I've gotten two lash lifts here now, overall, it's pretty good!…read more They are $68 by card and $65 if paying by cash. I've usually selected any lash technician, since I'm not sure who to go to yet. The first time I went, the tech took about 45 minutes. The second time I went, the tech took about 30 minutes. Both were very gentle, such that I did doze off at least a couple of times. I guess something to note is that they don't really ask you how lifted you want your lashes, so you might want to specify if you have specific ideas in mind. I probably preferred my second experience a little more in that the lash technician seemed to be meticulous with her technique, and more controlled with her movements (particularly when cleaning my eyelids and lashes). Although the second time, my right eye lashes were slightly less lifted than my left. It's subtle but noticeable to me, and I wonder if it's because my previous lift is lasting a bit longer than my left, so she probably lifted it a bit less (unitentionally). My lash lift from my first visit was still somewhat there (I had gotten it two months prior to my second one), so I'd expect not to need another one for two months from this. Your results might vary depending on your lash growth. It's pretty easy to book appointments online. There's plenty of parking, although they do share it with a gym. In terms of where you'll be seated, there's a common room where everyone can get their services done, and there seems to be two private rooms. For the first time, I ended up in the common room, and the second time I ended up in the private room. I will definitely be back!

She used that along with my eye shape and gave me the perfect layers and lash shape that I was looking for. She was very patient with me did not rush her work. I was reminded that the 'membership' is for 1 year, which honestly is so crazy. These people are straight up liars and will guilt you when they are called out for crappy service. Do not go here snd do not sign up for a membership! Even though their website says no commitment, the memberships require a 90 DAY cancellation, so if your retention sucks like mine did and your natural eyelashes are getting damaged, they still expect you to pay for THREE MONTHS. I thought my poor retention was due to oily skin but after reading other reviews apparently I'm not the only one, even after being told my lash techs retention was "best in the state" (like how do they know that? Is there a lash artist competition?) . I had to remove the lashes since my fills were lasting only a few days and I looked ridiculous. Now I have no lashes so can't get fills and they want me to pay for 3 more months. And when I tried to explain they stopped responding to me. I'll def be filling disputes because their "contracts" are not legally enforceable since they don't give copies. This place is scammy with really awful business practices, don't fall for it!

Good Day Sacramento is how I found Paige!!!…read more She was doing eyebrows on a Saturday morning segment, but it was the plug for the eyelash lift service that was what caught my attention because it sounded much better and natural than eyelash extensions. While I did not immediately book an appointment with Paige because I wanted to do some research first, I eventually got in contact with her via Yelp by using the "book appointment" feature. She was quick at responding, and we talked about the procedure, the cost, what to expect, etc. etc., and I was really excited about my appointment. When I arrived, I was a bit freaked out at how ironic it was that my best hairdresser in the world's salon was right across the street and couldn't believe I had never paid any attention to the salon across the street. Paige was right under my nose! She rents a really cute and serene room in the salon where all her magic happens. Her professionalism, bubbly personality and just down-right niceness really put me at ease as any work to my eyes is a bit nerve-wracking. She explained the procedure before-hand and then again before each step. The procedure took about an hour, but it didn't feel that long. The results were amazing and the cost was very reasonable. It's been about 6 weeks now, and the lift is wearing down, but I am still happy at the little bit of lift left and will be going in for my second lift in about 3 weeks. While I did not have a reaction to the product used because I do not have sensitive skin, I would suggest that if you do have or have had sensitive skin, I think it's always prudent to perhaps ask for a skin test first. Otherwise, the research I've done has shown that the service is very safe. I hope to have her do my brows at some point too, and will update my review when I can speak from personal experience.

Amy helped me get checked in and choose a facial, and was the one to provide my treatment. She also offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited to be called in. I got the AquaGlow facial and it was a great first experience! I felt incredibly welcome, the music was relaxing, and whenever I'd ask, Amy would explain the process to me no problem. She was very kind, professional, and hospitable. For my first time ever getting a facial this was an amazing experience. My skin looks and feels so clean and hydrated, I learned more about what's going on with my skin, was given suggestions for maintenance, as well as a complimentary face mask to apply tomorrow night. If this is your first facial just keep in mind there may be some redness from the cleaning but that's to be expected. Thank you again for the amazing service!

I called the day before to schedule an appointment and the guy who answered the phone was very professional, took my name and helped me work out a time that was best for me and my mother to come in the next day. The next day when I arrived, we were quickly ushered to sit in our chairs (for a pedicure) and even given water as we were able to enjoy the massage chairs. The staff doing our pedicures were very friendly and attentive to doing exactly what we requested. The aesthetics of this shop is very pleasing as the shop itself is clean, neat and orderly. They also have a myriad of options for nail polish colors. I ended up selecting a gel nail polish, which at the time of writing this review, a month later, is still intact on my toe nails. (I know - I need another pedicure soon. lol) I will say the price was a little bit costly compared to other places I have been, however, that may be because we selected one of the highest packages. Either way, my mother enjoyed the shop and even upon leaving the guy at the register, welcomed us to come back by giving us a 10% off our next service coupon. I will say due to the friendly staff, the clean environment and all of the safety protocols that they take to make sure that you get a clean experience, I would definitely visit the shop again. It's definitely worth the visit.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality I found…read morethis place on Groupon and booked with Morgan. First impression, clean, friendly and professional- I paid for a full color, shampoo, cut and blow dry. - first thing Morgan said "you only need a root touch up not a full color" I said ok- I'm super easy going and low maintenance plus I'm not a professional in this field so the hair stylist should know best. Then I had asked for deep conditioning due to my hair being dry recently caused by a medication shampoo. She had mentioned paying $25 extra for the treatment and I agreed. Once the color processed we shampoo'd and did the conditioning treatment. Then we were ready for cut and blow dry. She put heat protectant and many different oils, Too many oils I thought. As she is blow drying my hair it was so greasy it wouldn't even move then she tried fixing it with dry shampoo and when I told her it felt greasy she continued to say dry shampoo will fix it when she finished blow drying. And when I told her it was too greasy for the second time she said "I know, I thought your hair was more course but realized when blow drying it that it's actually curly but fine, that was my mistake" but proceeded to tell me "dry shampoo will fix it" I had to ask her to wash it out because it was beyond greasy- nothing was going to fix it and I'm not paying to get my hair done to spend 3 hours on a salon to walk out with hair I would have to wash as soon as I got home bc of how gross it felt. So then she washes it out along with the leave in deep conditioner treatment that I paid an extra $25 and she doesn't reapply it then blow drys my hair then straightens it. Worst salon experience I have ever had. I just wanted to pay and get out of the chair as soon as possible.
