The high-end products they use and how long it lasts 3. The time, money, and daily frustration it saves you PLUS the fact that it won't smudge or wash off in water... It was a no-brainer. My first appointment went great. The artist really took time to assess my face and skin type, and we decided on the Ombre Brow technique. I've never looked back! Now I go in every 2 to 2.5 years for a refresh and see Sara, who I absolutely adore. She's patient, detailed, and always makes sure I'm happy with the shape and color before we start. Now, let's talk pain. Yes, it's a tattoo on your face, so no, it's not completely painless. The outline and initial scratching definitely sting. But after that, numbing cream is applied and it's honestly not bad. It is more pressure than pain. I've even fallen asleep during the process because Sara's setup is so calming: soft music, cozy blanket, and one of the comfiest tables I've ever laid on. If you're on the fence, let this be your sign to go for it. Microblading (or ombre brows, in my case) has saved me so much time and given me such a boost in confidence. The website is misleading as it appears you can book an appointment at a wide range of time slots; however those times are not true to the owner's availability. The website also does not allow you to book the touch-up, and those appointments must also be arranged via text. Many of my messages have gone unanswered (read receipts to prove that), making it challenging to secure an appointment within the recommended timeframe. My girlfriend's initial appointment was in January, and it is not April and she still has not received the follow-up appointment. Additionally, punctuality was an issue during the initial appointment, and the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. I chose this business because through research, it seemed like a great professional business, but that has proven not to be the case. Overall, due to the lack of communication, scheduling difficulties, and unprofessional environment, I would not recommend wasting time or money on this business! I first met Navi in late 2021 for a lash appointment. I took a break from getting my lashes done…read moreafter my dad passed, but when I came back in 2023, I searched for her specifically, and I've been seeing her every three weeks since. Navi really took the time to help me find the lash style that suited me best. Since I wear glasses, I didn't like when my lashes brushed against the lenses. She worked with me to figure out the perfect look--starting with L and M curls in a cat eye shape, and eventually moving to CC curls that gave me a wispier style, made my eyes look bigger, and worked perfectly with glasses. At one point I wanted spikes and she made it happen. Whatever lash style you're hoping for, Navi can create it. Even though one of my eyes tends to lose lashes faster than the other, she always made my lashes look full and even after each refill. What I love most is how gentle she is. I barely feel her removing grown-out lashes, and it never hurts. She's also given me great advice on how to take care of my lashes and recommended a lash serum that actually works. Her lashes last long but with proper care! Navi is also the sweetest lash tech I've ever had. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and has the skill to deliver any lash look you want, I can't recommend Navi enough.
