My first appointment went great. The artist really took time to assess my face and skin type, and we decided on the Ombre Brow technique. I've never looked back! Now I go in every 2 to 2.5 years for a refresh and see Sara, who I absolutely adore. She's patient, detailed, and always makes sure I'm happy with the shape and color before we start. Now, let's talk pain. Yes, it's a tattoo on your face, so no, it's not completely painless. The outline and initial scratching definitely sting. But after that, numbing cream is applied and it's honestly not bad. It is more pressure than pain. I've even fallen asleep during the process because Sara's setup is so calming: soft music, cozy blanket, and one of the comfiest tables I've ever laid on. Scheduling the appointment is done through text messages. The website is misleading as it appears you can book an appointment at a wide range of time slots; however those times are not true to the owner's availability. The website also does not allow you to book the touch-up, and those appointments must also be arranged via text. Many of my messages have gone unanswered (read receipts to prove that), making it challenging to secure an appointment within the recommended timeframe. My girlfriend's initial appointment was in January, and it is not April and she still has not received the follow-up appointment. Additionally, punctuality was an issue during the initial appointment, and the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. I chose this business because through research, it seemed like a great professional business, but that has proven not to be the case. Overall, due to the lack of communication, scheduling difficulties, and unprofessional environment, I would not recommend wasting time or money on this business! I also began to notice that my natural lashes appeared to have been cut. At this point, my natural lashes are very short, sparse, and also falling out, which has been frustrating. I did reach out the following day, and they were initially responsive. I was out of town that weekend and wasn't able to return to the salon for a redo. After a few text messages back and forth, however, communication stopped. I appreciate that they initially responded and that the technician was pleasant, but unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return.
