1. Upon my arrival, check-in was smooth and I was offered a complimentary beverage. It would have been a nice touch if my technician had introduced herself before the session began -- I ended up asking her name just as we were getting started. A warm introduction would have made me feel even more welcome. The Head Spa table had a unique design with grooves to accommodate the massage rollers, which was a bit of an adjustment for me until I found the right position. One helpful tip for future guests: the leg portion can be lowered to make getting on and off the table easier, mine was up and made it a bit uncomfortable getting on the table. For anyone with lower back sensitivity like myself, having the legs slightly elevated during the session could make a big difference. My back felt a little stiff by the end, and a small adjustment like that would have made the experience even more comfortable. The music selection was lovely and really set a relaxing atmosphere. There was some ambient noise from the front desk and neighboring stations early on, but it settled down as the session went on, allowing me to fully unwind and enjoy the experience. The session itself was genuinely wonderful -- no complaints at all! As a first-time head spa guest, I would have loved a brief walkthrough of what to expect before we began. I then head back you get a curtained area to yourself. I treated myself to a Platinum Head Spa treatment. It was absolutely amazing. You are laying on a massage table that has rollers to work the stress and tightness from your back and legs. All kinds of wonderful massaging, kneading, and pressure points are done to your scalp and neck. While wonderful aromas engulf your hair, you are given a very relaxing facial. Along the way, you receive massage for your arms and decollete. I will definitely return to treat myself again but will wear more comfortable clothing and shoes I can slip off. Highly recommend!! Hydro facial was basic and not professional. Other staff came into the room during my treatment. Staff providing treatment did not tell me what they were doing or what products they were using. At the end of the treatment I had visual damage to my skin!!!! No refund, no interest in helping with the problem. For an hour, we laid so comfortably on a chair that massaged our back while we received the facial. I just went for the first time today and it was one of the most relaxing experiences i've ever had in awhile. I did the 90-min platinum headspa and it was so wonderful. This is not my first time not will it be my last time here. I literally recommend this place to everyone I've met as this place was recommended to me also. I have tried the head spa and facials here and have brought my mom and she had a permanent make up removal as well as other services. Head spa: amazing! Get the full service platinum for your first time. They also have a massaging bed while you're serviced for a couple hours. I fell asleep a few times. I thought I might feel like there was a lack in privacy because everyone is separated by curtains but I didn't feel that way at all. Facial: amazing! The owner walked me through everything she was doing and why, and I appreciate that. I have very sensitive skin that results in burning from some products, but my skin did not feel like that at all when we finished. She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Permanent make up removal: my mom said it was painless and the owner really talked through everything we could expect from the service. Staff were super professional and comforting from the get go. I had been following Lashme on Instagram for a few years and decided to come to them for lash services. The first time I came to them was for lash extensions. They had the clover extensions available for 20% off, which seemed to be a great deal. It was just in time for a special event I went to. This was my second time getting lash extensions, so I didn't have much to compare to. Compared to another lash technician I had gone to outside of Lashme, I felt the technician (will not name them, but they were one of the senior techs) I got was good at making my lashes look pretty natural and took her time, however she did not provide me communication throughout the process to ensure that I kept my eyes closed during the process. I had to just assume I would close my eyes from the get go to not accidentally get chemicals in my eyes. By the time I went home, I already had a few lashes fall off without me doing anything, which I did not experience with my first time getting lash extensions. I was happy with how the lashes looked, but not entirely satisfied about the experience as a whole. I would consider going with a master tech in the future. I returned a little over a month later to get my extensions removed, because I don't usually wear extensions and had a few extensions left. I booked with Kim. I arrived a few minutes early and she was ready to take me. I wanted to try a lash lift and tint since I'm pretty low maintenance and wanted to try something new. I asked when it would be best to have the lash lift and tint done after getting extensions removed. She told me that she would have to examine my lashes after the extension removal. Kim removed some lashes with tweezers. Then there were some extensions that could not be removed that way because of excess glue, so she used some removal solution. After that, she told me I could get my lashes lifted and tinted whenever I wanted. I asked her if she had availability today vs coming back and she accommodated the lift and tint for the same appointment, which I appreciated. She asked me how curled I wanted my lashes, and I left it up to her to what would look best on me. She decided on medium curl. She recommended tint to make the lashes stand out. What I appreciated most during this appointment was that she communicated with me on when I should close my eyes and she was thorough in that I heard she was writing notes (probably processing times). It seemed like she was very meticulous in completing my lash lift and tint. Overall, I was happier with my lash lift and tint experience, and would recommend getting that done with Kim! read more

Ivy did my scalp/hair treatment and my eyelashes. My hair smell so good and its super soft. I have been getting a lot of compliments about my eyelashes extensions. Ivy did an amazing job, i have short and small lashes so she recommended that I do the 10mm length so that it'll look more natural, and it did. Mia, she worked on my brows, and she is super amazing. I got the hairstroke style and she is super knowledgeable. I also had previous work done that was not so pretty, and mia did her best to make sure that i was comfortable with the shape before proceeding. She also took my concerns into consideration as i did had that with the previous artist who did my brows. Im so grateful for mia and I'll be seeing her again in 6weeks for my touch up. Worst experience for my first 90 minute head spa with Heather. My head felt like it was being scratched with her nails instead of a soothing head massage. She never hit any pressure points on my scalp, just pressing firmly in rand spots. The face, neck, and arm massage felt like she was in a hurry, moving so fast I was being jerked. When I checked out, I let the person at the desk know I wasn't happy with my service, she didn't comment just told me how much to pay. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

I was a bit initially hesitant as a guy coming in but they definitely made me feel comfortable. The head spa treatment was great and the most relaxing time I've had in awhile. I wasn't sure what to expect services wise but was pleasantly surprised by all the things they do at a great price. The facilities have a spa like atmosphere and each station is separated by curtains. They play soft music and it's pretty quiet. I came in for a baby enzyme facial only for Hailey to tell me I needed the micro needling one. I've never done it before because I heard you're not supposed to do it in active acne, but I'm glad she told me otherwise. I've been dealing with acne prone skin due to hormonal imbalance, and I had thick active chin breakouts. In her micro needling session, she did extractions, hydra facial, light lamp, mask, and the micro needling pen which was NANO. And NOT those stick needle pens you buy on Amazon. My skin has been looking SO hydrated and healthy the past two weeks. It hasn't been like this in years, and I occasionally get facials at other places. I went in this weekend to try the head spa that was being offered. I opted for the 105 minute deluxe package. We started a few minutes after my appointment time, and ended 15 minutes early. I would have said something if I realized it before I got Into the car. The experience could have been wonderful but I felt like I was a test dummy. During the entire time 2-3 women other than my technician stood over me watching the whole thing. It would be ok if they were quiet and I didn't know they were there as my eyes were closed, but they talked to my technician the entire time. It was impossible to relax while someone is sitting over your head having a conversation. I also wish they use the actual waterfall head spa more. It was only turned on for a few minutes of the entire session. Lots of little devices were used but minimal time with actual massaging with hands. That's really what I am there for. I can easily use a head massager device on myself. The woman asked me every 5 minutes if I was ok, there wasn't a moment to relax with all the constant talk between the ladies and then constantly asking if I was ok. I was very excited to try this experience as head massages are my favorite thing. But in combination with the time being 15 mins less than what I paid for and talking throughout the whole time, I won't be back. As someone who worked in a spa setting, it's shocking that it's not common sense to not chit chat while someone is trying to relax. I love it here! I come here for all my lash lifts and they always last for a 6-8 weeks. It has made it so easy to get ready and put on my mascara if I'm wearing makeup. My lashes at the corners are tiny and still growing in and the lash artists always take the time to get those. I recently came in for a facial and Mia took the time to examine my face and recommend another facial best for for my skin type. I received a deep clean and extraction that made my skin glowing.
