Shout out to this cute little lash shop near Old Town Elk Grove and to Kaitlyn who's given me the lashes I have been dreaming of! I am feeling beautiful and confident! This salon is clean, inviting and super cute! They offer a fridge of drinks for their clients and service is always quiet and peaceful. I look forward to coming here for many, many lash refills services. Their refill rate is great as it is priced the same which is different from other salons as they usually up the price for a 3 or 4 week refill. read more

Update: I got an immediate response to this bad review, which is weird because they didn't respond to my text messages prior. I was reminded that the 'membership' is for 1 year, which honestly is so crazy. These people are straight up liars and will guilt you when they are called out for crappy service. Do not go here snd do not sign up for a membership! Even though their website says no commitment, the memberships require a 90 DAY cancellation, so if your retention sucks like mine did and your natural eyelashes are getting damaged, they still expect you to pay for THREE MONTHS. I thought my poor retention was due to oily skin but after reading other reviews apparently I'm not the only one, even after being told my lash techs retention was "best in the state" (like how do they know that? Is there a lash artist competition?) . I had to remove the lashes since my fills were lasting only a few days and I looked ridiculous. Now I have no lashes so can't get fills and they want me to pay for 3 more months. And when I tried to explain they stopped responding to me. I'll def be filling disputes because their "contracts" are not legally enforceable since they don't give copies. This place is scammy with really awful business practices, don't fall for it! read more

hello lashfab - Lash damage and irritation on lash line - Eyelash Service Near Me - Elk Grove, California

This place is great! I've been here several times now, and my lash retention has been fantastic. By the second week, it doesn't look as full, but I still have plenty of lashes left--so that's a win! The vibe is super relaxing, and the overall atmosphere is really nice. I only have two small complaints. First, I really wish they were open an extra day during the week. With work and kids, my schedule is packed, and sometimes the only day I'm available is already booked, so I have to go on the waiting list. Second, I'm not a fan of the lavender scent in the lobby--it's just a personal preference, but it's not my favorite. read more

I used to have bad reactions to the adhesive. I tried 3 different places, none of them worked. But Lashfab has the best sensitive adhesive, I finally found my new and favorite spot. Lamisha is great and very friendly. Give them a try! read more

Absolutely love coming here! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Aileen is my favorite and does such a great job.The set up inside is really cute and the tables are really comfortable with the option of heating. The music is calming. It's a perfect set up for a lash nap if you know what I mean. :) Aileen has taken the time to also get to know me and that makes the experience even more special. I am happy to say I have my forever lash place. read more

I hadn't visited Hello LashFab for a number of years...mostly due to a thing called the pandemic; however, at my most recent visit, in November 2022, I was surprised to find out that the owner moved her business to an at-home studio location! What was even better was the stunning setup of the home studio! In fact, I think I prefer this location much more than the previous location. Well done!! I absolutely approve. Oh, and of course I LOVED my lashes too. This time I got classic (cat eye shape). Thank you!! read more

This place is so cute! I came here for the first time today and was greeted by the receptionist. First I actually scheduled a same day appointment using the website link on Yelp. It took me through the types of services, the person I wanted to work with, pricing, and entering credit card information. Very simple and straight to the point. Your card will not be charged until you receive the service at check out. You just need to enter it to reserve your appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to complete 2 pages of questions which was quick and easy! I had mascara on so I was directed to the restroom where they had make up remover for me. How sweet is that! I believe it's suggested to come in with no eye make up on. However, they do a cleanse prior to application. My professional was Mai and she did a great job with showing me my options of length. I chose the hybrid style because I wanted something more than just a classic natural but less than the dramatic volume and it came out just the way I wanted it!! Thanks so much Mai!! read more

Making the appointment was difficult as I left several messages and even sent a message on fb. I got a call back 4 days later. I went for my full set of lashes by Alyssa. I felt welcomed as soon as walked in. The receptionist asked if I needed to go to the restroom before I get started, which is a great idea because you're immobile for the 2 hours. Once in the bed, I asked for a pillow for my legs and she provided it to me and offered me a warm blanket which was perfect. She was very gentle with my eyes and very professional. She offered me the classic fit, which is longer in the middle or the Cat eye, which is longer on the side. I opted for the Cat eye. She did a nice job and finished at the 2 hour mark. I was informed not to wet my lashes for 24 hours and wash them daily with baby soap. I'm looking forward to my two week fill! read more

I had scheduled my lash appointment months in advance to ensure I had my lashes done for my birthday week, Thanksgiving and a family photo shoot. The week of my appointment Ghesal canceled it to put another client in. I called her out on it and didn't even get an apology or ownership of what she did. I canceled my membership after that. Keep in mind there is a 90 day cancellation so you have to keep paying for 3 months after you cancel. You may also loose money with the membership because you don't always get your appointments and can get canceled last minute by the owner. read more

i absolutely love them! all of the staff members are super sweet and awesome. i haven't had a bad experience at all. Ghesal is so sweet and always accommodates if you are running late or need to reschedule. the salon is super clean and so relaxing, I always end up falling asleep. The beds are heated which makes it that much more relaxing. I look forward to my fills every two weeks! 10 out of 10! read more

I usually don't write reviews. Matter of fact this is my first time. I couldn't pass up an opportunity to tell everyone how wonderful this place has been for me. I've been coming here for years. Probably one of the longest standing clients. They have always been so accommodating. The technicians are smart and friendly. They do such a fine job. Whatever you want, they do. They make my lashes look so natural. I always thought they should name the place, They're Mine. The owners are wonderful I must say. I love them. I drive a distance from the Bay Area because I can't find a better place. I come every two weeks. The drive is long but worth it. I truly, and I mean truly would recommend this lovely place to anyone. One more thing, the atmosphere is great and the music is the best. I never hear the same song twice. Check them out. You won't be disappointed. DC read more

Best service! My lash tech Mai was AMAZING!! Executed exactly what I wanted!! I can't stop staring at my lashes! I love it:)

Aileen has done my lashes for over 1 year now and I wouldn't want to go to anyone else! She makes sure your lashes are always looking fabulous before you leave and is super friendly. If she has time she also gives you a nice head massage :) The boutique itself is very modern and clean. There are multiple lash beds in the same room, but they are separated by curtains. Calming music is played during your lash service. They have candies and water for clients, but most of the time there isn't even a wait for you to be seen to enjoy them. my lashes only stayed on semi nicely for two days... by the fourth i had only a few left :/ they looked nice but somewhat lacking on one eye at the end of the session.. idk it was my first time getting my lashes done but if they are only meant to last less than a week id have better luck just leaving a lash strip on my eyes tbh. payed $120+ for bday lashes that werent even there by the time my birthday came :// so lame read more

It's my first time having lash extensions so I don't really know what to expect but the only reason why they lost a star is because they wouldn't confirm or respond for an appointment unless you call them yourselves. So it's best to just call for an appointment than booking it online. Anyways as for the service it's excellent. I had Mercedes, she's a very sweet girl and she did a great job with my lashes first week down and most of my lashes are still intact but I know they're not as full as they were last week. But either way I'm satisfied. Thanks Mercedes ! OH and the shop is soooooooo cute the decor and ambiance is excellent !!! read more

I've been wanting to get extensions for a while now so when I can across the Groupon and saw the great reviews here I finally scheduled an appointment. My only regret is that I waited so long! I love the look so much! When I first got there Lisa asked me what look I wanted and, honestly, I felt like I was all over the place and didn't give her any real direction. Somehow she still knew exactly what I wanted! It looks natural and dramatic at the same time. I'm obsessed! I will be back soon for a fill before my wedding (2 weeks away!) and see myself as a regular customer in the future. Ignore the dark circles (i need to catch up on my sleep) UPDATE: I'm going back in after almost 2 weeks to fill them up before my wedding but as you can see in the picture, they still look great! Lisa is great! I just never see reviews for a week or two after and thought someone will appreciate it! read more

I really wanted to get my lashes done and I was finally able to commit to it. I went to some where else at first to get it done and I didn't like it at all and they weren't nice about it when I called back and asked them to fix it and they refused too. It was my first time and I wanted something super natural and cute. It was overly dramatic, heavy, and uneven. So I finally went to hello lashfab and everyone is so incredibly nice. They helped me and guided me through what I wanted. I absolutely love it and is now addicted to getting my lashes done here every 2 weeks. They're very accommodating and always asks if there is any adjustments I would like to make. Once I started here, I kept getting compliments everyday from strangers and coworkers for 2-3 weeks straight. I was definitely loving them! read more

I got my eyelashes done on Wednesday, august 31, 2022. I got a full hybrid set for $179! I was there for 2 hours and 20 minutes. As soon as I left eyelashes started to fall out of my right eye and continue in the coming days. By Friday half of my lashes had fallen out on the right eye. When I returned from vacation and contacted them they said there wasn't anything they could do other than a refill but I was at work and couldn't go down there and therefore they refused to do nothing!!!! When paying $179 for a service I would expert excellent work but was left dissatisfied, disappointed and was also our a $179. I don't recommend this place! read more

Got to experience Hello Lashfab in Elk Grove yesterday. They must have had a last minute cancellation because I was able to get a same day appointment. The studio was very cute and comfortable. Morgan was very sweet and my lashes look great. It was a relaxing experience-I fell asleep a couple of times :) check the pics-I went for volume and length. I asked for a cat eye, wanted it to be noticeable for my first time. I was a bit surprised at the end when I was quoted $179 but i was in the mood to treat myself. Glad I did, feeling cute with very minimal makeup-just a little oil free foundation. It would be nice if they offered a first time intro rate, but over all great experience. I'll probably return for a fill in a couple weeks if I'm lucky. This is only day 1. read more

I've always wanted longer lashes and wanted to stop using strip lashes as it's such a hassle to put on everyday. I can't begin to explain how great their customer service is. Giselle made an effort to find the earliest appointment and was great at communicating. Mai was my lash technician and she went over the different lash styles, volume vs hybrid and what style would look best for my eyes. She didn't rush anything and was super patient. I ended up going with a volume cat look and love it! I'll be back again for a fill. Thank you guys! read more

I am sooooo sooo sooo happy with this place I texted them to see if they have a opening spot before I went on my Vietnam trip and they responded right away. I got my lashes done here for the very first time, and it was the perfect experience. customer service is great! the environment is peaceful and soothing. I loved the whole experience. my lashes turned out GREAT. I am a person who likes to wear masacre, since i gotg the lashes I never have to apply masacre in the mornings anymore (you can if you want) but they look so natural I just wash my face and go. Of course lashes come off on their own, but if you take REALLY GOOD care of them they can last you longer than two weeks. usually lashes are done for about over a hundred bucks, but I think it's a very reasonable price here. you definitely get your money's worth. I had a great experience yesterday on my 50th birthday. It was my first time having eyelashes extension and had the volume set. Aileen was wonderful. I just wasn't satisfied with the eyelashes shampoo I bought. In my opinion, its overpriced for $20.00 for just a mixture of soap and water where I could've just used a baby mild wash/soap for $3.00. So not very satisfied with the product. read more
