I won't come back. I paid 40 dollars for my daughter to get her nails and toes done yesterday. One day in and it looks like this. Some of this is just not taking time to do the manicure or pedicure right. Wish I would of looked at her nails yesterday but we had another appointment to go to. I have toe photos too but don't want to post it. You are right and I said toes and nails. If you look at the photo would you say she did a good job? That is poor work. I do wish I would of looked at her nails prior to leaving but as I said we had another appointment and would not of had time to have them fixed. Just because she is young doesn't mean they should do a sloppy job. You can see in the close up photo that she didn't take her time with the polish. Things should be done right the first time not having to complain and then doing it right. Here is another photo of another nail with a sloppy finish that is her toe just to show you that both were done rushed and sloppy! You should care more in the work you put out! read more

I visited Paris Nail Lounge since my husband was getting his haircut nearby. I decided to get a simple manicure to get my nails cleaned up. I work with my hands a lot so it was nice to have some self-care time. The owner and nail tech were friendly, accommodating, and polite. The price is fair and the service was good. The nail lounge itself is well lit, well stocked, clean, and pretty. I recommend coming here if you're interested in checking out a new nail salon I was growing out my natural nails and had a (done at home) French manicure, but unfortunately one nail broke. That's why my nails are short and simple in the photos. read more

Paris Nails is very cute inside and well-organized. Walls are colorfully packed with all the new colors, trends, and products, but doesn't make you feel cluttered. Service: I came in for a full set with Selena and she always does a fantastic job, especially when I tell her I have no idea what color or design I want that day and she just runs with it. It turns out great, as always and consistency is a bonus! Selena and Minh have great customer service, and makes you feel very welcomed. Also like the check-in POS, makes things easier for when you check out. read more

I'm a very picky person when it comes to the design and shape of my nails but Henry flawlessly executed it !! From the moment I walked in, the service was amazing. Selena, Minh and the whole team were so warm and welcoming. I came in with 2 girlfriends and we all left super satisfied. Even though it's a bit of a drive from me, it is absolutely worth it. They have a huge selection of colors, know all the trends, and the interior vibe is LUXE! I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area looking for top notch service and flawless nails! read more

Salon is under new ownership. Young & cool couple adding technology to booking, check-in process, offer mimosas. Also love how the UV lights are built into the nail tables. Salon is beautiful. I love Selena. She has done my nails for over a year and always does me right. I have an acrylic allergy and have to do Gel X and she helps me go long/short, square/ almond, whatever I want. Henry is the sweetest and took care of me during my pregnancy with extra long pedicures for my aching feet. They have so many pedicure options even a scented mist. Highly recommend! read more

I was asked by the business owner to leave a review--so here it is, and I'll be honest. This was my first manicure in over a year, so I may be a bit out of touch with the process, but I had certain expectations. I assumed that basic prep work like cleaning up my cuticles and trimming my nails would be done before any design was applied. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I showed Selena the design I wanted, and while she did a decent job replicating it, it felt a bit average overall. I kinda expected the final result to look polished after she showed me a quick glance. But after a few coats, she walked away to assist another client without telling me if she was finished. I sat there confused, unsure if I was supposed to wait or leave. The whole experience felt rushed even though I specifically made an appointment. Now, looking closely, the details on my nails are a little messy. Not sure, if I love it or hate it, but it looks poorly done. I wish she had spent a bit more time fixing the small things. The communication throughout was minimal, which made the service feel impersonal. Now, would I come back again...? probably not. read more

I needed to get my nails done the last minutes before my pinning ceremony and Sarah did a great job! It came out exactly like what I wanted (showed her and the owner the inspo pic and my ideas/what I wanted and they helped pick out colors/charms). I love them so much! They made sure that I could leave on time as well as I satisfied with my nails. I even got a hand cream as a gift before I left. The salon seems very new so everything is neatly organized. They also have a lot of colors and options. This will be my new favorite nail salon in Sac area. Highly recommended!! read more

My first time at this salon and it is modern, vibrant, and filled with friendly staff. I had Tracy for my gel french tip pedicure and she made sure I loved it with every step of the way. She gave me the nicest leg massage ever. Minh & Henry also made sure I was comfortable & even gave me a complimentary mimosa with my pedicure. I've seen Minh's work and it's incredible, he knows how to do acrylics!! Now, my girl Selena is so TALENTED. She did my acrylic nails exactly like the picture I showed her. I cannot recommend her enough. All of the staff here are easy to talk to. Will be coming back read more

I've been going to Selena for over a year since she worked at a different salon and now she is at Paris Nail Lounge. She is amazing and super talented. I can give her an inspiration photo and she will deliver 110%! She's always up for a challenge. Sometimes (most of the time) I am very indecisive so I will tell her to just surprise me. The results are always 10/10 and I leave super happy with my nails every-time! She tries to get to know her clients and learns about their wants and needs. She's always learning new nail trends. Overall Rating: Interior Design: 4/5 Service Attitude: 2/5 (Varies on individual) Appointment Consistency: 3/5 Communication: 2/5 Relax Vibe: 2/5 Nail Tech Recommend: Selena First Impression: - The interior is modern clean looking. - The lady sat us down and provided us beverages. She's very nice and has a warm smile on her throughout the time we are being serviced. - The nail tools seem decently sanitized. - Appointment time was inconsistent on the call (before arrival). We are asked to come about an hour early than the scheduled time. Nail Experience: - I was assigned to a nail tech that doesn't speak English and I still try my best to communicate with her using image and gesture. The other nail tech would also help translate. - 1st Nail Tech performed nail trim and cleaning, but did not clean or trim any cuticles of my nails (when I asked why, I was told that I didn't need it). - I requested for gloves (to prevent from tanning from the UV light) and was told to put on before the base coat dried (double reconfirmed to maybe put it on when the coat is dried). Then there's the fabric that stick to the coat (I was kind of blamed on by the 2nd Nail Tech). - 1st Nail Tech seem to struggle to understand what I want. 2nd Nail Tech stood by to watch and translate. Then she took over and began doing my nail. She seems to be in a rush and kind of rushed the design. I wasn't very stratified with her service. I went with some cat-eye designs and she was having a hard time shifting the cat-eye. I was told that cat-eye is very difficult to work with and cannot be exactly like the picture. I kind of just complied and felt bad for choosing cat-eye. - 3rd Nail Tech (Selena) took over. She redo a couple of the nail because it's just bad :/ She's actually really good! I am very happy with the design overall (at least the nail she worked on). She's patient and creative. - The ending massage felt rushed. I didn't really enjoyed or feel relaxed my first time here. Felt very rushed and at fault for choosing a complicated design. Area of Improvement: - Positive and patient attitude - More attention to detail. - More Communicative on customer's needs (we don't really know what you offer) - Be consistent with appointment time However, if you do want to give it a try, I would recommend Selena to be your nail tech. She's great with designs. Add-on (My Nail after 3 days): - The cuticle area of gel started to show signs of peeling. - Found more fabric inside my nail design - Some uneven coating read more

Always do a good job and I get what I ask for, they the owner and his wife are very very talented and can do any design!

I'm not satisfied with my nails at Paris Nails and this is why. Although Paris Nails is super welcoming and they all have an inviting feel, my experience with the product was terrible. I made an appointment for Friday morning at 11am for a full set of gel-x for a white French tip with a chrome ombré. My process of getting my nails done was perfectly fine and quick, Selena worked fast with knowledge in her artwork. She asked many times to reassure you like the shape, length, color, and even if you need a beverage-that was very professional and kind of her. Once my nails were done, I genuinely loved it and was satisfied with it, until I left and got to the store and realized that I had polish and gel-x clumped and dried up UNDER my nails. I went back and got it cleaned asap and they didn't apologize about the inconvenience or the way they let their customer walked out with residue build up under the nails that were very noticeable. So from the top it looks great but underneath was dirty and messy. It continues to go downhill. I'm not sure what product they use but the retention of the nails didn't last a week. On day 2, two nails broke off from doing simple tasks like folding laundry or showering. After the second day, one nail began to break everyday, one everyday! Sometimes two a day! It is now day 7, and I am left with only 3 nails left... I got these nails for a trip and I'm only 3 days into my trip and practically have no nails left that I paid $62 (with tip) for! It would've been $70 but they had a 20% discount that day. So was it worth coming to Paris Nails in Elk Grove? Personally I wouldn't go back again because of my experience. read more
