I went here Mother's Day Weekend on a Saturday. This was my first time patronizing this location and I will say that it is an experience I will not forget anytime soon. I called the day before to schedule an appointment and the guy who answered the phone was very professional, took my name and helped me work out a time that was best for me and my mother to come in the next day. The next day when I arrived, we were quickly ushered to sit in our chairs (for a pedicure) and even given water as we were able to enjoy the massage chairs. The staff doing our pedicures were very friendly and attentive to doing exactly what we requested. The aesthetics of this shop is very pleasing as the shop itself is clean, neat and orderly. They also have a myriad of options for nail polish colors. I ended up selecting a gel nail polish, which at the time of writing this review, a month later, is still intact on my toe nails. (I know - I need another pedicure soon. lol) I will say the price was a little bit costly compared to other places I have been, however, that may be because we selected one of the highest packages. Either way, my mother enjoyed the shop and even upon leaving the guy at the register, welcomed us to come back by giving us a 10% off our next service coupon. I will say due to the friendly staff, the clean environment and all of the safety protocols that they take to make sure that you get a clean experience, I would definitely visit the shop again. First time pedicure, making me into a long time customer. Look I have never been one to get a pedicure and honestly that is my lost for not getting one until now. I thought taking care of my feet wasn't a manly thing but that crazy thought process has prevented me from getting a pedicure until now. I am glad to be enlightened! Lots of working massage chairs for the pedicures, pleasant scent when there's not acrylics next to you. Lemon water for nail soaking was pleasant. Decor was cute with fake roses on mirror window frames. Staff were very nice and focused on customers, not gossiping but actually working. Vietnamese speaking as well. Nail techs were quick and experienced. Agree with another review that there's not a lot of leg massage. Beautiful selection of nail colors. I did gel and cat eye mani pedicure plus waxing eyebrows and upper lip total for $93 plus tip. I was also offered water in between my services. Book an appointment over the phone. Seemed like the person spoke very good English. There is parking lot that has some parking but a little small. Nina did a good job with taking off my old nails and putting on a full set. She made my finger nails nice and skinny to look good with the French tip and chrome. She's a very cute sweet young lady. But her English is very broken so it's kind of hard to understand her sometimes. She charged me ($70) for a full set. Not bad. But walking in the salon was very hot and half of the lights turned off. I assume that they were just trying to save some money on the electricity bill. I made a comment about being hot. Nina was nice enough to give me her little table fan and close the door to turn on the AC. I definitely think having lights on and keeping it cool for customers to enjoy a nail salon helps with business but that's just my opinion. read more

I came in asking for a simple French tip with small details. The salon had a nice, quiet atmosphere, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my French tips came out uneven and crooked, and the appointment felt rushed. While I appreciate the kind staff and pleasant environment, I was disappointed with the final result. Since it was a simple French tip, I expected the quality to better reflect the photos showcased on Yelp. Everyone that works here that I have encountered is so nice. I come here for manicures, pedicures, and also to get my eyebrows waxed. I like how they did my eyebrows. The pedicures are also great here and the Prices are very decent. They have an atm machine inside the salon for cash. I like to call before going because they do get packed, especially on the weekends. The parking gets a little packed, so plan for that. read more

I have been coming to Rose Nails for a while now to get my nails done. Initially I saw whoever was available when I would call to make my appointments. Until Selena (not sure if that's how she spells it) started doing my nails...now I won't go to anyone else! She is so awesome and always does an amazing job. I bring her a picture of what I would like and she nails it (ha, get it?) every time!! There are also days like today where I couldn't decide what I wanted so I am happy to give her free reign! She takes her time in getting them right and puts so much effort into making them just perfect. Selena is also very artistic and can pretty much do anything! I'm so impressed with Rose Nail Salon! My french builder‑gel manicure turned out gorgeous, and the attention to detail was incredible. They had the perfect shade of nude pink for my base and their French lines were precisely what I asked for too! My first time going since it was recommended by friend. I got the paradise gel pedicure and manicure, it was great until I noticed that my manicure started chipping right away. Usually my gel manicure last a couple weeks and this time it only lasted 3 days which is upsetting for the price I paid. The girls were okay. I got a full acrylic set with cat eye and glitter accents for $65 and he was so friendly and took his time to get them right. I called this place to confirm if they accept credit card. They said yes I also confirmed again as I did a walk-in. They also said yes, but they did not once mention to me that they don't accept capital one or express credit card. I happen to only have my capital one credit card. I'm kind of disappointed because I only have my credit card to pay for my toes and I had to use my debit card that I had money in to pull out that was save on the side for me to pay my rent money for my bill. Moral of the story was that they didn't mention what credit card they accepted or not accept. I usually tip when I get my nails done, but I was pretty disappointed that I did not tip them either. I came here for the first time after rave reviews from a family member. My first appt. was nice, I got a pedicure and gel manicure. I left satisfied with the color application and service. Everyone is friendly but it's an act and it allows for sloppy work when you go in for a fix. Unfortunately after a few days my big toes both chipped and my nails on one hand started to peel. Guessing the gel was not cured properly. I went back and they fixed it but it was sloppy and done to get me out. My daughter also had a pedicure after me and same issue, toes started to lose color from tips. My family that referred me also had same issues with her and her daughter, daughter had nail application and they fell off within a week. Had them redone and same thing happened ag We get our nails done regularly at 2 other local salons and have never had these kind of issues. Their work is good, the first time around.
