This spa is tucked into a small shopping center off of Laguna Blvd in Elk Grove. Upon arrival I was welcomed seated immediately for my appointment. The technician was able to remove my previous gel polish without extra charge and was very friendly. I was in and out within about 40 minutes. This place like a hole in the wall. It's in a small shopping center by big 5 on Laguna. My friend and I came here for mani pedi before girls trip in December. So let's see what I can remember. The manager did my nails and I was appreciative that he said he would do his best to any photo I wanted to try and recreate! I was happy with the result as it wasn't an easy task. My friend wasn't as happy with her palm trees the lady did. She also got a nail infection in one of her fingernails. Came here as I was driving by looking for a place to get my nails done! Parked my car and walked in. I was greeted right away, very politely holly did my pedicure. And mannnn she did a amazing job. Haven't gone to a nail place where I felt I could be a regular. I came in today and it was surprisingly not busy like most nail places I've been to. They had two customers and they took me right away. They also gave me some complimentary water. I got the basic pedicure which comes with a scrub for $28 for 30 minutes. The nail technician, Hilary, took her time and used the full 30 minutes. This is very important to me because I've gone to nail technicians who are so quick and don't use the whole 30 minutes. She did the normal pedicure but the difference is she double checked and took her time with the massage. I usually stay safe and stick with white. I wanted to be bold and get some color! When she did the first nail, I wasn't so happy with the color and she asked me right away how I felt about it. We decided to go with another color and double checked if that's the color I want. She was quiet but very polite. You can tell she was concentrating. I enjoyed coming here and made my daughter an appointment for the next day! read more

Chris kindly told me the price of a mani over the phone, he advised they wouldn't charge for previous gel removal for a new gel mani. ($30) However upon paying I was charged $35, I was too shy to ask if the mani wasn't $30 instead of $35, thinking I might have misheard over the call. I left and called to confirm the price, which was again confirmed to be $30. I will say the team was friendly, however I don't think I would come back due to the following reasons; the price being changed by Lily, my cuticles not being pushed back, nor were cuticles cut at all, and lastly the polish not being closer to the top of my nail. I wanted to pamper my husband with a pedicure and manicure for the first time ever. Hilary took my husband in and she is absolutely AMAZING. She was so focused and took her time. She did her job so well and so genuinely. I was so grateful my husband had such a great first time experience and will definitely be coming back to her! Lily was the person that did my pedicure and manicure and she is very quiet but pleasant. She worked diligently on my pedicure. I had gel French tip done for both feet and hand. I was really impressed with my toes but my hand could have used some more work. I can see some flaws due to previous work but thought maybe she could have buffed it off before applying the gel polish. My girls and I decided to get a little pampered today. So we decided to go to Bombshell. Salon is located in strip center with Big 5 & O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store. Staff are very friendly. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. We didn't have an appointment, not a problem at all. We did 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. We decided to go with the Tropical Pedicure. Nice orange scent and love the foot massage. Very relaxing and they were so gentle. Love how smooth my legs feel after the exfoliation. They did an amazing job and the polish looks great. Holly does my pedicure and nail pink and white fills/eyebrow wax every 3-4 weeks. Super professional, patient, and has good taste. She's also a perfectionist. She will NOT let you leave with tacky or incomplete nails. She never gets mad if you need something re-done or adjusted. She always thankful for the extra tips too. She doesn't act entitled at all.
