I walked in and immediately got put in a chair to wash my hair and have it cut. One she was done cutting she blow dried and curled my hair. She even used heat protectant to make sure my hair is well protected. It was a very fast process yet so efficient. I enjoy coming here to get my hair done it's always done just the way I want it. The lady was kind enough to give me a $20 discount from my hair cut :) I def recommend this place to anyone looking for a fast and easy hair cut. They also do threading and nails! Unfortunately won't be coming here again. The first time we stopped by, we experienced great service for our first visit but seems like it was a one time thing. First time, we did a walk in no problem. Second time, we decided to make an appointment for our pedicure at 5:30PM but received a text from who I believe was the owner asking us to come at 6PM. We arrived at 5:55PM and still did not get seated until 20 minutes later and then I didn't get my pedicure started until waiting another 20 minutes, my water was completely cold and it was past closing time. They seemed to be having a hard time with other customers so we didn't give them a hard time and decided to come again as we do appreciate the quality of the pedicures despite their customer service. I called again today (Saturday May 17th) at 5:20PM and asked if they're available for two pedicure walk ins, they said yes and I basically made an appointment for 6PM. We arrived at 5:50PM and the owner told us it will be a short wait and after waiting 10 minutes we realized there's only three workers, including the owner, and they were all working on other people. We decided to leave and the owner was pretty upset but for this to be the second time receiving bad service we can't excuse it this time. Super sad as we were hoping to make this a regular spot. Wouldn't recommend unless you have nothing else in your day to do but wait on the possibility of receiving service. read more

Five star service for my first visit! Great customer service on the phone. I called to see about getting a pedicure, they were available immediately and I was in the parking lot. Greeted when I came in, asked about waxing services. Got my face waxed (it happens when you get older people, this works for me). Great wax of face including shaping up my eyebrows by Me. She recommended a soothing, 30 minute facial mask while I got a pedicure. That was great! Me did a greasy job, friendly, helpful. The mask was like the cherry on top of a sundae. Excellent pedicure by Tammy. I got the mid price pedicure but added the exfoliating "liquid ". Great soak, trimmed and filed my nails including excessive skin and cuticles plus trimmed up my ingrown toenails. Sounds gross but it's very common especially in walkers and runners. Paraffin, mask, exfoliation, massage, hot stones, and more. The exfoliating gel is extra, my feet are baby butt smooth lol. Tammy was polite, helpful, friendly. Great pedicure, my feet feel so good, I'm so chill. Next Victoria gave me a pink and white fill, well just the pink. She reshaped my nails, filed them a bit shorter, picked a color to cover the orangy-pink and topped them with gel clear coat. Victoria was friendly, sweet, helpful. My nails look beautiful and renewed. The spa is beautiful and state of the art. The offer a variety of services including waxing, facials, manicures and pedicures, gel, dip and other types of nails, hair cuts and colors. There is soft music, beautiful decor and nice lighting, big screen TV with sea life and salt water fish, pedicure chairs are so comfortable; I almost fell asleep. Services seem pricey but then again isn't everything? The salon was very clean and did not smell like a nail salon. The customer service was the best. What a great visit. Today I tried JP nails for the first time. I made an appointment in the morning around 10am for 130p. On the phone, I let them that I wanted gel dip manicure and gel pedicure, which they said no problem. I arrive to my appointment a few minutes before 130 and check in. There were two visible employees who were working with two customers. One employee offered me a seat at a pedicure station and said there would be about 10-15 minute wait and I said no problem. This was not the case and I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my appointment. Things happen, I understand that staff have emergencies, but just be honest about how long the wait is and not gaslight me. I could have used that time to finish up my own errands or had autonomy to determine if I should explore other options. I did end up going through with the pedicure and manicure. My nails look good and she was able to do what I asked for. They definitely tried to make up for the delay and offered a discount off my bill. For my gel dip manicure and basic gel pedicure the original total was $125 then with the discount it came out to $113. Another positive is that the salon looks pretty clean and the staff took time to pay attention to details. read more

But, beware of this place because they gossip in Vietnamese in front of you and "use old and expired product", as said by a few of the nail technicians, on you. If you even question the service, they talk smack about you to the other nail technicians. They even said, "watch out for this customer, it seems like she's really on you and making sure we do the full service".. Like, excuse me, we paid for the service so of course we expect the full service to be performed. The first time I visited PL Day Spa, I brought my mom, niece, her BF and my 4 yo daughter. It was so easy to make the appointment. When we walked in we were greeted by everyone that worked there.
