He was so rough with my nails when he file the side. The side had alot of acrylic to my skin. I am traumatized by this and will never ever go there and or to anyone. I never had anyone this rough on my nails. My nails came out so bulky and wide. I was so sad but I tip him too because I felt bad if I didn't but now I regret tipping him. They're not friendly. I sat in the furthest pedi chair from the entrance and I just kept hearing "You are being recorded" over and over, throughout the service. I've had many pedis in my time and there's a usual order to it in regards to massage, paraffin, clean and paint nails... This was a out of order that what I'm accustomed to but it worked out. Same outcome. I just found it odd. But why was I charged $55 when I asked for the $45 treatment? I don't remember what the difference in treatments were but I'm pretty sure I asked for the $45 one because I had to repeat myself several times and what I got was what I believed to be the $45 treatment.
