im not no nail tech but i KNOW these people were not doing it right. i got acrylics and she didnt get the whole nail, the sides were not covered. she didnt even cut my nails or my cuticles before we began. i asked her to fix it because she did the acrylics like a toddler learned coloring. i showed the lady where i wanted the charms and she told ME what she wanted? girl these are my nails not urs. i felt judged by the other workers. i was not getting good vibes the way they were talking about the size of nails i wanted. and with the worst part, the french tips. there were nail dents in my nails, back to the french tips she didnt clean them up to make them look neat, i asked for a double coating or wtv its called and she told me she will do it (she never did it.) read more

So... this was incredible upsetting. Today at 430 I come in for a full set. I'm a nail tech as well for about 4 years. I first came in and showed him a picture of the nails I did. By the way, the man that did my nails was named Tom I believe. It was a simple natural pink to white ombré nail set. I said I wanted this set, but didn't have enough time due to me going to a wedding tomorrow. He told me that he couldn't do ombré. Note: we learn how to do ombré/different design in school learning. Then I said whatever let's just do a natural pink. When he started he was huffing and puffing because he didn't want to do long nails. Didn't like to. Didnt KNOW HOW TO. ANOTHER NOTE: A NAIL TECH LEARNS ON LONG NAILS! He broke my nail 3 times when first applying the tips when filing at first. Then the acrylic came. MY WORST NIGHTMARE. i didn't care they were that thick and curved and lopsided at first. But after you do the steps on filing and ending with buffing. They should not look lopsided, have all different lengths of nails, uneven and even already loose. And it's been 2 hours now. I had to have him stop while he was buffing because of nothing seeming different when he first put the acrylic on. On top of me having to fix my own nails to the best of my ability just to have nails on for a wedding. He cut my pinky really bad, the skin completly off on the side, I really hope it won't get infected from his dirty appliances, nails, and lack of cleanliness in his station. I will not be back. My next step is probably calling licensing and the barber bureau or whatever it's called. This was completly unacceptable. I am very upset that I even paid for a half-way job that was a horrible process. Not to forget the non-welcoming when you first come in. I wasn't greeted for 5 mins and when I first walked in he was sitting down on his phone no greeting no nothing. When I said excuse me I need a full set he finally said okay come. I'm sorry but this is the worse my nails have looked! I hate my nails right now it's only been about 3 hours and my nails are lifting ALREADY! I cannot believe this. Sticking to my old nail place which is Venus nails by TJ MAXX. My toes aren't straight & my French tip nails are only nice because it was white tips! Worst nail shop I've been to. Went there for a gel manicure. The old guy that was doing my nails did a horrible job. He was rough when filing my nails. Pulled out a bag of what looks like recycled foil paper to take my gel polish off. Barely applied polish on my nails, it was such a thin coat of gel polish, he only applied 2 thin coats and was done. The whole place looked old and un-sanitized. NEVER going there again. read more

Terrible place to get your nails done...they don't care how the finished product looks. They leave bubbles and don't clean the acrylic out from under your nails. They build the acrylic up high and it looks like a cartoon nail. Not natural looking at all. Never going back ever again!!!! read more

I tried this nailshop because my coworkers recommended it I made an appointment for eyelash extensions I got to the shop and the woman tried to do individual lashes those are two completely different styles of lashes ,: she told me the woman who did the extensions had to be called so I decided to get my fill and pedicure done while I waited . horrible idea one of the women attempted to saw off the gel polish instead of soaking it with acetone almost burning my toenail off , they did not offer any other pedicures which ment no Paraffin wax , the pedicure ended up turning out very nice despite not having that spa like feel , another woman walked up to start my nails and asked did I want a cut down she then proceeds to chop off the ends of my stiletto shaped nails after she was done I asked are you going to be able to reshape these correctly she replied yes I know how . Back to the lashes my pedicure is done the lash woman shows up and lets me know to lay back and relax she then tapes down my lower lash line and starts doing the extensions after 45 mins I sit and wait for the lashes to dry she then rips the eye tape shit right from under my eyes she wasn't gentle at all , the glue she used smelled like superglue but it ended up being that hard glue that rips your lashes out and looks shiny from above( I hate that look ) so I know when I take them off my real lashes are pretty much gone they look pretty but it does not look natural at all and five days later all the lashes in the inner corner are drooping because they're so stiff . No fast forward to my nails I sit down and the man starts my nails he is being rough ass Shit sawing all over my fingers by now I'm pretty pissed off so I asked politely could you be gentle he takes a deep breathe like he has something he wants to get off his chest , he starts to attempt to fix this atrocity of a situation that his co worker created with my nails he is literally burning my fingers he is filing so hard to try and get my shape back to stilettos after 45 mins I have the shortest grandma looking nails ever they turn out round not pointed and they're super short literally my natural nail shape , I instantly ask could someone else do my nails because he seemed As if he was struggling to get my shape right by now I've been here for almost three hours another with a blunt chin length style walked up n give my nails a horrible rushed paint job then proceed to apologize by saying we normally do a fresh set not a cut down im like lady I asked could u recreate my shape once u butchered my fingers so you basically lied so I wouldn't leave long story short and a 136$ later I'll stick to my regular nail shop and wait for my eyelash extensions next time avoid this place the workers are old and are really not up on the latest styles and trends five days later my pedicure is chipped I refiled my own nails and I'm angered to even take these extensions off read more

Honestly if I could give this place no stars I would ! My nails turned out uneven and very streaky. The man that was doing nails said he's been working there for over 10 years and as he was doing my nails (full set acrylics ) he had to bend my fingers In the most uncomfortable positions ! It took about an hour and a half for this man to finish my nails and towards the end he had some one switch off to paint my nails! I wasn't happy whatsoever .. and on top of that, they decided to put a gel top coat on what I believe wasn't gel polish under and had my put my hands against a fan, and said to wait 10 minutes . I waited 15 to make sure it was dry and the lady practically shoo'd me out saying it's already dry. They saw the look on my face already and knew I wasn't satisfied and only had me pay 30. I went out to my car but as soon as my nails touched the car door handle the paint got dented in and messed up. Honestly don't recommend this place. Horrible ! read more

My first experience here was great, I got a guy and he was really nice and we gave them a decent tip. My second experience was terrible. The massages hit all the wrong spots and my toe nails looked uneven and don't get me started on the paint. It was like she was painting my toe nails in the dark. The ladies are very sweet. However, the man that did my pedicure gave me the worst experience of my life. I have one toenail I damaged by dropping a bag of concrete on. I asked him not to touch that one other than to take the polish off of it. Instead, he broke the nail, made it bleed, and used the square file everywhere but the toenail, ripping all of my skin. I yelled out in pain and he wouldn't loosen his grip so I could get my foot away! He skipped steps in the pedicure, hoping to rush me out. After painting my toes, they're uneven.
