Update: I got an immediate response to this bad review, which is weird because they didn't respond to my text messages prior. I was reminded that the 'membership' is for 1 year, which honestly is so crazy. These people are straight up liars and will guilt you when they are called out for crappy service. Do not go here snd do not sign up for a membership! Even though their website says no commitment, the memberships require a 90 DAY cancellation, so if your retention sucks like mine did and your natural eyelashes are getting damaged, they still expect you to pay for THREE MONTHS. I thought my poor retention was due to oily skin but after reading other reviews apparently I'm not the only one, even after being told my lash techs retention was "best in the state" (like how do they know that? Is there a lash artist competition?) . I had to remove the lashes since my fills were lasting only a few days and I looked ridiculous. Now I have no lashes so can't get fills and they want me to pay for 3 more months. And when I tried to explain they stopped responding to me. I'll def be filling disputes because their "contracts" are not legally enforceable since they don't give copies. This place is scammy with really awful business practices, don't fall for it! read more

This place is great! I've been here several times now, and my lash retention has been fantastic. By the second week, it doesn't look as full, but I still have plenty of lashes left--so that's a win! The vibe is super relaxing, and the overall atmosphere is really nice. I only have two small complaints. First, I really wish they were open an extra day during the week. With work and kids, my schedule is packed, and sometimes the only day I'm available is already booked, so I have to go on the waiting list. This place is so cute! I came here for the first time today and was greeted by the receptionist. First I actually scheduled a same day appointment using the website link on Yelp. It took me through the types of services, the person I wanted to work with, pricing, and entering credit card information. Very simple and straight to the point. Your card will not be charged until you receive the service at check out. You just need to enter it to reserve your appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to complete 2 pages of questions which was quick and easy! I had mascara on so I was directed to the restroom where they had make up remover for me. How sweet is that! I believe it's suggested to come in with no eye make up on. However, they do a cleanse prior to application. My professional was Mai and she did a great job with showing me my options of length. I chose the hybrid style because I wanted something more than just a classic natural but less than the dramatic volume and it came out just the way I wanted it!! Thanks so much Mai!! read more

Making the appointment was difficult as I left several messages and even sent a message on fb. I got a call back 4 days later. I went for my full set of lashes by Alyssa. I felt welcomed as soon as walked in. The receptionist asked if I needed to go to the restroom before I get started, which is a great idea because you're immobile for the 2 hours. Once in the bed, I asked for a pillow for my legs and she provided it to me and offered me a warm blanket which was perfect. She was very gentle with my eyes and very professional. She offered me the classic fit, which is longer in the middle or the Cat eye, which is longer on the side. I opted for the Cat eye. She did a nice job and finished at the 2 hour mark. I was informed not to wet my lashes for 24 hours and wash them daily with baby soap. I'm looking forward to my two week fill! read more

I had scheduled my lash appointment months in advance to ensure I had my lashes done for my birthday week, Thanksgiving and a family photo shoot. The week of my appointment Ghesal canceled it to put another client in. I called her out on it and didn't even get an apology or ownership of what she did. I canceled my membership after that. Keep in mind there is a 90 day cancellation so you have to keep paying for 3 months after you cancel. You may also loose money with the membership because you don't always get your appointments and can get canceled last minute by the owner. read more

Ghesal is so sweet and always accommodates if you are running late or need to reschedule. the salon is super clean and so relaxing, I always end up falling asleep. Probably one of the longest standing clients. They have always been so accommodating. The technicians are smart and friendly. They do such a fine job. Whatever you want, they do. They make my lashes look so natural. I always thought they should name the place, They're Mine. The owners are wonderful I must say. I love them. I drive a distance from the Bay Area because I can't find a better place. I come every two weeks. The drive is long but worth it. Aileen has done my lashes for over 1 year now and I wouldn't want to go to anyone else! She makes sure your lashes are always looking fabulous before you leave and is super friendly. If she has time she also gives you a nice head massage :) The boutique itself is very modern and clean. There are multiple lash beds in the same room, but they are separated by curtains. Calming music is played during your lash service. They have candies and water for clients, but most of the time there isn't even a wait for you to be seen to enjoy them. It's my first time having lash extensions so I don't really know what to expect but the only reason why they lost a star is because they wouldn't confirm or respond for an appointment unless you call them yourselves. So it's best to just call for an appointment than booking it online. Anyways as for the service it's excellent. I went to some where else at first to get it done and I didn't like it at all and they weren't nice about it when I called back and asked them to fix it and they refused too. It was my first time and I wanted something super natural and cute. It was overly dramatic, heavy, and uneven. So I finally went to hello lashfab and everyone is so incredibly nice. They helped me and guided me through what I wanted. I absolutely love it and is now addicted to getting my lashes done here every 2 weeks. I've been wanting to get extensions for a while now so when I can across the Groupon and saw the great reviews here I finally scheduled an appointment. My only regret is that I waited so long! I love the look so much! When I first got there Lisa asked me what look I wanted and, honestly, I felt like I was all over the place and didn't give her any real direction. Somehow she still knew exactly what I wanted! It looks natural and dramatic at the same time. I'm obsessed! I got my eyelashes done on Wednesday, august 31, 2022. I got a full hybrid set for $179! I was there for 2 hours and 20 minutes. As soon as I left eyelashes started to fall out of my right eye and continue in the coming days. By Friday half of my lashes had fallen out on the right eye. When I returned from vacation and contacted them they said there wasn't anything they could do other than a refill but I was at work and couldn't go down there and therefore they refused to do nothing!!!! When paying $179 for a service I would expert excellent work but was left dissatisfied, disappointed and was also our a $179. I don't recommend this place! read more

Got to experience Hello Lashfab in Elk Grove yesterday. They must have had a last minute cancellation because I was able to get a same day appointment. The studio was very cute and comfortable. Morgan was very sweet and my lashes look great. It was a relaxing experience-I fell asleep a couple of times :) check the pics-I went for volume and length. I asked for a cat eye, wanted it to be noticeable for my first time. I was a bit surprised at the end when I was quoted $179 but i was in the mood to treat myself. Glad I did, feeling cute with very minimal makeup-just a little oil free foundation. It would be nice if they offered a first time intro rate, but over all great experience. I had a great experience yesterday on my 50th birthday. It was my first time having eyelashes extension and had the volume set. Aileen was wonderful. I just wasn't satisfied with the eyelashes shampoo I bought. In my opinion, its overpriced for $20.00 for just a mixture of soap and water where I could've just used a baby mild wash/soap for $3.00.
