I called on Memorial Day hoping to come in for a pedicure and I was very surprised at how soon they could get me in. When I arrived, the salon was dead. I was the only customer and it actually had me very relaxed. Eva was my technician and she was very easy to talk to and took her time on my pedicure. I was recommended this salon and came in with several in grown toe nails that were causing me pain. Eva easily took them all out. Although, I was left bleeding and a bit swollen for a few days. After the relief settled in, I was fine and was much more comfortable. I also got my eyebrows threaded! I haven't found a salon that did threading as well so I jumped at the opportunity. I will say, their threading/waxing room does not look as clean as the rest of the salon. I was a bit hesitant about laying down and just the experience in general. My eyebrows turned out great but I don't think I'd do it again due to the vibe of the room. The salon is pretty spacious and the prices are comparable to many other salons in Elk Grove. I would coke back just to see Eva since she did such a great job with my in grown toe nails. read more

Got my eyebrows waxed perfectly!! I didn't have to wait more than 1 minute for her help me. It was calm and a relaxing place to be in with music playing and nice ladies working. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their nails, toes, or eyebrows done. read more

I decided to try this salon because it was next door to my massage station. Tina dud a wonderful job on my pedicure. She took her time and was very patient as I had informed them I am diabetic and cannot take any risks with my feet. I enjoyed so much that I made an appointment to go back and have my nails done. Eva also did a wonderful job. I plan to return. Highly recommend. And don't let me forget the manager Christine who was very personable. read more

My manicure lady treated me dismissively like she wasn't in the mood to work today. No smile, sweetness, not much personality. It was only about 11 when I came, did she have a long day already? I had to tell her more than once to cut my nails shorter. I decided I pay too much money for my gel nails here..25$ plus 4$ take off (this is the 1st place in 3 salons that charge me for take off!) to be treated like I am a bother to work on. In the end the nails look fine, but I feel I deserve I can be pampered better by someone else. And 4$ take off was just unneccesary nickle n' diming. My pedi lady was sweet, funny & personable. From start to finish I didn't doubt she did a thorough, perfect job on my toesies. She took her time like she wasn't flippin chairs on me rushing for her next buck. I was already thinking throughout the appt that I wanted to find out her name & make sure I come back for her each time. WRONG! After going home and looking at my nails up close in the light I realized the polish was sloppy & some of my skin had polish on it. And today, a mere 1 day later my polish is CHIPPING! Wow. All that time she took patiently polishing my nails, even with her glasses on & an extra light on my feet & she couldn't paint them on my nails only? She had to piant my skin too??? CHIPPING?? What in sam hill? Ai ya! Well, at least the huge painted Asian mural was beautiful. At least the asian type music made me feel like I was transported to China. At least the massage chair was sweet. At least the place felt clean & updated. But, I came for a great service & to be at peace that for at least 3 weeks my nails n toes are beautiful & close to perfect. Staff is always friendly and makes time for you throughout their day. I come here for gel pedicures because they're affordable. Sometimes when you book appointments you do have to wait a little if they do have another client that ends around your time. Cindy is my go to for pedicures! She does an amazing job and has convinced me to do other colors besides white toes! read more

I usually am just super thankful for someone to be willing to do my nails/toes but she didnt listen to me when i asked her to shorten my toe nails, she made my french tip super thin, cut me, burned me with the light and then didnt even charge me correctly for the $37 pedicure. Ive never been so incredibly upset to go to a nail salon. read more

Gail did my spa pedicure and it was one of the best I've ever had. Usually I get my nails done in the LA area and they suck! Always rushing even with an appointment.. I wanted to get my pedi and mani done for my trip. After getting my stuffs from walgreens, I went across and they were closing in 35 minutes. They ended up taking me. Bonus point for them. Awesome customer service. They took their time in doing my nails. Dislike when they talk in their language about customers. I had simple French pedi and mani done. This is a new spot I just found recently and let me tell you, Eva is wonderful! She's super friendly, attentive, detailed, and her work is great! The acrylic nails lasted for a long time, and ombre dip looked so pretty too. The salon is clean and relaxing. Cindy is great too. Oh and they do a good job with all the PPEs in this Covid era. Today I walked into the BEST nail experience I've ever had. Eva was an absolute sweetheart. I haven't had my nails done in over a year due to the pandemic and it's been such a relief going to a place for the first time that is clean, sanitary, professional, and so welcoming. I'd give this place a 4 because I really do like coming here... but my recent experience with my gel manicure... it lost a star. Usually I come here & I've been pretty satisfied. A few days ago I came with my two sister in-laws for a mani & pedi. There's turned out pretty good. My pedicure turned out decent but my gel manicure turned out terrible. Its less than a week in and the gel nails are already peeling. I don't know if its the nail polish or the way the lady did it but it sure was a waste of 25 dollars because... my two sister in laws got regular manicures and theirs is lasting longer than my gel manicure. This is the place to go when wanting to be pampered along with just the usual eyebrow wax. I come here for everything! I always get a gel manicure every two weeks, they always do an amazing job! They understand I don't want to damage my nails an how I'm trying to keep them long and healthy, and there not afraid to try new things. I am always coming in with pictures of new nail design ideas and they always get it spot on! With little extra charge! And when I feel like getting pampered I get a spa pedicure. They always take there time and give you the best full treatment even when there busy. Which is much appreciated! Went in today with my sister for pedis. We had scheduled an appointment and they were very punctual. We chose the tropical pedis which happen to be their best one. Everything for the most part was good but I was expecting more and unfortunately they didn't deliver. First off the water was rather cold. Then it seemed like my time with the hot stones was very minimal. And finally the massage it self was too soft in my opinion. I've been to shops where they grab your legs good, and they end up leaving your muscles very relaxed. But the paint job was good, as was the cleaning of my feet. read more

I called the day before to schedule an appointment and the guy who answered the phone was very professional, took my name and helped me work out a time that was best for me and my mother to come in the next day. The next day when I arrived, we were quickly ushered to sit in our chairs (for a pedicure) and even given water as we were able to enjoy the massage chairs. The staff doing our pedicures were very friendly and attentive to doing exactly what we requested. The aesthetics of this shop is very pleasing as the shop itself is clean, neat and orderly. They also have a myriad of options for nail polish colors. I ended up selecting a gel nail polish, which at the time of writing this review, a month later, is still intact on my toe nails. (I know - I need another pedicure soon. lol) I will say the price was a little bit costly compared to other places I have been, however, that may be because we selected one of the highest packages. Either way, my mother enjoyed the shop and even upon leaving the guy at the register, welcomed us to come back by giving us a 10% off our next service coupon. I will say due to the friendly staff, the clean environment and all of the safety protocols that they take to make sure that you get a clean experience, I would definitely visit the shop again. I have been coming to this salon for a couple years and haven't written a review- probably because I have had enjoyable experiences and didn't have anything to complain about. I still don't, but I do want to put in a good word, especially after their remodel. They redesigned the space, and the service and ambiance is somehow even better! If you're looking for a clean, relaxing nail salon to try, I 10/10 recommend this one! I did a regular pedicure, but have done a full set here before and liked it as well. read more

We were originally deciding between the Luxury ($40) or Deluxe Pedicure ($45) but the owner suggested we get the V.I.P. Pedicure ($50) and we loved it. They took their time with the massage and also massage your feet, not just your calves. Seems very clean as well, they wore gloves and opened new packs of everything to use while cleaning all materials used in between. We paid cash so it was only $100 for regular polish on both (assuming they don't tax when you pay cash) and we gave cash tips as well. I had a man help me, didn't get his name but the lady who helped my mom was Autumn and she was very nice and took extra care of my mom's needs. Overall, great experience and definitely recommend this place. I will be coming here all the time now.

There was an older gentleman in the shop and when he was leaving he told them he wanted them to speak English next time so he can understand what they are saying. I'm not sure if he was being funny or serious, so I said they can speak whatever language they want whenever they want. I'm not sure if they deal with this situation often, but they seemed to brush it off and told me it because he was old. I don't agree with anyone making those comments no matter your age or color. But that's my personal preference/issue. It made me appreciate these workers more- since I worked in customer service for a long time, and I know how hard some comments/complaints can feel.
