So. . .I got a pedicure about a week ago and day 6, the nail polish already started coming off. The customer service was cool, the pedicure service felt very nice but I've never had polish come off so quickly. The polish is part of the cost and service and for it to barely last 6 days is really disheartening. I will not be returning. read more

I haven't been in for a while and just came for a pedi with my mother in law. They remodeled and it's so nice! They also have the option of one complimentary drink - which we took advantage of with a cute strawberry lemonade. Lillian took care of me and suggested some French tips. She did such a great job and was so friendly and funny too. I'm not a huge fan of my toes cause I danced for a long time but she made them super cute :) read more

I've been looking for a good nail salon that I can commit to, and so far this one has not disappointed as much as others have. I've been here twice already, 2 pedis, 2 manís and all done by Ellie. She is great! She definitely makes you feel relaxed, and you can really enjoy the appointment. She's only there on weekends, and I have no problem with that. Overall the place is quiet, clean and relaxing. My only complaint, I don't think the nail polish lasts as long as it does at other salons. Maybe it was a one time thing, hopefully, because I really like this place. read more

If I could I would put 0 stars. We came here 1 week ago for pedicures and my daughter came out with a huge cut. It didn't look big at first but as time goes by we can see how deep it is. My daughter did tell the guy it hurt her and he put alcohol on it but continued. This was the first time coming here and will be the last. Way too harsh pedicure to give a big cut. I come here occasionally because I like the cozy vibe and prices. I do recommend making an appt because they get really busy. My only complaint is this time she did cut me a few times because she was rushing a bit. I don't blame her because it was a hectic day there with walk ins but I would have preferred her not to rush the clients sitting down already. I likely will still return though because it's convenient and they are friendly. read more

My first time here and I came to get a gel pedicure. I was able to get an appointment for same day, and Lilian did my pedicure. She did such an amazing job, I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure which included paraffin wax and hot stone massage. I always have a hard time finding a place that can treat ingrown and Lilian was so good! I enjoyed how clean the place was, the flow of traffic was nice. Whenever someone comes in, they're greeted right away. They also have a loyalty stamp card for ever $30 Spent there, you get a discount for your 5th and 10th visit. Honestly If you're looking for a place, everyone seems super nice here and they're very attentive to what you want, whether you're someone who regularly gets manis and pedis or you're new, they will go over things with you so you're comfortable with your choice. read more

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. I went in only to take off my nails and the lady is trying to rip them off my fingers using one of those plastic acrylic nails!!!!!! Are you serious right now??! I can rip them off myself but didn't want to damage my nails. Imagine if I were to have gotten my nails done by them!!!! Would've been horrible. Funny part is there was only one other person in there. The store was also very dirty and messy. Never coming back. Save yourself the pain and money. No she did not "gently" try to remove them. She tried ripping them off by sliding another plastic acrylic nail underneath it. I didn't come in to get my acrylic nails ripped off. When I came in, I asked how much was it to get them removed but no one specified the difference. Plus, she still didn't remove them all the way bc I still have acrylic pieces on my nails so now I'll have to go to else where to get them removed properly. read more

Walked in on a random Saturday and surprisingly there wasn't a line! I just found this nail salon randomly through Yelp and desperately needed a pedicure. Because I've never been here before, I went with the basic pedicure "spa pedicure" for $32 and got my cousin the kids pedicure for $20! Prices are great for the service!! 06/01/25 Service was fast. I called and booked an appointment for 3 acrylics and 1 pedicure. Pedicure was okay. 7/10. Acrylic nails?? These people know what they're doing. I was impressed with Helen. She was amazing!!! I showed her a picture and she gave me better than the picture. Great job girlfriend!! 10/10!!!! My pedicure didn't look as shiny as I wanted it too but that's okay. Walk in's welcome, which I did. Anne/Annie helped me soaking off old nails and gel, then short dipped powder gel set. Very natural, neat and clean, short with plus manicure and trimmed my cuticles. Beautiful shop, reasonable prices, friendly personal, love the nails. Happy too about the pricing. 08.08.2023 Another excellent experience with Anna at Lexi nails. Amazing relaxing pedicure with gel polish, wow so good. Anna was thorough, gentle and provide a great massage too. I tried this place for the first time on a Tuesday morning. It started out good, I had an ok pedicure although it felt a little rushed. My big disappointment is with the dip manicure. The girl, I didn't get her name, was very aggressive. I said "ouch" a few times and she kept pulling and asked if I was ok. Obviously NOT ok. Ultimately, she cut me a few times. I will never go back. I called an hour before they were going to close, I asked what time they closed and how much a pedicure was. The lady called me right back after I hung because I didn't want to come in when they were about to close. The lady said they had time for me to come in and get a pedicure. I thought that meant they actually had time, but of course they rushed the work, she rushed painting my nails before I could say anything. I pointed things out and of course they were talking about me because the other workers had input on me saying something. I even asked to clean the sides because there was nail polish, but she put my slippers on and kept right to pushing. I only tried another place because my regular nail lady is gone for a couple months. I won't be coming back again. read more

I made an appointment for the $50 dollar Manicure and Pedicure combo. I brought $10 in cash for a tip. My credit card was charged $60. I had no polish to remove, and specified i did not want polish to be applied, more than once. I made note of no polish on my online reservation. They might have taken a few dollars off, but instead, over charged me. A basic mani/pedi usually includes polish. This has happened twice. The first time this happened I thought it was an honest mistake. The second time I spoke up. I was told I got the "spa package" which I declined when it was offered. I'm wondering if they read the notes or even look at the requests when you make an appointment ? I'm not going back. read more

Very clean and friendly place. All nail techs are professional and do not push you to do anymore than what you ask for which I absolutely love! Brian is the BOMB! This is my 3rd visit and he has a returning client for sure! I love that he takes pride in his work and makes sure your nails look on point to perfection! He has been a struggle for me to find a good nail tech in Elk Grove, I'm picky on my nails. I'm so glad to have found Brian! He really does a great job on shaping my nails perfect! We made an appointment for 5 pedicures but still had to wait. Clean and simple shop. Prices are very good. It depends who you get. I got a male worker (middle aged) and I felt like he rushed through my pedi. My polish/toenail shape wasn't done very good. I finished in half the time compared to everyone else. However, all the female workers did a great job on my sisters. There's also another male worker (younger one) who did a great job as well on my cousins. I guess it was just who I got.. I don't know his name. I would go back for pedis but not with him. They have stamp cards for money off. They accept Venmo. read more

Jade was very patient with the whole process and pulled out all the stops. This nail color is the Sapphire Blue Cat Eye as the base. She used a thin nail brush to paint the black swirls and gold glitter accents. I witnessed a gold chroma being applied too (it was like a magic show)! The center nail uses the Pearl Cat Eye color with a vertical ombré using the same Sapphire Blue from my other nails. Jade glued on the water drop shaped gemstone as the center piece. Jade really went above and beyond to achieve the custom look I was seeking. All I did was show her the inspiration picture and she really brought it to life! In total from start to finish, it took ~ 2 hours to complete the manicure. The results definitely show!!! I recorded a video so you can see the cat eye shimmer effect. The spa pedicure includes the paraffin- which is a must for me. Every person that has done my nails have been incredible beyond words. What I really appreciate? They're probably the best prices Elk Grove has to offer for the quality you get. Making an appointment is easy- I always call about 30-60 mins before I arrive and rarely had an issue. Parking is nice and I love stopping by the Nugget after for a quick lunch. I will say, my only negative is that I wish I was consistently offered something to drink. Sometimes, it's not offered. For me, my pedicure and manicure experience includes mimosas. It's my monthly treat and I'm not brave enough to ask for it unless they're taking a drink order. Some of the artists are reallllllly great about asking and some don't. It's not a deal breaker for me though.

Some of this is just not taking time to do the manicure or pedicure right. Wish I would of looked at her nails yesterday but we had another appointment to go to. I have toe photos too but don't want to post it. You are right and I said toes and nails. If you look at the photo would you say she did a good job? That is poor work. I do wish I would of looked at her nails prior to leaving but as I said we had another appointment and would not of had time to have them fixed. Just because she is young doesn't mean they should do a sloppy job. You can see in the close up photo that she didn't take her time with the polish. Things should be done right the first time not having to complain and then doing it right. Here is another photo of another nail with a sloppy finish that is her toe just to show you that both were done rushed and sloppy! You should care more in the work you put out!
