my nails. I didn't notice this until I had already paid and walked off cause the gel on my nails are lumpy! I also initially came in with long natural nails and wanted almond, but after she filed down my nails way too short and showed me her almond attempt, I told her to cut them down and make them square. However, my nails are not filed even as you can see my left ring finger is so short compared to the rest. The massage was also like the pedi, no pressure whatsoever. No cuticle oil neither so I left the salon with dry fingers. I'm attaching photos of my nails in and out the sun to show how lumpy and dry they are. I'm so disappointed because this place is right next to me and convenient, but now I have to go home and fix my nails myself.
This place used to be my go-to spot before they switched to a new group of nail techs. They used to take their time and care into making sure you had a great experience. Now they rush through the pedicure process and be done within 30mins. Two of my toenails were cut slanted upwards and I had to ask them to fix the shape multiple times. The nails are all cut uneven and nail polish was also applied unevenly. The entire experience felt rushed and not relaxing at all. Unfortunately I will not be returning, I've given them multiple chances and was disappointed every time.
AHHHH These guys are AMAZING!!! I went to this salon for a full set of acrylics with nail art. Nichole (hopefully I spelled it right) was my tech and she was AWESOME! She was very gentle with my wimpy nubs I had when I came in. She took her time and made sure she did everything exactly how I wanted it. I brought in a photo of some nail art I wanted to try and it turned out even better than I had hoped! I love my nails! The shop itself was clean, smelled nice, reasonably quiet, and everyone was friendly. I will definitely be going back!

I finally decided to give them another try in May and I'm glad I did because I finally found my person (for pedicures). It seems like they have a change in team members so I'm not sure if the previous owners left. You have to call for an appointment as they do get busy from time to time. Just a rough estimate: I get the pamper pedicure with French tips and my total comes out to $60.00.

UPDATE:I reached out to Kevin via Instagram where is Active and he decided to leave me on read and proceeded to post on his Instagram story without caring to respond(: I've been a regular at Kevin's for about a year now, and while I've generally been pleased with the quality of his work, I recently had a disappointing experience that has led me to decide not to return. I brought my 3-year-old daughter with me for a pedicure and manicure, and while I asked if they could accommodate her, it became clear that the technician working with her was frustrated by her natural movements, as expected for a toddler. I even noticed her rolling her eyes at my daughter a few times, which felt unprofessional. Unfortunately, my daughter developed an infection from the pedicure, which I strongly believe was due to unclean tools. I also experienced an infection from my own manicure , which makes it clear that proper sanitization protocols were not followed and we are currently in pain from these infections .This is a serious concern, and it's the main reason I won't be returning. As for my nails, I requested the viral cat-eye design, and Kevin initially said he could do them. However, after an hour of attempting and struggling with the magnet, it became clear that it wasn't working. I suggested multiple times that it was fine and I'd just go with a solid color, but Kevin insisted on continuing to try. The end result was a mediocre job where the heart effect wasn't visible, and the nails looked nothing like what I had wanted. I asked him to remove it, and although he seemed frustrated, he eventually applied the solid color. I've never had issues with Kevin's work before, but I do often experience discomfort during the process, as he tends to cut me or hurt me while working. I'm constantly having to remind him to be more gentle, and as a result, I'm unable to fully relax during the service. Nails should not hurt, and this is something that could definitely be improved. Overall, I'm disappointed because I've always been a loyal customer, but the lack of sanitation, the discomfort, and the unsatisfactory results are things I can't overlook. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future.
I don't know where to start. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They are the sweetest and make you feel comfortable. It's worth every single penny. I went with my mom and sister. We got Kristine, Gina and Ethan. I made an appointment for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. It was my first time there and I made a follow up appointment, bc of how much I loved them! They've gained 3 loyal customers. This place is amazing, and if you go I recommend Kristine, Gina and Ethan!!! Thank you guys Kristine thank you for fixing my messed up toe nails
my favorite lowkey spot!! The only nail place I return to because no one else does mani pedis as well as they do. I'm not particular about any one person because I only go a few times a year but everyone I've gotten has always been so attentive and kind the staff are always so sweet and friendly, they'll chat with you and are so accommodating!! i love atmosphere its very relaxing and fun to go. I like bringing my friends here if we can get in for a group pedicure. They do funny little designs like this peace sign chicken for my friend and a cute simple solid color look for myself
This spot is like, a Hidden Treasure, I've been here 4 times and honestly LOVE their work. They take their time and usually fully booked, so I recommend calling in before you actually walk in. They do literally the full service, acrylic nail soak off, clean ur nail plate, clean under your nails , and literally SLAY ur nail shape and nails overall. I wish I took pictures of before but I went in today at 2:30 of March 25th and got soak off, oval chrome nails. LIKE U CAN SEE THE SHINE IN THE PHOTO how shiny it is. Ethan is fantastic and I forgot to ask the name of the lady who did my nails today but she had black hair and was really pretty, she always picked up the phone and seemed like the manager there? :) I'm really happy about my nails I've always gotten here. ALSO for all my Korean girl lovers, they have a wide variety of charms and Korean gel polish, cat eye nails, and more!

LADIES AND MEN, THIS IS THE SPOT. Store is clean, very relaxing vibes and everyone were friendly. I came in as a walk in and they took me right away. Shoutout to Dustin for doing my pedicure. He was super professional and gentle. His hands were gifted by the angels because the massage was heavenly. He made my feet feel like a newborn's. Nicole is one of the best too! She's such a sweet soul. She did my manicure and I love how attentive, careful and gentle she was with me. They also serve complementary drinks too and water. Gina does not play around w the acrylics she is truly an artist and i'm amazed at her talent. All of the designs like the butterfly wing, the hearts and the stars she freehanded like it was nothing. The nails costed $140 and it was a 3 hour appointment. I don't know anyone else who does it like Gina. I will definitely be back! read more

Kevin is good but when u show him what u wants he does his own thing I was there for 9 am appointment I wasn't done til almost 1p he started my nails then I got my pedi and he's working on a whole new client and when my pedi was done I had to wait until he was done I showed him a pic I wanted and he started mind u never had the style kept telling him as long as it turns out like the pic I msg after left ran my errands to tell him in the sun it didn't look like picture and can I come back mind u it was quiet as a mouse in there and he told me I'm all booked up paid 160 90 for nails 55 for feet rest tip and this is the service I get very unprofessional with the rings is what I asked for and the other pic my nails super sad read more

I love the way Kevin does nails! He works very fast and efficiently. My nails usually last a month or more. His personality is very nice and he makes me look forward to my nail appointment. He can do any design!! Everyone in the shop is great, my pedicures are also amazing read more

They always know how to do it right. Not all salons/techs will care enough to even touch your cuticles or seal it perfectly, but they always do! I feel like I just got a Russian manicure or something with how it looks. I love! There was a little bit of a wait time but it wasn't terrible since people tend to also walk in while they have appointments too. Staff is always nice and considerate. read more

They done it yet again . I called in the morning and was able to get a spot the same day. Ahn (may have spelt his name wrong) was such a nice guy. It was my first time having him and he went above and beyond with this set of nails. He took his time and made sure all my acrylic was put on straight (a major bonus) and He made sure the glitter was how I wanted it since I didn't want it too bright. And he definitely exceed my vision. read more
