This place really deserves zero stars. Have you seen the website photo of the inside of the salon? It's bogus. The inside looks more like a hole in the wall. There's nothing about this location that suggests this would be a good place to get pampered. The only thing we wanted was to get my parents toenails trimmed. That's all. So we were directed to sit in chairs to wait. And wait. And wait. They started with my mom. After they trimmed her toenails, she also wanted her fingernails done. My mom has beautiful long, strong fingernails, so I was expecting to see a professionally shaped manicure. What she got was clipped nails to the quick. Nothing was done to her cuticles, no hand massage, no nothing. Wow! The manicurist didn't even talk to my mom, she just did what she wanted. I was steamed. My dad's toenails were straightforward, so there's nothing to talk about, but now let's talk pricing. Thirty dollars for trimming toenails and fingernails seems outrageous. Beware of salons that have price lists like "Trimming $5 and up." The term "and up" allows them to charge whatever they want. I don't recommend this salon. read more

So, I was a walk in and the staff was very friendly. I noticed they didn't turn away an walk ins, they had you wait 20-30 mins without telling you how long you had to wait. Today that was fine but I suggest just for customer service to let people know how long the wait will be. The person that worked on me was very nice. That being said, not satisfied with my nails or color. The 2nd picture is what I requested, but with black tips, the pink and black nails is what I ended up with. I think maybe a more experienced technician would not have used that link when it was supposed to be a natural looking base. The shape of the nail is very pointy also, not like the picture. They unfortunately they over book clients and there is a long wait period even if you have an appointment with either of them. I tried Hannah, which I won't do that again / she was working incredibly fast - I don't recommend Hannah if your getting a fill or full set. She left my nails lumpy and uneven. Yeah I won't be back. I should've read reviews before going instead of after! I went in for a basic pedicure and polish. Basic pedicure is $30. She talked me up to getting my heel scrubbed for another $5 and then with tip it was $40 for a basic pedicure it seems too much. They rang my credit card up for $40.99. not sure where the 99 cents came from but yeah group just tries to upcharge and upsell... The pedicure was just ok. Becky, used to be my favorite nail technician for pedicures, however, I decided to get my nails done too since they advertised $67.00 for full set nails, pedicure and eyebrow. Normally, she is good with pedicures, however, today, she cut my finger using the drill and I did not realize how deep the cut was until after she was done and it appeared to be bleeding. I informed her of this and she replied it's just a little cut... no bandages or sterilizing. She ended up charging me more for everything due to the style I requested. Nah nah nah. Dont go here if you want your nails to last more than a couple days. I stayed in this shop 3 hours with my wife during this time she told Lynn multiple times that they nails weren't looking right. The paint job was lumpy and there were spots with missing paint. The nails also weren't shaped correctly. Fast forward 24 hours and guess what the nails were lifting from the cuticle . We returned and Lynn said. "I fix I fix it. It is the color." I may not be the smartest person in the world but I know damn well color doesn't make the nails lift 24 hours later. To make things more frustrating we drove an hour one way to get a job that looks like it was done by a 2 year old with a crayon I can go on and on but the bottom line is Lynns work is shoddy. If you're thinking about going to this place, listen to the reviews and don't do it. My friends and I go to school next door, so we got bored and gave it a try. Worst experience in a nail salon I've ever had to be honest. They questioned my friend's ethnicity and mine as well to make sure we didn't understand them. I understood everything. As for the work, I asked for pink & white POWDER for a simple french set. This lady who goes by Nicole keeps telling me she doesn't feel like doing it & gives me cheap fiber glass nails with white tips for 45$ I never asked for fiber glass. She also tried to paint my nail bed pink so she wouldn't have to use pink powder and throw on white tips so she wouldn't have to use white powder. This lady is lazy and a cheapskate. My friend asked for all purple dip powder nails and this lady Kim gave her white tips with a purple splash at first and charged her 50$. It was a horrible job. Both of us had to get our nails refixed and they did a even worse job. They don't do what you ask, they do what they want. read more

I've been coming here every 2 weeks since the new year, same staff person every time. Last time I got my nails done they were messed up and I tried to come back the next day to get them fixed and they told me I had to wait until the lady who did my nails came back in 2 days later, fine I waited. Yesterday I got my nails done and as soon as I got home one broke, after sitting in the nail shop for over 4hours I was didnt want to go back. I came back this morning and asked to have the 1 nail that broke fixed and they wouldn't do it. They insisted they were too busy, they opened at 11 it was 11:10am, they didnt even try to offer to come back later in the day or a different time just a no. How I know because my aunt came with me and she got designs and I got simple and simple cost less and even hers costs lesser than what I got definitely do not recommend the girl who decided to do what she wanted have a apron that said sunny day and had a sunflower in the edge. im so disappointed i left so upset the lady that sits at the first desk on the right side when you walk in did my nails i had just got off of work and i was so tired but wanted to get pampered so i came here due to this being an old salon me and my mom used to come to... she rushed through my feet barely massaged or scrubbed my feet and i picked the one after the delux which is 45$ plus my French tip with gel nail polish so in total paid 55$ for my feet didn't complain then i sat in her chair to get my nails done and honestly she rushed so fast she also was shaping my nail with the drill which is not something you do then with the flyer she went side ways i stated i wanted square shape all my nails were slanted she flooded my cuticles after cutting them with acrylic my fngers have acrylic overlapping my cuticles and my French tip is crooked and thick with bubbles in them my nails were 55$ for a very short set and French tip im a beginner nail tech and i just didn't want to do my own nails due to me always working and exhustion wanting to be pampered i feel she got over and she got 105$ in total for the work she offered it was definitely over priced i will never go here again i tried to give it a chance i also tried to call the next day to see if someone to fix them and no answer. be careful going here make sure you choose the right person to do your service because not all of them have good work and over charge. now i have to fix my own nails plus had money wasted. very bad work! read more

The one star is for the lady who did my pedicure. She's one of the young ones with longer hair. She tried but and was nice but the pedicure I got wasn't even worth two dollars. I went in because of the special they advertise on their website. When you get to the salon the price is hiked up ten dollars than on the website the lady told me that's an old pic I told her they need to update, so price isn't honored. As for my full set immediately after I got seated they try to upsell you. Telling me that the special is for the basics I told her that's fine but she still tried five other times to get me to pay extra for gel polish and design. She clearly was upset that I didn't want to add to my bill the pictures are of the horrible job she did, she's an older lady that sits at the first station. I'd rather get my nipple pierced than go to her again she was so careless and very brute. She hurt me quite a bit and cut me a few times but only apologized one time. She didn't try to clean up her mistakes and even expected a tip at the end. I didn't get the wax that is part of the deal afraid I would probably get burned so I suggested to her because I got the stiletto nails and she had to charge me more for that shape which doesn't make sense because they use less product, that instead of the wax she can not charge the extra for the stiletto but she didn't understand me after I explained to her three times.
