My girlfriend and I scored an appointment at the very last minute. It was just our luck. Appointments are made via texting (916) 230-5606. There is a $50 deposit to hold each appointment and the appointment confirmations are not provided until said deposit has been Venmo'ed. Stacey was our lash artist and took two hours on each of us. She explained the technique and shared what separated them from the competitors -- these gals have been trained and trained to meet very specific expectations loyal to the brand and reputation Sidney Le has built over the years. I have never personally followed Sidney Le's work but have seen photos and read some reviews so I had to check out the hype for myself. My new set of lash extensions are still fresh and brand new so I'll have to see how it all unfolds over the next couple of days but so far -- so good. Stacey was sweet and fun to converse with which made the two hours fly right by. She's one of their Senior Artists and has been with them for about 4 years. The total cost for the new set was $185 before gratuity. Cash is ideal as they charge a convenience fee if you use your debit or credit card. The facility is well kept and the decor is very inviting and chic. There are only a few parking spaces in the lot specific to their suite but I imagine it all works out since it's an appointment only business. I wanted to go darker on the touch up but the technician didn't recommend it because I'm so tan right now and won't always be. I love not having to mess with my brows in the morning. She sat down and explained every single thing. Top to bottom. Start to finish. She did not "sell" or "sugar coat". I've been getting my lashes done at Sidney. With these lashes, I can finally say I woke up like this. I've been getting so many compliments on them. Texting is the best form of communication to book an appointment. $50 deposit is required via paypal or venmo to secure an appointment. It's first come first serve so make sure to send in that deposit quickly to reserve the appointment time. They will send a lengthy text with directions, cancellation policies, etc. They do charge a 3% fee for credit cards so bring cash to avoid the fees. The process for a full set takes a little over 1.5 hrs. They do say it can take as long as 2-3.5 hours but that depends on the artist. Lashes can't get wet for 48 hours so plan activities accordingly. I do take really good care of my lashes and they've lasted me a good 6 weeks. I've been coming to Sidney Le locations in Sacramento (most recent) & Elk Grove for about 3 years now getting eyelash extensions. Most were very pleasant experiences and I left very happy. When scheduling a appointment they do require a $50 deposit which is credited towards the actual appointment. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and after having my temperature checked, I was given paperwork for my first time visit or after an extended break during ( Covid ). After that I was taken down the hall to a room with a couple beds but only my lash technician and I were in there at that time. My technician, Christina was very upfront with how long and made sure she knew what I was looking for (which style, length). After coming to a agreement Christina made sure I was comfortable and we had started on my lashes. Christina is a junior artist, but her work is wonderful Even though this wasn't my first time I was throughly reminded about the aftercare. At the end of the appointment you have the option to purchase lash cleanser but unfortunately they ran out at that time so later on that day I drove to the other location in Elk Grove to purchase & I ended up getting another brush because the one I was given didn't have anything to protect the spooly. Heres a review long overdue! I came to this place a few years ago as a lash model, and I instantly fell in love! My first appointment took about 3-4 hours, which was understandable as the artist was learning to perfect her skills. If you want faster service, they have options to schedule a junior or senior artist! It is a little pricey here but the quality here is worth the price! I believe they use a stronger glue now so that your lashes will last longer. I love getting my lashes done here for special occasions. Last year i even got my brows done here! Never regretted it since! The shaping part made me really nervous because it was so dark but the artist assured me to trust the process! And they were right! I can confidently go out in public without having to fill in my brows anymore! I would definitely recommend coming here!
