11/26/23 - time for an updated review!! Been going here for years for their pedicures and I looooove it! Their price is the most affordable I've seen. I usually choose between their 3&4, and if I'm really feeling boujee LOL I'll go with 5. The price shown is for regular it's +$10 for gel which is nice bc most places charge $15 now for gel :( I always go for Nancy, she gives the best massages and really takes her time. Honestly I feel like she gives me an extra 5-10 mins which is a lot LOL. I always recommend my friends / family to come here for pedicures. Usually I recommend Ivy for them. Ivy's shaping and massages are great too! I've went to her previously whenever nancy wasn't available. Overall, it's a great experience!

They said they could not do my nails acrylic French tips and that they were only able to get my toes done ... that there was emergency that someone is I'll or hurt .. name was tiny ... and I went to OPI nails before this and they same the same thing in Elk Grove

Went a week ago for a fill and pedicure with a friend. These are the issues I had: 1. The gel color was left super thick and lumpy in my nails. The color started chipping with a couple of days. 2. Nails started lifting the second day. My nails typically last 4-6 weeks. ** see picture for reference 3. My pedicure was done with a light only one coat of white nail polish and started fading/chipping/rubbing off within a few days. 4. My friend for a gel pedicure which started chipping after a few days as well ( this was $45 which I think is high considering nicer places don't charge that much and it didn't last. Overall they were nice but it was a complete waste of $75. I'm not confrontational so i didn't say anything and considering the bad quality the first time didn't even want to go back to have them try and fix and re experience all the issues. Everything should have lasted more than 3 days in my opinion.

CUT 3 TIMES!!! My daughters went to have a girls day and 1 of my 2 daughters had a woman that cut my daughter 3 TIMES!! When she did it, she laughed!! Laughed that she hurt someone. She still charged for her. This is unacceptable!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Stopped coming here after they opened back up, post Covid (end of spring 2020). I went in on two occasions wherein I had to wait 20 mins, after I was told they'll be with me shortly. It appears they may have lost some staff, but that doesn't excuse leaving a customer sitting in a pedi chair for 20 minutes with zero communication as to when their service will start. I had to dry off my feet and just walk out. It was so disappointing because I have been coming here for quite a while. It would have been helpful if they would have communicated with me or told me to come back later.

Powder with painted white tips, finished in gel. Kim provided me with options on the powder pink color. Amazing work!!

This is my third time coming and and yesterday I was helped immediately by Kim without waiting at all. Kim is very nice and amazing work. I am glad to finally find a solid nail shop.

Thank you Kim for a wonderful job! I absolutely love my nails! She is very detailed. Cofin shape natural pink color!

Not terrible, but not great either. Not really happy with results. A little bit sloppy.

I spent $37 including tip and etc to get JUST a gel manicure here. I don't expect a lot, but I don't expect a sloppy manicure either. I've gone to other places that have had way better service. When the lady was doing my nails she kept messing up, not a problem to me if she fixes it. She also up saled me for some moisturizing service they have but I couldn't understand what she said and just nodded... huge mistake. It added $5. But I got in my car and saw the gel peeling on the side of my nail. Then I went to work the day after and my nail chipped, and the paint came off. I called to get t fixed and they said it would be free. Another lady did my nails, it was also sloppy. The gel got onto my cuticles, a bit of my skin, and on top of that when I left even more of my nails were peeling on the side. I went back in and she told me that it was "nothing" but still fixed it. I left, but I am still not happy with my nails. There are other nail salons in Elk Grove that have better service and quality nails. Will not be coming back. Also tipped her $5 because she looked like she was waiting for something... just not a very friendly, inviting environment in my opinion. Update: after 4 hours, there are now air bubbles on my nails....

Been coming here for a while. It's a small shop in a shopping plaza off Elk Grove Blvd next to Thai Chili and Dollar Tree. They have convienent hours for walk ins and appointments. The nail techs and owner are very nice and want to make sure you're satisfied. They a large assortment of colors and their brands range from OPI, China Glaze, DND, and Gelish. I normally opt for the DND polishes so I can get a perfect match. The pedicure stations are nice massage chairs and they use disposable liners and clean tools. The manicure stations are also clean as well. There are a lot of techs and stations so the wait times are never too long. I normally get my nails done by Tony, but on the off chance he's busy, the other techs that have done my nails have done a good job. My nails are always well manicured and nicely painted. The whole nail is covered and there are no gaps. And they also last for a long time. No lifting for at least 3 weeks! Great prices too! $25 for a gel manicure and $20 for a basic pedicure. Highly recommend!

My favorite nail shop in Elk Grove…read more I'm here at least 1-2x a month for manicures and pedicures. I typically get hard gel and a spa pedicure. The spa pedicure includes the paraffin- which is a must for me. Every person that has done my nails have been incredible beyond words. What I really appreciate? They're probably the best prices Elk Grove has to offer for the quality you get. Making an appointment is easy- I always call about 30-60 mins before I arrive and rarely had an issue. Parking is nice and I love stopping by the Nugget after for a quick lunch. I will say, my only negative is that I wish I was consistently offered something to drink. Sometimes, it's not offered. For me, my pedicure and manicure experience includes mimosas. It's my monthly treat and I'm not brave enough to ask for it unless they're taking a drink order. Some of the artists are reallllllly great about asking and some don't. It's not a deal breaker for me though.

I got a pedicure and was very happy with that service. Then got a manicure and asked for a full…read moreacrylic set. When I sat down the women asked if I wanted gel and not having had that before I asked what that was compared to acrylic. Instead of explaining she got up and got the nails and began sizing them. I figured it was more or less the same since she didn't say anything else. I also assumed it was around the same price. Nope! Not only was this nothing like acrylic and what I believe not done well at all, it was triple what a full set might have cost. That was an absolute shock when I went to pay. I wasn't really happy with the quality of the work done once I got home and researched what a gel set was and supposed to look like and not to my surprise my concerns were valid. So I called and was asked to come back so they could make it right only to be told once there that this is normal and when my nails grow out the gap will close. She showed me her set and they were absolutely nothing like mine and honestly what I would have expected mine to look like and I said that to her and she told me it's because her nails have grown out and now the gap has closed. That logic isn't lining up for me and I didn't want to keep going round and round. I stated at least three times I didn't like it and it's not what I wanted, but she only said they could fix if a nail broke or came off. Now on vacation, I am having to scrap and dig sand, lotion and food out of the gap between each of my nail and the poorly applied fake nail that is way to big for my nail bed but was glued on anyway. My hair is getting stuck In between and pulling it out. It's like I have press on nails done by a toddler. Very frustrating to have paid so much and now having so many problems with them. This is so disgusting, I don't know why anyone would pay for this if this is the correct way to have them done.
