I went with my friend today, first time. She usually comes for the hair service but we had facials. It was amazing, my skin hasn't been this smooth is such a long time, and it was so soothing. Completely disappointed with this establishment. I had made a mistake in booking my appt on a Saturday instead of Sunday. I profusely apologized for my miscommunication and let them know I'd be there on Sunday morning no matter what. I drive out Sunday just for the lady to act like she didn't understand when we made it very clear. It was just petty and poor business acumen. Very conveniently located on Stockton blvd with parking spots available right in front. Jenny gave me the executive treatment and it felt so luxurious. It's all in one room with 3 head spa stations in a row but they have curtains and it did not feel weird at all having it done next to other people. I have a lot of hair and really appreciated that they took their time instead of rushing me out within the 45 minutes that the treatment was supposed to be. They start with a face massage, then move to the arms and neck, and finish off with the hair wash. Also, didn't expect them to clean my ears, so just a heads-up in case that catches you off guard lol. I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. First off, the location is not the best -- tucked away in an alley-like area that doesn't feel very welcoming. Once inside, the space is clean but very small and crowded. There are only 4 beds, all in close proximity, so you can hear everything. To make matters worse, they keep the door open, which means you also hear all the noise from outside. It's far from relaxing. I booked the Platinum service for $88, which is supposed to be a 75-minute experience. My appointment was at 9:30, but they started a little early and were already finishing up before 10:30. By 10:33, they were blow-drying my hair -- meaning the actual treatment fell far short of the promised time. It felt incredibly rushed, which is a huge pet peeve of mine, especially when you're paying for a premium service. The facial portion was underwhelming -- mostly someone rubbing cold products on my face with no real technique or care. The arm massage was even worse: dry, uncomfortable, and honestly just a lot of tugging that left my skin irritated. The biggest disappointment, though, was the scalp massage -- which was the whole reason I booked in the first place. It was basically two rounds of shampooing with lots of combing and tugging at my hair. There was almost zero actual massage. It felt like they were just trying to get through it as quickly as possible. And the blow dry at the end was half-hearted at best -- I left with dry skin, frizzy, fluffy hair, and absolutely no sense of relaxation. I would absolutely not recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a true head spa experience. And again, the fact that they rushed through the whole thing and didn't honor the full 75 minutes is unacceptable. Paying customers deserve better. I won't be returning. read more

I've been looking everywhere for a good scalp message place, and I am so glad I came across Natural Head Spa. I will definitely make this my regular spot for facials and scalp massages! The service was excellent. Staff are really nice and always made sure I was comfortable. Very responsive when reached out to get an appointment. Upon arrival, they were ready and began the service right on time. The facial and shoulder arm neck massage is the light pressure spa type while the head shampoo massage used a bit more force and was very comfortable. Unlike a lot of head spa massages, they didn't do any time wasting activities like putting a hot towel ont be face or head and leaving it there and not doing anything so you can "enjoy it". The entire time, the masseuse was either actively doing an action or getting something for the next step. No time wasting. Excellent pricing for the time and the experience. Just dont let the location discourage you. While its tucked away in a strip mall of not the nest location, the service is amazing. I was not expecting the facial massage, which was absolutely wonderful. I could tell that my lady really enjoyed it because she spent a good amount of time and didn't rush the massage. Just don't drive over here if you don't have car insurance! The crazies are over here. My lady who provided my service was Jade. She was so sweet. When I first arrived she gave me robe shirt thing to change into. Only waist up. Then you come back and lay down. She made sure I was nice and warm with blankets on my body and feet. After that she gives you the best face massage and face cleaning! Then she shampooed my hair probably 2-3 times. My hair has never felt more clean. When I say she went in.. she went in! Scalp massage.. all of it. The works. After that you get a little more massaging and then you get up to change. When you come back she blow dryed my hair. To perfection. 4.5 stars Been here 3 times. The first time I came in October 2023 I was a little set aback at the humongous city dump trash (the huge metal blue one) right behind the storefront. It looked like someone had emptied almost the entire trash bin on the ground. Then, not far from the front door was a huge pile of feces. No joke! It didn't really set the expectations high and I was ewwwed out initially. Inside though, if you can hold off on your opinions and gag reflexes, you will discover a cozy, cute, safe, comfortable area that is more spa like with lots of greenery. They lock the door behind you, & keep it locked while you are being pampered, which gave me much comfort & security. The area is sketch, so you will take comfort in knowing this. Forgot who I had the 1st time, had Jenny the second time, and Tiffany the 3rd time. I sincerely love Tiffany. She has the most engaged, intuitive, massaging techniques and takes care of my scalp so amazingly. The others were good, but I'm already planning on when Tiffany can take my money again. I've found my gal. The nice thing about this place is the prices are very reasonable. They have 3 options for shampoo & hair. Executive $45 for 40 minutes, Pampering $75 for 60 minutes, Platinum $85 for 75 minutes. I like the Pampering & Executive, and all treatments end with a lovely blow dry which reminds me nostalgically of being a child with my Mama as they blow dry & comb my hair. My hair ends up feeling crazy soft & there's no dandruff for days afterwards which is amazing especially for someone who has stubborn dandruff during winter and cold months. They also massage your decolletage which is your upper chest area, arms and shoulders which to me is a tense area I didn't know I had so its a nice relaxing surprise. The whole thing is really lovely and you get more than you pay for in my opinion. You can also add massage for 10, 15, or 20 minutes, jelly mask which feels like a gooey, cold yogurt on your face which feels so invigorating for $10 more, they have 6 different facials & a LED light therapy, all kinds of different waxing, & eyelash extenions. Check their website naturalheadspa.com for prices and descriptions. If I can ask for anything different, I'd hope they'd have a better table warmer. Even on their lowest setting it burns me and I get too hot. But when it's off it gets too cold. Also, the actual table after it gets wet gets an uncomfortable wet feeling that doesn't go away until after the treatment is over. Also, the gallery pictures on the naturalheadspa.com website are inaccurate and misleading. Whereas, the pictures on here, yelp, are very accurate. Super plus things are the # I have for them for booking is the owners direct text line. I love how quick and responsive she is. It makes booking 100% easy, prompt, and timely. I love this place and am already planning on when I can take my Mother here for a head spa & facial for Mothers Day. I highly suggest this place for your relaxation needs. Decided to have a "Treat yo self" day...I had heard about this place being a great experience and it popped up when i was searching for an ASMR bar... I texted them early in the AM to see if they had any appointments today and they were quick to respond and get me on the list. They even reached back out because they had a cancelation and wanted to see if i wanted an earlier appointment. It didn't work for me so I just stuck with my 4:30pm appointment (which is nice because it was right before closing, so a couple appointments were ending and then pretty much had the place to myself). It's in a busy shopping center off Stockton Blvd, so kinda sketchy. The place is on the side of one of the buildings and they have designated parking spots. I walk up and the door is locked, so I was trying to see if there was another way to enter, but a couple minutes later a lady came out and asked if I was Felicia and I said Yes. She said "5 minutes" and I asked if I could come in to use the bathroom beforehand. She let me in and then also gave me a silk robe top thing to change into. I decided to go for the Pampering package for $75. It included a face wash, facial, hair wash, scalp massage, shoulder/back/neck massage...they even massaged my arms and hands. Oh and finally a blow dry. At one point I had two women tending to me..one working my scalp and the other massaging my arms and hands. They started me off laying on a bed faceup and put a blanket on me... I told them I was too hot, so they quickly took it off and put a fan on me to cool down. They were very attentive to my needs and when I cooled down I asked them to just turn off the fan and they did. Then later they asked if I needed the blanket again. They were really good at checking on my needs and comfort level. It really was quite the unique experience...some of the things they did like ear massage and finger pulling were new to me. As much as I wanted to love it and vouch for it though, I realized in the end it just wasn't for me... I much prefer having a regular facial which usually includes some neck and shoulder massaging as well and then a full body massage separately. The hair washing was nice, but not as good as my salon lady... I also think I got my hopes up thinking I would have an ASMR effect, but didn't happen. The staff were super nice...I was helped by Ella (I hope I got that name right), Jenny and one other girl I can't remember her name. My partner surprised me with a Platinum package with 20 minute massage. I have been seeing hair spas on IG and always wanted to try it. We drove all the way to Stockton Blvd and I will be honest, it was raining and both of us saw the outside and it looked sketchy! It was on the end driveway/parking but don't let the area stop you. You will see the sign and you will have to knock. I understand why they do it specially when there's women inside. Once you get inside, you will smell the fresh tea tree shampoo. I was asked to change to a loose and comfy green tube dress. There's about 3-4 beds and it was amazingly relaxing!! The head massage was amazing and I had a mini facial/face massage as well. 90 minutes of bliss! The owner and the girls were wonderful, they really put a lot of care and the communication with my girlfriend while she was setting this wonderful surprise for me was on point!! Depends on what you are looking for. I personally have long straight hair that gets greasy within 24hrs. Normally when I get my hair done at a salon, I don't have to wash for 2-3 days. I was looking for a similar effect here. Unfortunately, my hair looked greasy again overnight. I did not find that my hair was particularly silky and if anything felt sort of dry. I would probably not do the basic package again because it was not worth the money in my opinion. If you are tender headed I would be cautious. The experience reminded me of how my mom used to wash my hair. Felt really good, I fell asleep, but I would not describe it as gentle. It didn't feel as luxurious as I would have assumed based on viral videos of other head spa treatments. But if I consider it as just a head massage it was very nice. read more

Located in the same plaza as Pho Bac Hoa Viet, but to the right side of the building (if you're facing the building). It's a little door on the side. If you blink, you'll miss it. Upon arrival: Pros: 1) since this is a shopping/restaurant area, plenty of parking. 2) there's 3 ladies there that works on their clients. All 3 are so nice!! 3) 3 beds. Business looks clean. 4) the 3 ladies that work on us were very nice. 5) 3 of us had the Platinum package ($85). All 3 loved it. Very relaxing and felt good. 6) I had the anti-aging facial treatment ($60) plus the 10min add-ons for ($15). The add-on was for scalp, neck and shoulder massage. This felt so good. My skin looked great after! Don't know why I haven't been doing this before. 7) I only showed two pages of service that they do there. They have more options. Go on their website to see. Cons: 1) I didn't get my scalp massage. 2) Conclusion: After we left, I kept wondering why they charged me so much. It was more than what I listed above. So we went back and I asked her. Only to find out, she did the Hydra Facial on me and gave me the 20 min add-on vs the 10 minute add-on to massage my scalp, neck and shoulder. She admitted she made a mistake. I didn't get my scalp massaged, but she did great on my shoulder. She did a little massage on my neck. Since I have never had a facial done before, I didn't know what was done on me. But I realized after this accidental facial, I LOVE it!!! Absolutely love it! My skin looked so healthy, clean and glowing after. I'm going to have to go again. I recommend them. The staff is incredibly sweet and oh my gosh, it was such a relaxing facial treatment and luxury hair wash. I'm not going to lie, I was a little hungover when I went and they spa'd me sober and refreshed! I love how they use varying temperatures in their treatment for the massage and wash.
